Abstract
本发明涉及一装置,所述装置可根据一种最新的、未熟知的方法,快速把用户家中已安装的接收器的一低流量、高压缩的数字音像流,转换为另一数字音像流,所述流压缩率小些,但完全可应用在播放它的音频接收器中。本发明尤其适合应用在可兼容DVB-CI标准的开放接收器和模块中。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一数字音像流的传输-压缩装置,以使其可适配现有电视设备。
背景技术
多年来,数字音像节目播放及接收结构,事实上全都基于MPEG2(如ISO/IEC 13818-1)及DVB的压缩及传输标准,实施所述标准的最初目的是为统一设备,尤其降低数字通带(以降低成本、提供更多节目)。所述技术装配在卫星、光缆播放及接收装置中,不久前也应用在地面数字电视中。
“纯”数字流每秒可达数十兆字节,而按最初技术压缩的数字流降低为每秒几兆字节。十多年前已确定了压缩标准,音像中应用最广的是“Main Profile at Main Level”(MP@ML)格式的MPEG2。
可兼容MPEG2 MP@ML的个人家庭中的接收及解码设备如数字接收器,也称解码器,可对声音及图像进行解压,以使其可在电视机中播放(模拟转换后)。所述设备在后文描述中称为“接收器”。
但不利地是,若今天运营商希望通过限制其通频带,但提供质量相同的节目,因而降低其播放成本,或采用新的声音及图像压缩技术,使相同通频带可提供更多节目数量,他必须代替个人家庭中安装的所有现有接收器。事实上,所述接收器全为硬件型光缆元件,无法支持所述新压缩格式。
对资金更少的新的地方或联营运营商也一样,他须支付全价播放成本,而要保证相同节目质量,由于因特网中所应用新技术的进步提高(如MPEG4、H264、Windows Media9等......),其进口税(droitdéntrée)仅为十分之一。事实上,不断发展的PC环境,更有利于软件甚至设备的发展。
发明内容
解决所述问题的一种办法在于根据本发明的装置,所述装置可根据一种最新的、未熟知的方法,快速把用户家中已安装的接收器的一低速率、高压缩(传输需要)的数字音像流,转换为另一数字音像流,所述流压缩率小些,但完全可应用在播放它的音频接收器中(如使用MPEG2压缩)。
根据本发明一特别实施方式的装置可分开的为一符合DVB-CI(CENELEC EN50221)标准的模块,所述模块连接在可兼容DVB-CI的“开放”接收器的一槽PCMCIA内。所述类型的开放接收器在全世界已达数百万。
根据本发明另一特别实施方式的装置还可直接集成在元件(芯片设备)或辅助卡形式的一“封闭”接收设备或DVE-CI“开放”标准中。增加所述装置绝不会干扰接收器的其它重要功能,如调频、人机接口(MMI及OSD)、访问控制(CAS)、交感电机、PAL/SECDAM编码器等......,且只需很少集成工作。
根据本发明的装置可满足运营商当前的、精确的需求,在希望压缩率上实现个性化,同时若它包括一备用机械功率及一灵活结构,它也可适应未来需求,以使其通过例如软件安装(本地或“空中”装载),使其不断发展。
以非限制性实施方式,所述装置很容易实施在有其存储器及相关设备加速器的可程控DSP基点站上。
根据本发明另一实施方式的装置可包括抗干扰功能,可有也可没有芯片卡,即使这并非其主要功能。无论如何,根据本发明的装置必须在有效分组的抗干扰功能之后。
本发明的优点在于通过把一过时接收器转换为一总处于“技术前沿”的有发展前景的装置,使用安装多年的任何播放及接收基础设施,它提供给新节目播放运营商可接受的进入门槛,或可极大降低已运行设施的成本。
它既无需再改变运营商的模式,安装所述模式可通过干扰控制进入,因为分组仍以MPEG2模式(封装)传输。
具体实施方式
图1示出了根据本发明的一可能实施方式。连接在DVB-CI接收器中的所述DVB-CI模块(10)由多个功能块构成。
所述模块(10)和它所连的所述接收器的同步,由符合DVB-CI标准的块CI(16)实施。
来自所述接收器的标称化完整流TSin,进入有用分组过滤及提取块(11)中,由于所述分组的标识符(“Paquet Identifier”或PID),最后被多路分解。
然后,它进入有用流解封装块(12)。
根据节目播放运营商的需要,所述有用流再进入声音/图像解压块(13)内,输出的完全不再是被压缩的,反之流量更大(按质量可达100Mbit/s)。
所述未压缩流因而通过再压缩块MPEG2(14),以使播放它的MPEG2接收器可识别它。可看到,实施所述再压缩的计算功率可不必太高,因为所述新压缩流MPEG2无需被传输,而只能局部使用。完全可把流压缩为“i帧”,运动预测(大量消耗计算功率)可减为其最低量(没有或极少“p帧”及/或“b帧”)。
结束时,所述再压缩流MPEG2通过多路传输技术,再注入进输出流TSout中,所述输出流由于再封装MPEG2块(15)回到所述接收器中,代替了相同PID的初始有用流(压缩过多),或补充其它预定PID的初始有用流,同时遵守时间标记及保持图像和声音的同步。
这样重新形成的新MPEG2分组比“高压缩”的初始有用流的体积更大,因此,流未激活期间或必要时代替与当前节目播放无关的声音/图像分组,所述新分组可被注入。
图2示出了根据本发明的另一DVB-CI(20)模块的一特别实施方式。除和图1中所述功能相同的功能外,为可根据用户的要求重播,所述模块(20)中的缓冲存储器(17)还可暂时或永久地存储“高压缩”流,所述缓冲存储器是本地或偏移的(déportée),以实施数字磁带录像机的传统功能,以非限制性方式地如:暂停、快进、快退、录制等,同时用作和它相连的接收器应用的控制及显示装置。
由于任何DVB-CI标准接收器的标准功能,因此用户可实施控制。实际上,所述接收器可把接收到的遥控信息传输给兼容DVB-CI的任何模块,尤其通过CI控制块(16)传输给所述模块(20),所述模块(20)再借助电视屏幕上的MMI模式显示,通过相同、但方向相反的通信通道,提示或询问用户,所述电视屏幕连接所述接收器,由兼容DVB-CI的所述模块(20)控制。
根据按照本发明装置的不同实施方式,所述装置可把符合传输需求的低速率、高压缩的数字音像流快速转换为压缩率更低的一数字音像流,以使其适合应用在播放它的现有设备中,所述装置能够:
·从一输入传输流(如TSin)中提取封装在可识别的(如PID)传输分组(如MPEG2)中的“高压缩”有用流,
·把所述有用流解压为一非压缩数字流(例如,视图则解压为“位图”),
·略微但充分的再压缩(如MPEG2)新的未压缩的数字流,
·重新封装新流在传输分组(如MPEG2)中,
·把所述分组重注入输出传输流(如TSout)内,同时遵守时间标记,及保持声音和图像同步,
·使所述重压缩、重封装、通过传输流的多路传输技术重注入分组回到所述接收器中,代替有相同标识符的(如PID)初始有用流分组,
·使所述重压缩、重封装、通过传输流中的多路传输技术重注入的分组回到所述接收器中,补充具有分组的其它预定标识符(如PID)的初始有用流分组(不可用的),
·纯粹简单地过滤、剔除输入的初始传输流的某些声音/图像分组,所述分组被识别为和当前所选节目的图像显示、声音播放无关,以在输出传输流中扩大空间,
·为根据用户要求重播,可把“高压缩”有用流暂时或永久存储在本地或移动存储器(17)中,以实现数字磁带录像机的传统功能,
·执行其主要传输-压缩功能前,实施有用流的抗干扰功能,
·集成在可兼容DVB-CI标准(CENELEC EN50221)的PCMCIA格式的可分开式模块中,
·集成在元件或待连接卡形式的已有设备中。
Claims (8)
1.一种设备,用于将为了传输的需要而高压缩的低速率数字音像流快速转换为另一较低压缩的数字音像流,以适应播放它的现有设备,其特征在于包括:
从一输入传输流中提取封装在可识别的传输分组中的“高压缩”有用流的装置,
将所述有用流解压缩为一低压缩或无压缩数字流的装置,
将新的低压缩或无压缩数字流充分再压缩为播放它的设备可识别的一种格式的装置,
将得到的新流重新封装到传输分组中的装置,
在所述流未激活期间或代替与当前节目播放无关的声音/图像分组,将所述重新形成的分组重注入到传输流中的装置。
2.按照权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述重压缩、重封装、通过多路传输技术重注入到传输流中的分组回到所述接收器中,代替初始有用流分组,所述重压缩、重封装、重注入到传输流中的分组和初始有用流分组具有相同的标识符,从而改变输出流的速率。
3.按照权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述重压缩、重封装、通过多路传输技术重注入到传输流中的分组回到所述接收器中,通过保留用于产生新流但已变得无用的初始分组来补充初始有用流分组,并具有其它的分组标识符。
4.按照权利要求1至3任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备过滤、剔除初始输入传输流中被识别为和当前所选节目的图像显示、声音播放无关的声音/视频分组,以在输出传输流中增大空间。
5.一种可实现数字磁带录像机传统功能的设备,所述设备为了根据用户点播进行重播,将“高压缩”初始流的有用部分或全部暂时或永久存储在本地或移动存储器(17)中,其特征在于,它利用按照权利要求1至4任一项所述的设备进行解压缩、以一已知格式再压缩、再封装、和最后重新注入到输出传输流中。
6.按照权利要求5所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备在执行主要的改变输出传输流的功能前,实施有用流的解扰功能。
7.按照权利要求5所述的设备,其特征在于,它全部或部分集成在一可拆装的外围设备中。
8.按照权利要求5所述的设备,其特征在于,它全部或部分集成在元件或待连接卡形式的已有设备中,以重新产生可被现有装置、尤其是所述设备的标准播放的真正传输流。
