本发明属于医药技术领域。
背景技术
腰椎管狭窄症是脊柱退行性疾患中的常见病，随着年龄增长和影像诊断技术的发展，发病率明显增多，占椎管内疾病第二位。愈来愈引起人们的关注，以往对有症状的的腰椎管狭窄症多主张早期手术治疗，因为认为该病总有进展性的，然而近年来的研究结果表明，应先进行一阶段保守治疗后再确定是否需要行手术治疗[1]。
非手术治疗的方法包括：用药、改变活动方式、应用支具和硬膜外激素封闭。目前哪一种方法也未能证实肯定有效。非类固醇类抗炎药除减轻神经受压所导致的炎性反应外，还具有止痛效果。这类药物应用较多，但尚未见到治疗腰椎管狭窄获得确切疗效的研究，同时本类药物可导致胃及十二指肠溃疡，也影响肝肾功能，用药应注意[2]。治疗腰椎管狭窄症较有效的理疗方法是拉力(stretching)疗法、腰肌强度锻炼和无氧健康训练。虽比较常用，但对腰椎疾患的疗效没有得到证实。腰围保护可增加腰椎的稳定性，以减轻疼痛，但应短期应用，以免发生腰肌萎缩。
当病人生活质量降低和因疼痛不可耐受且经保守治疗无效时，应考虑手术治疗，但是手术治疗目的是减轻下肢适应症状，而不是减轻腰痛，虽然术后腰痛也有减轻，手术目的是减轻症状而不是治愈。术后远期随访中，仍有增生再长入减压区的可能，使神经受压症状复发，不能终止脊椎退行性改变的自然发展过程。
发明内容
本发明的目的是：
提供一种内服毒副作用小、损伤小，安全可靠，患者容易接受的治疗腰椎管狭窄症的中成药。
本发明的技术方案如下：
鹿角霜，补肾助阳，强筋壮骨，配以熟地黄滋阴补血，添精益髓，两者合用阴阳并调，具有补肾强筋壮骨之效，共为君药。骨碎补(申姜)味苦性温，功善活血续伤，补肾强骨，《开宝本草》有：“主破血止血，补伤折”之说。黄芪补气升阳，温养脾胃，《日华子本草》说：“助气、壮筋骨、长肌肉、补血”。两药不仅加强君药的补益作用，而且有明显的镇痛作用，共为臣药。狗脊补肾阳，强筋骨。当归补血活血，调经止痛，《本草备要》说：“血滞能通，血虚能补，血枯能润，血乱能扶”。当归伍熟地黄补肝血，填肾精，以强筋骨，当归伍黄芪气血兼顾，以濡养筋骨。薏苡仁即能利湿又能通利筋骨，防阳虚寒凝湿滞体内。乌梢蛇，地龙，蜈蚣活血通络止痛，三味虫类药相伍，走窜之力最速，内而脏腑，外而经络，凡气血凝聚之处，皆能开之使邪气无留止之隙。更用鸡血藤，伸筋草加强其通络之作用，并兼有补益之效。元胡，冰片功善镇痛，并能活血。龙骨，牡蛎，天麻平肝熄风潜阳，天麻兼有祛风通络之用，《药品代义》有：“利腰膝，条达血脉，诸风热滞于关节者，此能疏畅”。方中五灵脂活血止痛，化瘀止血，牛膝活血通络，补益肝肾，使诸药能达病所。以上共为佐使药，伍君臣共奏补肝肾，强筋骨，活血化瘀止痛之功效。
本发明是由下列重量份的原料药制成：
鹿角霜8～12份、熟地5～7份、骨碎补2～6份、北黄芪6～10份、狗脊2～6份、当归2～6份、薏苡仁4～8份、五灵脂1～3份、天麻0～3份、乌蛇2～6份、地龙1～3份、鸡血藤2～6份、乳香2～5份、伸筋草4～8份、龙骨2～6份、牡蛎2～6份、牛膝1～3份、元胡2～6份、冰片0.5～2份、蜈蚣15～25份。
优选重量份的原料药为：
鹿角霜10份、熟地6份、骨碎补4份、北黄芪8份、狗脊4份、当归4份、薏苡仁6份、五灵脂2份、天麻1份、乌蛇4份、地龙2份、鸡血藤4份、乳香4份、伸筋草6份、龙骨4份、牡蛎4份、牛膝2份、元胡4份、冰片1份、蜈蚣20份。
其制取方法是：
按重量份数取骨碎补、天麻、鸡血藤、乳香、伸筋草、牛膝加6～10倍量80％以上乙醇提取2～3小时，滤过，滤液浓缩至相对密度1.35-1.40(60℃)的清膏备用；药渣与除冰片外其他13味药材加水煎煮2次，加水量和时间分别为10倍量，2小时和8倍量，1.5小时，滤过，滤液浓缩至相对密度1.1-1.2(60℃)，放至室温，加入乙醇使醇浓度达65％，放置过夜，滤过，上清液减压回收乙醇，浓缩至相对密度1.35-1.40(60℃)备用；冰片粉碎成最细粉，备用。将两次浓缩所得清膏合并，搅拌均匀，加入冰片、淀粉，混匀，制粒，低温干燥，整粒，装入胶囊，即得。
本发明的有益效果是：
使用本药物治疗，具有毒副作用小、损伤小，安全可靠，患者容易接受。经发明人多年临床经验的总结，应用临床20余年，治疗腰椎管狭窄症病人数千例，总有效率在90％以上。为腰椎管狭窄症病人了提供安全、可靠、疗效确切的中成药。
具体实施方式
实施例1
分别称取鹿角霜10kg、熟地6kg、骨碎补4kg、北黄芪8kg、狗脊4kg、当归4kg、薏苡仁6kg、五灵脂2kg、天麻1kg、乌蛇4kg、地龙2kg、鸡血藤4kg、乳香4kg、伸筋草6kg、龙骨4kg、牡蛎4kg、牛膝2kg、元胡4kg、冰片1kg、蜈蚣20kg备用。
先取骨碎补、天麻、鸡血藤、乳香、伸筋草、牛膝加8倍量80％乙醇提取2小时，滤过，滤液浓缩至相对密度1.35-1.40(60℃)的清膏备用；再将药渣与除冰片外其他13味药材加水煎煮2次，加水量和时间分别为10倍量，2小时和8倍量，1.5小时，滤过，滤液浓缩至相对密度1.1-1.2(60℃)，放至室温，加入乙醇使醇浓度达65％，放置过夜，滤过，上清液减压回收乙醇，浓缩至相对密度1.35-1.40(60℃)备用；冰片粉碎成最细粉，备用。将两次浓缩所得清膏合并，搅拌均匀，加入冰片、淀粉，混匀，制粒，低温干燥，整粒，装入胶囊，即得。

鹿角霜8～12份、熟地5～7份、骨碎补2～6份、北黄芪6～10份、狗脊2～6份、当归2～6份、薏苡仁4～8份、五灵脂1～3份、天麻0～3份、乌蛇2～6份、地龙1～3份、鸡血藤2～6份、乳香2～5份、伸筋草4～8份、龙骨2～6份、牡蛎2～6份、牛膝1～3份、元胡2～6份、冰片0.5～2份、蜈蚣15～25份。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗腰椎管狭窄症的中成药，优选重量份的原料药为：鹿角霜10份、熟地6份、骨碎补4份、北黄芪8份、狗脊4份、当归4份、薏苡仁6份、五灵脂2份、天麻1份、乌蛇4份、地龙2份、鸡血藤4份、乳香4份、伸筋草6份、龙骨4份、牡蛎4份、牛膝2份、元胡4份、冰片1份、蜈蚣20份。
