技术领域

背景技术
收容现有的薄片状连接钉书钉的装钉匣,通过固定用连杆可自由装卸地安装在钉书机主体的料盘(magazine)上(例如专利文献1)。另外,收容现有的薄片状连接钉书钉的装钉匣,在前方下部设有用于排出薄片状连接钉书钉的排出口(例如专利文献1)。并且,收容现有的薄片状连接钉书钉的补充器由下述部件构成:钉书钉薄片固定器,收容薄片状连接钉书钉;包带(band),在薄片状连接钉书钉的送出方向即与钉书钉针大致成直角的方向上,将薄片状连接钉书钉和钉书钉薄片固定器整体地包束(例如专利文献4)。
另外,收容现有的薄片状连接钉书钉的装钉匣,通过钉书机主体的送出爪机构,将层压的薄片状连接钉书钉中最下层的钉书钉从排出口逐张地排出(例如专利文献3)。并且,收容现有的薄片状连接钉书钉的装钉匣,通过由设在装钉匣主体内的弹簧等弹性部件施力的挤压部件,挤压薄片状连接钉书钉(例如,专利文献1、2、3)。

本申请发明是鉴于上述问题点而发明的,其第一目的在于提供当钉书机主体内的薄片状连接钉书钉没有完全排出时,不能从装钉匣拆下的钉书钉用补充器。并且,本发明的第二目的在于提供当保管时和运送时排出口关闭,当安装在装钉匣上时排出口打开的钉书钉用补充器。
另外,本发明的第三目的在于提供可以防止逆行地将薄片状连接钉书钉向排出口送出的钉书钉用补充器。并且,本发明的第四目的在于提供不需要用金属材料形成的弹簧等弹性部件,能够实现主体的轻量化和低廉化,没有必要按照材料区分废弃、废弃简单的钉书钉用补充器。另外,本发明的第五目的在于提供具有向挤压方向对收容薄片状连接钉书钉的补充器的挤压部件施力的施力装置,因而不需要补充器主体内的弹性部件,而能够实现补充器的轻量化和低廉化的钉书机。

本申请发明的钉书钉用补充器,用单手也能够简单地从钉书机主体或装钉匣上装卸,当挤压部件挤压薄片状连接钉书钉时,即补充器主体内残留有薄片状连接钉书钉时,挤压部件与卡定板扣合,挤压部件不挤压薄片状连接钉书钉时,即补充器主体内薄片状连接钉书钉完全排出而没有残留时,挤压部件未与卡定板扣合,并且使卡定板向解除卡定方向移动,因而能够使卡定板的卡定部从钉书机主体或装钉匣的被卡定部脱离。即,本申请发明的钉书钉用补充器,如果未将补充器内的薄片状连接钉书钉全部排出的话,不能从钉书机主体或装钉匣中拆下,因而能够防止薄片状连接钉书钉的弯折,其结果,具有避免弯折引起的堵塞等故障的效果。
并且,本申请发明的钉书钉用补充器,当挤压部件挤压薄片状连接钉书钉时,即补充器主体内残留有薄片状连接钉书钉时,挤压部件的导向突起与前壁抵接,挤压部件的后部与卡定板扣合,当挤压部件未挤压薄片状连接钉书钉时,即未完全排出补充器主体内的薄片状连接钉书钉时,挤压部件的导向突起从前壁脱离后,挤压部件能够向扣合方向的相反方向移动,挤压部件的后部未与卡定板扣合,卡定板可向解除卡定方向转动,并且卡定板的卡定部可从钉书机主体或装钉匣的被卡定部脱离。由此,本申请发明的钉书钉用补充器,如果未将补充器主体内的薄片状连接钉书钉全部排出的话,就不能从钉书机主体或装钉匣中拆下,因而能够防止薄片状连接钉书钉的弯折,其结果,具有避免弯折引起的堵塞等故障的效果。
另外,本申请发明的钉书钉用补充器,当挤压部件挤压薄片状连接钉书钉时,即补充器主体内残留有薄片状连接钉书钉时,挤压部件的导轴被设在右壁和左壁的导向槽引导,挤压部件的后部与卡定板扣合,当挤压部件未挤压薄片状连接钉书钉时,即完全排出补充器主体内的薄片状连接钉书钉而没有残留时,挤压部件的导轴从导向槽脱离后进入凹部,使挤压部件能够向扣合方向的相反方向移动,并且挤压部件的后部未与卡定板扣合,卡定板可向解除卡定方向转动,并且卡定板的卡定部可从钉书机主体或装钉匣的被卡定部脱离。由此,本申请发明的钉书钉用补充器,如果未将补充器主体内的薄片状连接钉书钉全部排出的话,就不能从钉书机主体或装钉匣中拆下,因而能够防止薄片状连接钉书钉的弯折,其结果,具有避免弯折引起的堵塞等故障的效果。
并且,本申请发明的钉书钉用补充器,由于设在补充器主体上用于排出薄片状连接钉书钉的排出口,通过盖部件堵住,因而不需要将补充器主体和薄片状连接钉书钉整体地包束的包带,因此具有保管时和运输时,薄片状钉书钉不会从排出口飞出的效果。
另外,本申请的钉书钉用补充器,将补充器主体安装到钉书机主体或装钉匣上时,盖部件与钉书机主体或装钉匣的一侧扣合,开放排出口,因而具有如下效果:在安装到钉书机主体或装钉匣前,没有拆下盖部件的麻烦,并且也不会像现有情况那样安装到钉书机主体或装钉匣后还需要拆下包带,而且用单手就能够简单地安装。
另外,本申请发明的钉书钉用补充器,由于在补充器主体上形成用于排出薄片状连接钉书钉的排出口,并且还形成有阻止薄片状连接钉书钉向排出口的相反侧移动的防逆行突起,因而具有如下效果:能够防止薄片状连接钉书钉的逆行,能够将薄片状连接钉书钉可靠地送出到排出口,能够防止由送出不良引起的钉书机的钉空。
另外,本申请发明的钉书钉用补充器,由于在补充器主体上形成用于排出薄片状连接钉书钉的排出口,并且底壁上还形成有阻止薄片状连接钉书钉向排出口的相反侧移动的防逆行突起,因而具有如下效果:能够防止薄片状连接钉书钉的逆行,能够将薄片状连接钉书钉可靠地送出到排出口,由此能够防止由送出不良引起的钉书机的钉空。
另外,本申请发明的钉书钉用补充器,由于在补充器主体上形成用于排出薄片状连接钉书钉的排出口,并且在挤压部件上还形成有阻止薄片状连接钉书钉向排出口的相反侧移动的防逆行突起,因而具有如下效果:能够防止薄片状连接钉书钉的逆行,能够将薄片状连接钉书钉可靠地送出到排出口,能够防止由送出不良引起的钉书机的钉空。
另外,本申请发明的钉书钉用补充器,由于在补充器主体上形成有排出薄片状连接钉书钉的排出口,并且底壁和挤压部件上还形成有阻止薄片状连接钉书钉向排出口的相反侧移动的防逆行突起,因而具有如下效果:能够防止薄片状连接钉书钉的逆行,能够将薄片状连接钉书钉可靠地送出到排出口,能够防止由送出不良引起的钉书机的钉空。
另外,本申请发明的钉书钉用补充器除了上述效果外,由于底壁的防逆行突起和挤压部件的防逆行突起的相位错开地形成,因而还具有能够进一步防止薄片状连接钉书钉逆行的效果。
另外,本申请发明的钉书钉用补充器,将补充器主体安装到钉书机主体时,或者将补充器主体安装到装钉匣中,从而安装到钉书机主体时,由于挤压薄片状连接钉书钉的挤压部件的挤压轴,与设在钉书机主体上的施力装置扣合,挤压部件通过该施力装置向挤压方向施力,因而具有如下效果:其结构不需要金属材料形成的弹簧等弹性部件,并且能够实现补充器主体的轻量化和低廉化,而且由于不需要根据材料分别废弃,因而废弃也简单,此外再循环性能优良,因而有助于节省资源。
另外,本申请发明的钉书钉,在将安装有钉书钉用补充器的装钉匣压入钉书机主体的大致同时,设在钉书机主体上的施力装置能够对钉书钉用补充器的挤压部件向挤压方向施力;在将装钉匣从钉书机主体拉出的大致同时,能够解除钉书钉用补充器的挤压部件的向挤压方向的施力。由此,钉书钉用补充器的补充器主体内不必设置用于对挤压部件向挤压方向施力的弹簧等弹性部件,因而能够实现钉书钉用补充器的轻量化和低廉化。
另外,本申请发明的钉书机,在上述效果之外,由于装钉匣可自由装卸地设在钉书机主体上,因而具有即使装钉匣中产生钉书钉的堵塞等故障,也能够容易地更换装钉匣的效果。
另外,本申请发明的钉书机,在上述效果之外,由于施力装置是臂部件和对于臂部件施力的弹性部件,臂部件对被形成在补充器主体两侧的导向槽引导的挤压部件的导轴施力,因而还具有如下效果:结构简单并可以廉价制造,并且由于施力装置的力向装钉匣的拉出方向作用,因而能够容易地取出装钉匣。此外,由于两侧设有臂部件,因而还具有能够使高度方向的尺寸紧凑的效果。另外,还具有能够自由变换对于臂部件施力的弹性部件的位置的效果。并且,还具有通过改变臂部件的形状而控制装钉匣的插入加重的效果。

钉书钉用补充器1是可自由装卸地安装在钉书机主体101或钉书机主体101上设置的装钉匣105上的部件。该钉书钉用补充器1,由合成树脂材料形成,并且由补充器主体2和挤压部件70构成,上述补充器主体2收容有薄片状连接钉书钉S;上述挤压部件70可自由移动地设在补充器主体2内,挤压上述薄片状连接钉书钉S。装钉匣105,除了包括构成为在钉书机主体101内可自由装卸的部件外,还包括固定地设在钉书机主体101内的部件。补充器主体2上形成有用于排出薄片状连接钉书钉S的排出口41,排出口41的相反侧设有卡定板9。卡定板9上设有卡定部66,所述卡定部66卡定在与形成在钉书机主体101或装钉匣105上的被卡定部104上。
上述挤压部件70是大致覆盖补充器主体2中收容薄片状连接钉书钉S的空间的上部开口而形成的板形部件,与被层压的最上部的薄片状连接钉书钉S抵接,具有防止薄片状连接钉书钉S从补充器主体2飞出的功能。即,具有防止当钉书钉用补充器1的运输或安装到装钉匣105等作业时,薄片状连接钉书钉S从补充器主体2脱落的功能。
另外,挤压部件70,在挤压薄片状连接钉书钉S时,与上述卡定板9扣合。挤压部件70与卡定板9的扣合(抵接)位置为卡定板9的上部位置时,有时不能阻止卡定板9向解除卡定方向的移动。即使这种场合下,卡定板9也与收容在补充器主体2中的薄片状连接钉书钉S扣合(抵接),其朝向解除卡定方向的移动也被阻止。另外,随着挤压部件70与卡定板9的扣合(抵接)位置降低,能够可靠地阻止卡定板9向解除卡定方向的移动。挤压部件70与卡定板9的扣合(抵接)位置为卡定板9的下部位置时,使得卡定板不能向解除卡定方向移动,并且使得卡定板9的卡定部66不能从钉书机主体101或装钉匣105的被卡定部104脱离。
设在卡定板9上的卡定部66是具有如下功能的部位:与钉书机主体101或装钉匣105上的被卡定部104扣合,防止安装在钉书机主体101或装钉匣105上的钉书钉用补充器1脱离。
挤压部件70,在排出全部薄片状连接钉书钉S后而不挤压薄片状连接钉书钉S时(没有应该挤压的薄片状连接钉书钉S时),不与上述卡定板9扣合,从而允许卡定板9向解除卡定方向移动。随着该挤压部件70移动,卡定板9也移动(转动),由此卡定部66可从钉书机主体101或装钉匣105的被卡定部104取下。
补充器主体2由底壁3、设在底壁3前部的前壁5、设在底壁3右部的右壁6、设在底壁3左部的左壁7、可自由转动地设在底壁3后部的上述卡定板9构成。前壁5的下部形成有上述排出口41。该排出口41是以只能使层压在补充器主体2内最下面的一张薄片状连接钉书钉S通过,妨碍第二张以后排出的尺寸形状形成的部位。
上述挤压部件70的前部,形成有与前壁5抵接的导向突起80、81。当挤压部件70挤压薄片状连接钉书钉S时,导向突起80、81与前壁5抵接而被限制向前方的移动,并且其后部74与卡定板9扣合(抵接)。挤压部件70与卡定板9的扣合(抵接)位置为卡定板9的上部位置时,有时不能阻止卡定板9向解除卡定方向的转动。即使在这种场合下,卡定板9与收容在补充器主体2的薄片状连接钉书钉S扣合(抵接),因而其朝向解除卡定方向的移动被阻止。另外,随着挤压部件70与卡定板9的扣合(抵接)位置降低,能够可靠地阻止卡定板9向解除卡定方向的转动。挤压部件70与卡定板9的扣合(抵接)位置为卡定板9的下部位置时,卡定板9不能向解除卡定方向转动。
挤压部件70未挤压薄片状连接钉书钉S时,由于导向突起80、81从前壁5脱离,而可向前方移动,由此可使与后部74抵接的卡定板9向解除卡定方向转动。即,没有薄片装连接钉书钉S时,补充器主体2中的挤压部件70可向前方移动,通过挤压部件70的移动,卡定板9能够转动。由此,卡定板9变得可以转动,因而能够解除相对装钉匣105等的卡定,并且可拆下钉书钉用补充器1。
另外,上述右壁6和左壁7上,设有在上下方向上延伸的导向槽20、21的同时,在该导向槽20、21的下部,朝向前方形成凹部22、23。上述挤压部件70,具有被该导向槽20、21引导的导轴75,当挤压薄片状连接钉书钉S时,导轴75的左右两端部被导向槽20、21引导。并且,该导向槽20、21具有允许导轴75上下移动,但限制前后方向的移动的功能。导轴75被导向槽20、21引导时,挤压板70的后部74与卡定板9抵接。挤压部件70与卡定板9的抵接位置为卡定板9的上部位置时,有时不能阻止卡定板9向解除卡定方向的转动。即使在这种场合下,卡定板9与收容在补充器主体2的薄片状连接钉书钉S扣合(抵接),因而其朝向解除卡定方向的移动被阻止。另外,随着挤压部件70与卡定板9的抵接位置降低,能够可靠地阻止卡定板9向解除卡定方向的转动。挤压部件70与卡定板9的抵接位置为卡定板9的下部位置时,卡定板9不能向解除卡定方向转动。
挤压部件70未挤压薄片状连接钉书钉S时,导轴75从导向槽20、21脱离后进入凹部22、23。此时,挤压部件70可向前方移动,并且由于后部74未与卡定板9扣合,因而利用该作用,能够使卡定板9向解除卡定方向转动。
如上所述,钉书钉用补充器1,安装在钉书机主体101或钉书机主体101上设置的装钉匣105上,具有收容薄片状连接钉书钉S的补充器主体2。补充器主体2上设有用于排出薄片状连接钉书钉S的排出口41和堵住该排出口41的盖部件(限制排出装置)45。盖部件45是如下所述的部件:当补充器主体2安装在钉书机主体101或装钉匣105上时,与钉书机主体101或装钉匣105的一侧109扣合,并开放排出口41。

补充器主体2上,形成有排出薄片状连接钉书钉S的排出口41,并形成有阻止薄片状连接钉书钉S向排出口41的相反侧移动的防逆行突起18、19、85。该防逆行突起18、19形成在底壁3上,防逆行突起85形成在挤压部件70上。底壁3的防逆行突起18、19和挤压部件70的防逆行突起85,相位错位地形成。本实施方式的防逆行突起是具有倾斜边和垂直边的锯齿形状的突起沿着排出方向排列而形成的部件。各突起的顶点与薄片状连接钉书钉S的各钉书钉之间形成的槽或者后端相扣合,妨碍相对越过垂直边的方向(后退方向)的薄片状连接钉书钉S的移动。
如上所述,挤压部件70具有被上述导向槽20、21引导的导轴75。该导轴75,在补充器主体2安装在钉书机主体101上时,或者补充器主体2安装在装钉匣105上,从而安装在钉书机主体101时,与设在钉书机主体101上的施力装置(106、106)扣合。并且,通过施力装置对于该导轴75施力,挤压部件70向挤压方向(薄片状连接薄片S的层压方向)被施力。
钉书机100具有装钉匣105,所述装钉匣105上可自由装卸地安装有钉书钉用补充器1,该钉书钉用补充器1收容有薄片状连接钉书钉S并具有挤压该薄片状连接钉书钉S的挤压部件70。该装钉匣105可自由拉出地设在钉书机主体101上。
上述施力装置(106、106),在装钉匣105压入钉书机主体101的大致同时,对安装在装钉匣105上的钉书钉用补充器1的挤压部件70向挤压方向施力,并且通过将装钉匣105从钉书机主体101拉出,解除安装在装钉匣105上的钉书钉用补充器1的挤压部件70向挤压方向的施力。
装钉匣105也可以可自由装卸地设在钉书机主体101上。施力装置由臂部件106、106和对该臂部件106、106施力的弹性部件构成。臂部件106、106,与被导向槽20、21引导导轴75的两端部抵接,通过该导轴75向下方挤压挤压部件70,其中,所述导向槽20、21形成在补充器主体2两侧。
下面进一步详细地说明钉书钉用补充器和钉书机。与上所述,如图1所示,钉书钉用补充器1由补充器主体2和挤压部件70构成。补充器主体2由底壁3、大致成直角地设在底壁3前部的前壁5、大致成直角地设在底壁3右部的右壁6、大致成直角地设在底壁3左部的左壁7、和可自由转动地设在底壁3后部的上述卡定板9构成。并且,底壁3、前壁5、右壁6、左壁7构成用于收容被层压的薄片状连接钉书钉S的收容室。
底壁3是构成用于收容薄片状连接钉书钉S的收容室的底面的部位,大致在中央形成有矩形的透孔11,其前端形成有大致“コ”字形的切口12,其后端形成有一对大致“コ”字形的凹部13、15。
底壁3的上面(收容室里面)16的左右两侧上连续形成有防逆行突起18、19。如图8所示,防逆行突起18、19形成为由垂直边18a(19a)和倾斜边18b(19b)构成的锯齿形状,并且垂直边18a(19a)位于前方。并且,防逆行突起18、19的顶点,向后方(X方向)逐渐升高地连续形成。
右壁6和左壁7的前部,形成有沿着上下方向延伸的上述导向槽20、21。在导向槽20、21的下端,朝向前方形成凹部22、23;在导向槽20、21的上端,朝向后方形成凹部24、25。导向槽20、21的前缘上,像齿条地连续形成大致三角形的小凸起26、27。右壁6和左壁7的前方下部,形成有与上述底壁3的切口12相连通的大致L字形的切口29、30。
并且,右壁6和左壁7的后方上部突起设置有轴承片31、32,该轴承片31、32上设有轴承孔33、34。并且,右壁6和左壁7的后方下部设有导向片36、37。右壁6和左壁7的上端缘后部形成有扣合突起39、40。
前壁5的下部,形成有用于排出薄片状连接钉书钉S的排出口41。该排出口41,与上述右壁6的切口29、左壁7的切口30和底壁3的切口12相连通。
在排出口41的上部,通过槽42、43设有堵住排出口41的盖部件45。盖部件45,其上端通过连接部46连接在前壁5的下部,并且其前部设有缓慢弯曲的作为抵接装置的抵接部件47。
盖部件45,在安装钉书钉用补充器1前的状态下,位于与要向前移动的薄片状连接钉书钉S的前端抵接的位置上,用于防止薄片状连接钉书钉S的意外脱落。另外,盖部件45,在钉书钉用补充器1安装在装置上时,抵接部件47被挤压,随着该挤压动作,盖部件45稍微转动后解除薄片状钉书钉连接薄片S的限制,并允许排出。
并且,前壁5的下部两端,形成有一对向前方突出的突起形状的卡定部48、49。
另外,虽然如图1至图3所示地,前述盖部件45形成板形,但是也可以是如图14所示的盖部件45a。该盖部件45a形成由基部44a和突起部44b构成的大致L字形,并通过薄壁形状的连接部46a连接在前壁5上形成的突起5a的下部,并且在其前部突起形成有抵接部件47a。连接部46a,通过形成在左右两侧的半圆形的凹部46b、46b形成薄壁形状,前后方向(薄片状连接钉书钉S的排出方向)成为厚壁。由此,连接部46a,虽然在左右方向(图14(e)中的X方向)上很容易弯曲,但是在前后方向(薄片状连接钉书钉S的排出方向,图14(g)中的Y方向)上很难弯曲。因此,盖部件45a,在连接部46a的厚壁侧(图14(g)中的Y方向)很难转动,在薄壁侧(图14(e)中的X方向)容易转动。由于盖部件45a在连接部46a的厚壁方向上与薄片状连接钉书钉S抵接,因而能够可靠地防止薄片状连接钉书钉S飞出。
如图5所示,卡定板9,其上端一体地形成有盖板51,其左右端上部一体地形成有轴承板52、53。轴承板52、53的内侧面上设有与形成在右壁6和左壁7上的轴承孔33、34嵌合并可自由转动地被枢支撑的支轴55、55。盖板51的内侧面两侧,设有与右壁6和左壁7上设置的扣合突起39、40扣合的扣合凹部56、56。
另外,轴承板52、53的两外侧面上形成有多条用于抓握的凹凸。将手指放在该部分并向上方拿起时,卡定板9以上述支轴55、55(轴承孔33、34)为中心转动,从而使挠性片65向前后方向转动。
卡定板9上,在上部两侧形成有矩形的用于游嵌右壁6和左壁7的轴承片31、32的长孔57、58。另外,卡定板9的下部两侧缘60、61滑动接触在补充器主体2的导向片36、37的内表面上而被引导,由此卡定板9能够从后方堵住钉书钉用补充器S的收容室。
卡定板9上,设有通过槽62、63的形成而能够弹性变形的挠性片65。该挠性片65上形成有卡定部(卡定孔)66。卡定板9的下端,形成有与补充器主体2后端的底壁3上形成的凹部13、15的扣合的扣合突起67、68。卡定板9的内侧面上,设有从上端延伸至扣合突起67、68的抵接突起64、69。
挤压部件70包括:挤压板71;加强壁72、73,设在挤压板71的左右两侧;导轴75,其两端从左右的加强壁72、73突出而设置。导轴75的两侧,被右壁6和左壁7的导向槽20、21引导。导轴75的两侧设有卡定片76,所述卡定片76被卡定在导向槽20、21上形成的小凸起26、27上,阻止挤压部件70向上方的移动的同时,使挤压部件70可以向下方的移动。
并且,导轴75上一体地形成有限制轴77,所述限制轴77的两端与右壁6和左壁7的内侧面滑动接触,限制挤压部件70向左右方向的动作。另外,如果在导向槽20、21的两侧,形成显示薄片状连接钉书钉S层压张数的显示部20a、21a的话,就能够根据沿着导向槽20、21移动的导轴75的位置,容易地查看其主体2内剩余的薄片状连接钉书钉S的层压张数。
本实施方式中,由上述导向槽20、21引导的导轴75的端面下侧的角进行倒角后,在端面中央出现的弯曲线,成为相对显示薄片状连接钉书钉S的剩余量的上述显示部的指针。并且,图中显示为5K、4K、3K、2K、1K等的部分,表示剩余量为5000张、4000张、3000张、2000张、1000张,500表示剩余量为500张以下。
挤压板71的前端大致中央,形成有大致为“コ”字形的切口79,夹住该切口79而设置的两片前端上形成有卡定阶部86、87。并且,挤压板71上,在该卡定阶部86、87的两侧形成有导向突起80、81。另外,挤压板71,在下面大致中央和导向突起80、81的下面设有每两个成为一对的用于挤压薄片状连接钉书钉S的四个挤压突起(挤压部)82。在挤压突起82上,在后方形成有倾斜的倾斜边83,避免在排出薄片状连接钉书钉S时成为妨碍。
并且,如图8所示,挤压板71的下面,也可以连续形成防逆行突起85。防逆行突起85,与防逆行突起18、19相同地形成锯齿形,并且由垂直边85a和倾斜边85b形成,其中垂直边85a位于前方。另外,防逆行突起85,朝向后方其顶点逐渐升高地连续形成。此时,优选的是,并排设置的各防逆行突起18、19的顶点位置的相位彼此错开。
钉书机100的主体101,是安装在复印机等印刷机上的构件,如图9所示,形成有装钉匣收容部102,装钉匣105可自由拉出地设在装钉匣收容部102上。另外,装钉匣105可以从装钉匣收容部102取出。装钉匣105的前部形成有卡定凹部103,后部中央形成有卡定爪104。
并且,装钉匣105上设有与钉书钉用补充器1的前壁5上设置的盖部件45的抵接部件47相抵接的突起109。装钉匣105,其后部通过连接部件112安装有盖体113。盖体113,可自由开闭地被安装,并且通过弹簧等弹性部件向关闭方向施力。该盖体113,具有作为盖而堵住钉书机100的收容部102的功能,还具有解除装钉匣105的锁定的功能,并且是兼带解除该锁定后取出装钉匣105时用于放置手指的把手的部件。装钉匣105通过压入装钉匣收容部102而被固定,并且通过拉盖体113解除装钉匣105的固定后引出至跟前。
另外,拉出装钉匣105时,相对补充器主体2作用的上述臂部件106的施力也作用在装钉匣105的拉出方向上。由于该作用,当通过盖体113解除锁定时,装钉匣105被推出,并自动地被排出至规定位置。
钉书机主体101的装钉匣收容部102的前部,配置有将位于薄片状连接钉书钉S前端的直线形钉书钉成形加工成“コ”字形的成形板、和将变形为“コ”字形的钉书钉推出的驱动器。装钉匣收容部102的下部,设有将最下段的薄片状连接钉书钉S间歇性地向驱动器侧送出的送出爪。
通过这种结构装订多张纸张时,钉书机主体1通过送出爪将薄片状连接钉书钉向前方送出,将位于最前端的钉书钉弯曲成“コ”字形(倒U字形),并通过驱动器将该弯曲的钉书钉钉进上述纸张,钉进纸张后将钉书钉的前端弯折,由此结束装订动作。
钉书机主体101上,设有将钉书钉用补充器1的挤压部件70向挤压方向施力的施力装置。该施力装置,由上部被枢支撑、下部可转动的臂部件106和对臂部件106向下方施力的弹性部件构成。臂部件106,其下部向前方下降倾斜地设在装钉匣收容部102的两侧。另外,施力装置也可以是直接对于挤压部件70施力的施力装置。
下面说明钉书钉用补充器1和钉书机100的使用状态。如图13所示,钉书钉用补充器1的补充器主体2内,以层压的状态收容有薄片状连接钉书钉S。被层压的薄片状连接钉书钉S,放置在底壁3的上面16上,通过前壁5和卡定板9的抵接突起64、69,前后方向的移动被限制,通过右壁6和左壁7,左右方向的移动被限制。形成在挤压部件70下面的挤压突起82,与最上段的薄片状连接钉书钉S相抵接。并且,挤压部件70中,导向突起80、81的前端与前壁5抵接,后部74与卡定板9的抵接突起64、69抵接。通过这种结构,薄片状连接钉书钉S被保持在钉书钉用补充器1上。
将上述钉书钉用补充器1安装到钉书机100的装钉匣105上。相对该装钉匣105的钉书钉用补充器1的安装如下所述地进行:将设在补充器主体2前端的卡定部48、49扣合到装钉匣105的卡定凹部上,并且将补充器主体2后部的卡定孔66扣合到装钉匣105的卡定爪104上。将补充器主体2的卡定部48、49卡定到卡定凹部103上时,盖部件45的抵接部件47抵接到突起109上,并且盖部件45以连接部46为中心向上转动而开放排出口41。即,通过将钉书钉用补充器安装到装钉匣105上,开放排出口41,并通过排出口41的开放,能够排出被收容的薄片状连接钉书钉S。另外,盖部件45a,在抵接部件47a与突起109抵接时,以连接部46a为中心,向薄壁方向(图14(e)的X方向)转动,突起部44b向上方移动,开放排出口41。
在卡定上述卡定部48、49的状态下,将补充器主体2向装钉匣105侧挤压时,后部的挠性片65与卡定爪104抵接而向内侧挠曲,形成在挠性片65上的卡定孔66与卡定爪104卡定后,挠性片65恢复到原来的状态。如上所述,由于挤压部件70的后部74与卡定板9的抵接突起64、69扣合,并且其导向突起80、81的前端与前壁5抵接,因而锁定卡定板9,使其不能转动。因此,虽然卡定板9本身的转动被限制,但是由于抵接突起64、69之间的挠性片65设有槽62、63而可弹性变形,因而可向内侧弯曲相应于抵接突起64、69的高度的量,即抵接至薄片状连接钉书钉S。
如上所述地一端被安装的钉书钉用补充器1,在通过卡定板9的转动而卡定孔66和卡定爪104的扣合被解除之前不能脱离。另外,卡定板9如果没有全部排出被收容的薄片状连接钉书钉S则不能转动,因而钉书钉用补充器1在全部排出薄片状连接钉书钉S之前不能从装钉匣105脱离。
安装钉书钉用补充器1的装钉匣105压入钉书机主体101内时,设在装钉匣收容部102两侧的臂部件106、106与挤压部件70的导轴75的两端扣合,由此臂部件106、106抵抗弹性部件(未图示)的弹性而被顶起。因而,挤压部件70,通过被弹性部件向下方施力的臂部件106、106而被向下方压下,从而上述挤压突起82挤压层压的薄片状连接钉书钉S。将装钉匣105完全收容到钉书机主体101内时,盖体113通过弹性部件自动地关闭。
驱动钉书机100时,送出爪(未图示)间歇性地将最下段的薄片状连接钉书钉S从排出口41向驱动器侧送出,通过成形板使位于被送出的薄片状连接钉书钉S的前端的一根直线形钉书钉变形为“コ”字形,并通过驱动器推出后,装订纸张。
如上所述,薄片状连接钉书钉S顺次被送出。把住盖体113并将装钉匣105从钉书机主体101拉出后,可以卸下钉书钉用补充器1。但是,如上所述,补充器主体2内残留有薄片状连接钉书钉S时,不能从装钉匣105卸下钉书钉用补充器1。
即,挤压部件70,由于导向突起80、81的前端与前壁5的内侧面抵接,因而不能向前方移动。卡定板9,由于抵接突起64、69与挤压部件70的后部74抵接,因而其转动被限制,并且不能向卡定孔66从卡定爪解除(脱离)的方向即内侧方向(解除卡定方向)转动。例如,如图13(b)所示,即使在送出最后一张途中也不能从装钉匣105卸下钉书钉用补充器1。
如图13(c)所示,挤压部件70,从补充器主体2内全部排出薄片状连接钉书钉S时,挤压突起82下落到透孔11、切口12内后,挤压板71与底壁3相抵接。上述挤压部件70的挤压板71下落而直到与底壁3抵接时,形成在挤压突起82的前端的导向突起80、81从前壁5的内侧面脱离而不再抵接,因而挤压部件70通过排出口41能够进出。挤压部件70能够向前方移动,直到卡定阶部86、87被卡定在前壁5的内侧面上。挤压部件可向前方移动时,卡定板9,将挤压部件70向前方推出的同时可向内侧方向转动。由于将手指放在盖板51的前端而转动卡定板9时能够解除卡定孔66和卡定爪104的扣合,因而能够从装钉匣105卸下钉书钉用补充器1。
另外,由于导轴75的两侧被导向槽20、21引导,因而在收容薄片状连接钉书钉S的状态下,挤压部件70不能向前方移动。如上所述,卡定板9,由于抵接突起64、69与挤压部件70的后部74抵接,因而被锁定,不能向卡定孔66从卡定爪解除(脱离)的方向即内侧方向(解除卡定方向)转动。例如,如图13(b)所示,即使在送出最后一张的途中也不能从装钉匣105卸下钉书钉用补充器1。
并且,如图13(c)所示,挤压部件70,从补充器主体2内全部排出薄片状连接钉书钉S时,挤压突起82下落到透孔11、切口12内,挤压板71与底壁3相抵接。这样一来,导轴75的两侧从导向槽20、21脱离后进入凹部22、23,可以向前方移动直到导轴75的两侧被卡定于凹部22、23的前端缘。因而,卡定板9,向前方挤压挤压部件70的同时,可向内侧方向转动,将手指放在盖板51的前端而转动卡定板9时,卡定孔66从卡定爪104解除(脱离),因而可从装钉匣105拆下钉书钉用补充器1。
如上所述,全部排出补充器主体2内的薄片状连接钉书钉S后,挤压部件70方可向解除卡定方向(前方)移动,该构成可以只是使用前述导向突起80、81的方法,也可以只是使用导轴75的方法,并且也可以组合两者。
另外,钉书钉用补充器1,也被上述臂部件106、106向拉出方向施力,因而当从钉书机主体101拉出装钉匣105时,通过其施力作用,装钉匣105被推出,因而能够容易拉出。
另外,底壁3上连续地形成有防逆行突起18、19。由于该各防逆行突起18、19的顶点进入薄片状连接钉书钉S的直线形钉书钉之间,或者各防逆行突起18、19与薄片状连接钉书钉S的后端抵接,由此可防止薄片状连接钉书钉S的后退。
当钉书机100的送出爪送出薄片状连接钉书钉S时,通过跨越倾斜边18b、19b,能够使薄片状连接钉书钉S向前移动,但是送出爪返回时,由于薄片状连接钉书钉S的各钉书钉之间的凹处或后端抵接在垂直边18a、19a侧,由此阻止薄片状连接钉书钉S的向后方的移动。
另外,如图8所示,各垂直边18a、19a的顶点部向后方逐渐升高,因而形成朝向排出口41的向下倾斜。由此,即使薄片状连接钉书钉S产生翘曲等弯曲,也能够将薄片状钉书钉S的前端可靠且顺利地引导至排出口41。并且,挤压部件70的下面,与防逆行突起18、19相对地设有相同的防逆行突起85,由此防止最上段即最后的薄片状连接钉书钉S的后退,并能够可靠地送出薄片状连接钉书钉S。
另外,由于防逆行突起18、19与防逆行突起85的相位(顶点位置)错开,因而能够将薄片状连接钉书钉S向后方的移动量减为防逆行突起18、19、85间距的一半以下。由此能够有效地防止逆行。并且,也可以使以同间距形成的上述四条各突起的相位不同,或者使各条突起的间隔不同,此时,可以使后退的薄片状连接钉书钉S的移动量为突起间隔的大致1/4以下。
如上所述,通过被作为施力装置的臂部件106、106施力的挤压部件70,挤压被层压的薄片状连接钉书钉S,将最下层的薄片状连接钉书钉S压在底壁3上。由于最下层的薄片状连接钉书钉S,被压在最强固的底壁3上,因而其后端可靠地挂在防逆行突起18、19上,并且上一层的薄片状连接钉书钉S的钉书钉之间的各凹部嵌入有各钉书钉,由此防止逆行。最上层的薄片状连接钉书钉S,由于受到的施力装置的施力作用弱于施力装置对最下层的薄片状连接钉书钉的施力作用,因而较弱地被压在底壁3上,并且由于不存在上一层的薄片状连接钉书钉S,因而相比最下层的钉书钉更容易返回,但是由于挤压部件70的挤压面上设有防逆行突起85,因而即使最上段的薄片状钉书钉S也能与最下段的薄片状连接钉书钉相同程度地防止逆行。
如上所述,钉书钉补充器1,只压入钉书机100的装钉匣105就能够安装,只提升盖板51,卡定板9就能够转动,而可从装钉匣105上脱离。因而,能够用单手就能够进行装卸,十分方便。另外,上述实施方式中,钉书钉补充器1,可以可自由装卸地安装在钉书机主体101的装钉匣105中,也可以不是可自由装卸地安装在钉书机主体101上。
并且,本实施方式的钉书钉用补充器1,在内部残留有薄片状连接钉书钉S时,不能从装钉匣105拆下,但是在钉书钉补充器1中残留有薄片状连接钉书钉S时,可以从钉书机100拆下装钉匣105。这是为了当驱动器部分上堵塞钉书钉等时,能够除去堵塞的钉书钉。
上述实施方式中,虽然说明了层压收容薄片状连接钉书钉S的钉书钉用补充器1,但是如图15所示,也可以是收容卷片状连接钉书钉的钉书钉用补充器1a。该钉书钉用补充器1a,安装在钉书机主体或钉书机主体上设置的装钉匣中,具有收容卷片状连接钉书钉的圆筒形的补充器主体2a。
补充器主体2a上形成有排出路10a,排出路10a的前端设有排出卷片状连接钉书钉的排出口41a和堵住排出口41a的盖部件45b。盖部件45b,在上述补充器主体2a安装在钉书机主体或装钉匣中时,与钉书机主体或装钉匣的一侧扣合,开放排出口41a。另外标号47b是将补充器主体2a安装到钉书机主体或装钉匣中时,与钉书机主体或装钉匣一侧抵接并开放盖部件45b的抵接部件。并且,补充器主体2a还形成阻止卷片状连接钉书钉向排出口41a的相反侧移动的防逆行突起17。该防逆行突起17,设在排出路10a的下侧,但是也可以设在上侧或同时设在上下两侧。
(第二实施方式)
图16是本发明的钉书钉薄片用装钉匣的透视图,该图中标号200A表示装钉匣,200B表示补充盒。装钉匣200A,由装钉匣主体201和补充固定器202构成。补充盒200B是与前述的钉书钉用补充器1相同的结构。
如图17和图18所示,装钉匣主体201,其前部具有成形·钉出部203,并且左右两侧板204和框板205以及底部206之间具有可自由装卸地收容补充盒200B的收容部207,其底部形成有收容钉书钉薄片(薄片状连接钉书钉)的送出装置(未图示)的开口部208;并且侧板204的上部形成有卡定孔209。另外,框板205后部两外侧上形成有突出轴210。
补充固定器202,以盖部件212连接左右的三角形状侧片部211的上边部,与上边部相对的顶角部上形成轴承孔213,上边部附近的中央形成有突出轴214。盖部件212的两外侧形成有臂件215,在臂件215的前端下方,向外突出形成有卡定钩216。另外,上面部的后部上,形成有与上述收容部207上设置的补充盒200B的后面相扣合的扣合部(未图示)。
另外,补充固定器202的内侧,作为挤压装置(施力装置),配置有整体形成舌状的钉书钉推压杆217。该钉书钉推压杆217稍微宽幅地形成,其基部上形成有具有轴孔218的两个突片219。
补充固定器202两侧的侧片部211上,在设在上述突出轴214附近的轴孔220上支撑固定销221,销221与扭簧222一起可自由转动地嵌合在钉书钉推压杆217的轴孔218上。扭簧222的一端与补充固定器202的后壁扣合,另一端与钉书钉推压杆217的内表面扣合。由此,钉书钉推压杆217,通过上述扭簧222被施力,而总是能够向上述盖部件212的相反侧(下方)转动。
补充固定器202上可自由摆动地安装有操作杆223。操作杆223是从顶板224的两端突出形成平行的脚片225的部件,脚片225的中间部形成有轴承孔226。在操作杆223的脚片225的轴承孔226上,轴支撑着补充固定器202的侧片部211的突出轴214。由此,操作杆223能够以上述突出轴214作为中心摆动。
另外,形成在装钉匣主体201的框板205后部两外侧的突出轴210,可自由转动地轴支撑在补充固定器202的顶角部的轴承孔213上。所以,补充固定器202能够相对装钉匣主体201转动。
接着,补充盒200B,由上部开放的箱形的主体(补充器主体)227和配置在其上部的盖板(挤压部件)228构成。另外,主体227的底部一部分上形成有开口部229(参照图20)。补充盒200B内层压收容有钉书钉薄片(薄片状连接钉书钉)230(参照图20)。钉书钉薄片230是将笔直状的钉书钉针连接成薄片状的部件。另外,补充盒200B的主体227的前壁下端形成有用于排出最下层的钉书钉薄片230的排出口231,如图17所示,从该排出口231逐张地排出钉书钉薄片230。并且,随着顺次排出并消耗掉内部的钉书钉薄片230,盖板228也逐渐接近底部。
接着,说明上述结构的钉书钉薄片用装钉匣200A的使用方式。首先,转动操作杆223,使装钉匣主体201的收容部207大幅度地开启(图17、图19(a))。并且,将内部装填有钉书钉薄片230的补充盒200B从收容部207的上侧倾斜地插入而设置(参照图18)于是,操作杆223与补充固定器202一起转动,使得补充固定器202的盖部件212覆盖补充盒200B的上侧。并且,如图19(a)、(b)所示,将补充固定器202转动至转动端时,臂件215的下表面与装钉匣主体201的两侧板204的上表面扣合,同时,卡定钩216卡定在侧板204的卡定孔209上(参照图22)。同时,如图20所示,补充固定器202后部的扣合部将补充盒200B的后面向前方推压,并用推压杆217挤压上面的盖板228。由此,补充盒200B被固定到装钉匣主体201上。
另外,装钉匣主体201的底部形成有开口部208,并且在将补充盒200B适当地设置在装钉匣主体201时,该开口部208与装钉匣主体201底部的开口部229同时形成一个开口部,设在钉书机主体上的送出装置从两个开口部进入后与最下层的钉书钉薄片230的下面扣合。
另外,当开放装钉匣主体201的收容部207时,如图17所示,虽然设在补充固定器202上的钉书钉推压杆217在补充固定器202的内侧露出,但是通过大幅度地转动补充固定器202,钉书钉推压杆217不会成为安装补充盒200B时的障碍。对补充盒200B进行设置后,操作杆223与补充固定器202一起转动时,钉书钉推压杆217向补充盒200B的盖板228的上方延伸。并且,将补充固定器202转动至转动端时,钉书钉推压杆217通过扭簧222的弹簧力向下挤压补充盒200B的盖板228。
如上所述,将补充盒200B安装到装钉匣主体201时,钉书钉推压杆217随之连动,与补充盒200B的盖板228的上面的前部相扣合,并且向相对其表面正交的下方向挤压。盖板(挤压部件)226,在主体(补充器主体)227安装在装钉匣200A时,被设在装钉匣200A上的钉书钉推压杆(施力装置)217向挤压方向施力。即,装钉匣200A上,设有在安装补充盒(钉书钉用补充器)200B时对补充盒(钉书钉用补充器)200B的盖板(挤压部件)226向挤压方向施力的钉书钉推压杆(施力装置)217。
送出装置,对应配置在钉书钉推压杆217的扣合部的下方。由此,通过钉书钉推压杆217的挤压力,最下层的钉书钉薄片230的下面与送出装置之间的摩擦阻力保持在大的状态,因而能够可靠地送出钉书钉薄片230。并且,钉书钉薄片230送出至成形·钉出部203后,从最前头的钉书钉针开始依次成形为“コ”字形,并且向下方钉出。
随着反复进行钉书钉的钉入作业而消耗内部的钉书钉薄片230,最上层的钉书钉薄片230逐渐接近底部,此时,由于钉书钉推压杆217通过弹簧力向下挤压钉书钉薄片230,因而能够充分地维持送出装置的送出力。
另外,如图21所示,当补充盒200B内没有钉书钉薄片230时,需要取出空的补充盒200B后更换新的。此时,用手解除如图22所示的补充固定器202的卡定钩216和侧板204的卡定孔209之间的卡定。操作杆223向后转动时,收容部207很大开放,因而能够拆下空的补充盒200B,并能安装新的补充盒200B。拆下的空的补充盒200B,可以废弃处理,或者可以回收再使用。
如上所述,上述钉书钉薄片用装钉匣,是将挤压装置(施力装置)217设在装钉匣200A侧的结构,由于没有必要在补充盒200B本身上设置内部的钉书钉薄片230的挤压装置,因而可以反复使用挤压装置(施力装置)217。
由于补充盒200B本身上没有必要设置钉书钉薄片230的挤压装置(施力装置)217,因而能够有效地利用材料,而不会浪费。
虽然是将挤压装置(施力装置)217设在装钉匣200A侧的结构,但由于设在相对装钉匣主体201转动的补充固定器202上,因而在补充盒200B的装卸操作上没有障碍。
结束用于挤压补充盒200B的补充固定器202操作的同时,由于挤压装置(施力装置)是挤压钉书钉薄片230的结构,因而可通过单触式(one touch)进行,所以操作非常简单。
另外,在订书机上设置挤压装置时,挤压装置的挤压功能变差而必须拆下挤压装置的场合下,需要进行拆下部件等麻烦的作业,但是本发明由于是在可装卸地安装到钉书机主体上的装钉匣上设置挤压装置的结构,因而通过更换装钉匣也更换掉挤压装置,所以不必特意进行更换挤压装置的作业。
另外,挤压装置只要是设置在补充固定器上的结构就行,并不限定于图示的结构。例如,钉书钉推压杆(施力装置)217,可以形成如图9所示的臂部件106,扣合到导轴75的两端上,导轴75通过施力装置而被施力,使得盖板(挤压部件)226向挤压方向(钉书钉薄片230的层压方向)施力。即,主体(补充器主体)227安装在装钉匣200A中时,导轴75与设在装钉匣200A上的钉书钉推压杆(施力装置)217相扣合,并且盖板(挤压部件)226通过施力装置向挤压方向(钉书钉薄片230的层压方向)施力。
本申请发明,可用于设置在复印机等的电动钉书机上。

Claims (10)

1.一种钉书钉用补充器,可自由装卸地安装在钉书机主体或钉书机主体上设置的装钉匣上,其特征在于,
由补充器主体和挤压部件构成,所述补充器主体收容薄片状连接钉书钉;所述挤压部件可自由移动地设在所述补充器主体内,挤压所述薄片状连接钉书钉;
补充器主体上,形成有排出薄片状连接钉书钉的排出口,同时,在该排出口的相反侧设有卡定板;
该卡定板上设有卡定部,所述卡定部卡定在钉书机主体或装钉匣上形成的被卡定部上;
所述挤压部件,在挤压薄片状连接钉书钉时与所述卡定板相扣合,在不挤压薄片状连接钉书钉时与所述卡定板不扣合,并且使卡定板可以向解除卡定方向移动,从而使卡定板的卡定部从钉书机主体或装钉匣的被卡定部脱离。
2.如权利要求1所述的钉书钉用补充器,其特征在于,
所述卡定板,其向解除卡定方向的移动被收容于补充器主体中的薄片状连接钉书钉阻止。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的钉书钉用补充器,其特征在于,补充器主体由底壁、设在底壁前部的前壁、设在底壁右部的右壁、设在底壁左部的左壁、和可自由转动地设在底壁后部的卡定板构成;
前壁的下部形成有所述排出口;
在所述挤压部件上,在其前部形成有与前壁抵接的导向突起,当挤压薄片状连接钉书钉时,导向突起与前壁抵接,并且后部与卡定板扣合,不挤压薄片状连接钉书钉时导向突起从前壁脱离、并且后部不与卡定板扣合,从而使该卡定板可向解除卡定方向转动。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的钉书钉用补充器,其特征在于,补充器主体由底壁、设在底壁前部的前壁、设在底壁右部的右壁、设在底壁左部的左壁、和可自由转动地设在底壁后部的卡定板构成;
所述前壁的下部形成有所述排出口;
所述右壁和左壁设有在上下方向上延伸的导向槽,同时,在该导向槽的下部朝向前方形成凹部;
所述挤压部件,具有被所述导向槽引导的导轴,当挤压薄片状连接钉书钉时,该导轴被导向槽引导,后部与卡定板扣合,当不挤压薄片状连接钉书钉时,该导轴从导向槽脱离而进入凹部,该挤压部件的后部不与所述卡定板扣合,从而使所述卡定板可向解除卡定方向转动。
5.一种钉书钉用补充器,可自由装卸地安装在钉书机主体或钉书机主体上设置的装钉匣上,其特征在于,
具有收容薄片状连接钉书钉的补充器主体、和挤压薄片状连接钉书钉的挤压部件;
所述补充器主体由底壁、设在所述底壁前部的前壁、设在底壁右部的右壁、设在底壁左部的左壁、和设在底壁后部的卡定板构成;
所述卡定板上设有卡定部,所述卡定部卡定在钉书机主体或装钉匣上形成的被卡定部上;
所述挤压部件在前部与前壁抵接且后部与卡定板扣合的状态下可自由移动地设置在补充器主体内;
所述前壁的下部形成有排出口,所述排出口在排出薄片状连接钉书钉的同时,可以使与底壁抵接的挤压部件的前部从前壁脱离,使挤压部件可向前方移动。
6.一种钉书钉用补充器,可自由装卸地安装在钉书机主体或钉书机主体上设置的装钉匣上,其特征在于,
具有收容薄片状连接钉书钉的补充器主体、和挤压薄片状连接钉书钉的挤压部件;
所述补充器主体由底壁、设在所述底壁前部的前壁、设在底壁右部的右壁、设在底壁左部的左壁、和设在底壁后部的卡定板构成;
所述卡定板上设有卡定部,所述卡定部卡定在钉书机主体或装钉匣上形成的被卡定部上;
所述前壁的下部形成有排出口;
所述右臂和左壁上,设有在上下方向上延伸的导向槽;
所述挤压部件具有被所述导向槽上被引导的导轴,在该导轴被导向槽引导而其后部与卡定板扣合的状态下可自由移动地设置在补充器主体内;
导向槽的下部形成有凹部,使与底壁抵接的挤压部件的导轴从导向槽脱离,并使挤压部件可向前方移动。
7.如权利要求1所述的钉书钉用补充器,其特征在于,
在所述挤压部件挤压薄片状连接钉书钉时,所述卡定板向解除卡定方向的移动被所述挤压部件限制。
8.根据权利要求7所述的钉书钉用补充器,其特征在于,补充器主体由底壁、设在所述底壁前部的前壁、设在底壁右部的右壁、设在底壁左部的左壁、和可自由转动地设在底壁后部的卡定板构成;
所述前壁的下部形成有所述排出口;
在所述挤压部件上,在前部形成与前壁抵接的导向突起,当挤压薄片状连接钉书钉时,导向突起与前壁抵接,后部与卡定板扣合,由此使卡定板不能向解除卡定方向转动;不挤压薄片状连接钉书钉时,导向突起从前壁脱离,后部不与卡定板扣合,从而使该卡定板能够向解除卡定方向转动。
9.根据权利要求7所述的钉书钉用补充器,其特征在于,补充器主体由底壁、设在所述底壁前部的前壁、设在底壁右部的右壁、设在底壁左部的左壁、和可自由转动的设在底壁后部的卡定板构成;
所述前壁的下部形成有所述排出口;
所述右壁和左壁上设有在上下方向上延伸的导向槽,同时,在该导向槽的下部朝向前方形成凹部;
所述挤压部件,具有被所述导向槽引导的导轴,当挤压薄片状连接钉书钉时,该导轴被导向槽引导,后部与卡定板扣合,由此使卡定板不能向解除卡定方向转动;当不挤压薄片状连接钉书钉时,该导轴从导向槽脱离并进入凹部,挤压部件的后部不与所述卡定板扣合,使该卡定板能够向解除卡定方向转动。
10.一种钉书钉用补充器,安装在钉书机主体上,或安装在可自由装卸地安装在钉书机主体上的装钉匣中,其特征在于,
包括:补充器主体;和设在该补充器主体内的挤压部件和卡定装置;
所述补充器主体包括:收容部,收容薄片状连接钉书钉;排出口,排出薄片状连接钉书钉;抵接部,在该补充器主体内的所述挤压部件下降过程中与该挤压部件的一部分抵接而限制移动,当下降到最低位置时解除与所述挤压部件之间的抵接,而允许移动;开口,使设在钉书机主体上的薄片状连接钉书钉送出装置和该薄片状连接钉书钉相扣合;
所述挤压部件包括:被扣合装置,与设在钉书机主体上的施力装置扣合;挤压部,与收容在补充器主体内的薄片状连接钉书钉抵接,通过所述施力装置挤压该薄片状连接钉书钉;
所述卡定装置,可动地安装在所述补充器主体上,具有卡定部,该卡定部相对所述钉书机主体上或可自由装卸地安装在钉书机主体上的装钉匣上所设置的被卡定部可离合地扣合,通过与在所述补充器主体内限制移动的挤压部件或与薄片状连接钉书钉扣合,限制转动动作,并通过允许所述移动的挤压部件的移动或者薄片状连接钉书钉的消耗,解除所述动作的限制。
