Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种基本上不含铅化合物的阳离子电沉积涂料组合物,其具有极佳的固化性能,并且可以被罩面涂布而具有良好的外观,以及一种涂布有该组合物的制品。
背景技术
阳离子电沉积涂料组合物已经被用于汽车车体及零部件的内层底漆,要求其形成具有高度抗腐蚀性的涂料膜。该涂料膜需要在预定的烘焙温度下充分固化,从而获得高度的抗腐蚀性。二丁基锡化合物通常用作无铅阳离子电沉积涂料组合物的固化催化剂。例如,在JP-A-5-65438中描述了将二丁基锡氧化物作为阳离子电沉积涂料组合物交联反应的催化剂来使用。更进一步而言,在JP-A-7-258586中披露了含有有机锡化合物的阳离子电沉积涂料组合物,并且在JP-A-2001-55538中披露了含有作为固化催化剂的二烷基锡芳族羧酸盐的阳离子电沉积涂料组合物。
然而,通常而言二丁基锡化合物具有不利的挥发性。例如,在以下的过程中,电沉积涂料膜的表面温度上升至150至180℃:对涂膜进行烘焙,将抗破裂底漆(chipping primer)膜、中间涂料膜(二道底漆膜)等上层膜覆于该涂料膜上,或者烘焙该上层膜。在如此高的温度下,二丁基锡化合物从电沉积涂料表面挥发,进入到相邻的抗破裂底漆或中间涂料的上层膜中,因而有时会对罩面涂料膜的性能或外观造成不良影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一是提供一种具有极佳的固化性能的无铅电沉积涂料组合物,以及一种经涂覆的(被膜)制品,该组合物能够形成一层涂料膜,该涂料膜放出极少量的锡化合物,从而对罩面涂料的外观及膜的性能没有影响。
本发明的无铅阳离子电沉积涂料组合物包括一种粘合树脂以及一种或多种作为固化催化剂的有机锡化合物,其中该粘合树脂包括一种阳离子基础树脂和一种交联剂,有机锡化合物对粘合树脂的固体含量的质量比率为0.1-10%(质量),该有机锡化合物包括质量为50%以上的单烷基锡化合物(以有机锡化合物的总质量计)。
本发明的无铅阳离子电沉积涂料组合物优选包括100-2,000ppm的锌离子。并且该阳离子基础树脂优选为氨基环氧树脂。该单烷基锡化合物可以是单丁基锡氧化物。
本发明的经涂覆的制品包括基底和在其上形成的电沉积涂料膜,该涂料膜包括无铅阳离子电沉积涂料组合物。很多情况下,该经涂覆的制品在电沉积涂料上具有至少一层抗破裂底漆膜。在本发明中,甚至当抗破裂底漆的附着力或外观在易于受到从电沉积涂料膜转移的锡原子的不良影响时,依然可以达到极佳的膜性能。
具体实施方式
在下面将对本发明进行详细描述。在本发明的无铅阳离子电沉积涂料组合物中,术语“无铅”是指该组合物基本上不含有铅(包括在铅化合物中的铅)。由于分析仪器的发展,铅的检测限逐年降低,并且在本发明中术语“无铅”特指组合物的铅含量为10ppm或以下。
本发明的无铅阳离子电沉积涂料组合物包括一种或多种作为固化催化剂(或作为封闭聚异氰酸酯(blocked polyisocyanate)化合物的离解催化剂)的有机锡化合物。该有机锡化合物包括单烷基锡化合物。尽管对其没有特殊的限制,但该单烷基锡化合物特别优选为单丁基锡氧化物。单烷基锡化合物的实例包括:三辛酸单丁基锡、三乙酸单丁基锡、三苯甲酸单丁基锡、三辛酸单丁基锡、三月桂酸单丁基锡、三肉豆蔻酸单丁基锡、三甲酸单甲基锡、三乙酸单甲基锡、三辛酸单甲基锡、三乙酸单辛基锡、三辛酸单辛基锡、三月桂酸单辛基锡、三乙酸单十二烷基锡、三辛酸单十二烷基锡和三月桂酸单十二烷基锡。这些烷基锡化合物可以单独使用或者两种或多种化合物联合使用。
该单烷基锡化合物可以与其它的有机锡化合物一同使用。其它的有机锡化合物的实例包括:二烷基锡化合物,如二丁基锡氧化物、二辛基锡氧化物、二月桂酸二丁基锡和二乙酸二丁基锡。在本发明中,单烷基锡化合物对有机锡化合物总量的质量比率需要超过质量的50%。当质量比为50%或以下时,过量的其它有机锡化合物转移进入与电沉积涂料相邻的膜中,从而破坏了罩面涂料的膜性能和外观。单烷基锡化合物对有机锡化合物总量的质量比率优选为质量的60-100%,更优选为质量的75-100%。
当有机锡化合物对包括阳离子基础树脂和交联剂的粘合树脂的固体含量的质量比率低于0.1%时,其催化活性不够。另一方面,当有机锡化合物的质量比率增加到高于质量的10%时,其催化活性并不能相应地增加,进而出现因过度烘焙而使电沉积涂料分解的情况。单烷基锡化合物对包括阳离子基础树脂和交联剂的粘合树脂的固体含量的质量比率优选为质量的0.5-7.0%。
用于将有机锡化合物引入到无铅阳离子电沉积涂料组合物的方法没有特殊的限制。当有机锡化合物为固体时,该有机锡化合物优选使用一种分散树脂以及颜料来分散。此外,当有机锡化合物为液体时,它们可以溶解到粘合树脂中或与粘合树脂混合,并且作为粘合剂成分的一部分而被引入。
本发明的无铅阳离子电沉积涂料组合物可以含有锌离子。可以使用如氧化锌和氢氧化锌这样的无机锌化合物或有机锌化合物,用以使组合物中的锌离子含量保持在预定的水平上。锌化合物可以单独使用或是两种或多种化合物联合使用。
有机锌化合物的实例包括有机一元酸或二元酸的锌盐,这些有机一元酸或二元酸包括:如,甲酸、乙酸、丁酸、己酸、辛酸、月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、山萮酸、新癸酸、丙烯酸、巴豆酸、异巴豆酸、十一碳烯酸、油酸、芥酸、山梨酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、双苯乙酸、双苯丁酸、双苯丙酸、双环戊烷羧酸、双乙酰乙酸、苯甲酸、甲基苯甲酸、二甲氧基苯甲酸、二叔丁基苯甲酸、二羟基苯甲酸、邻苯二甲酸酐、对苯二甲酸、琥珀酸、马来酸、马来酸酐和富马酸。
该无铅阳离子电沉积涂料组合物的锌离子含量优选为100-2,000ppm,更优选为300-1,000ppm。当锌离子含量低于100ppm时,将出现在下文中所描述的离解催化剂的活性表现出不足的情况,从而导致电沉积涂料的固化不充分。另一方面,当锌离子含量高于2,000ppm时,膜的外观和电沉积涂料的可加工性通常会变差。
在本发明中优选使用使电沉积涂料具有更高的抗腐蚀性能的阳离子基础树脂。这样的阳离子基础树脂的实例包括:氨基环氧树脂、含有氨基基团的丙烯酸树脂、含有氨基基团的聚酯类树脂,等等。在这些树脂中,优选为氨基环氧树脂。氨基环氧树脂可以用如伯、仲、叔胺的酸式盐形式的胺基化合物使环氧树脂的环氧环开环而得到,并且被阳离子化。
用作制备阳离子基础树脂的起始原料的氨基环氧树脂可以是多酚-多缩水甘油醚类的环氧树脂,它是一种由表氯醇与一种多环酚化合物,如双酚A、双酚F、双酚S、苯酚酚醛树脂和甲酚酚醛树脂或与一种具有噁唑烷酮环的改性环氧树脂反应的产物。该环氧树脂优选为具有噁唑烷酮环的改性环氧树脂。该改性环氧树脂可以通过环氧树脂与一种双尿烷化合物经脱醇反应来制备,该双尿烷化合物是由一种二异氰酸酯(或盐)化合物与一种活性氢化合物或与一种杂尿烷化合物反应而制备的,而该杂尿烷化合物是由一种二异氰酸酯(或盐)化合物与两种或多种活性氢化合物反应制备的。当用具有噁唑烷酮环的改性环氧树脂作为基础树脂时,该电沉积涂料膜具有极佳的抗腐蚀性能和物理性能。
该阳离子基础树脂的胺值优选为30-130,更优选为40-80,并且数均分子量优选为1,000-20,000。当胺值低于30时,难以乳化该阳离子基础树脂。当胺值超过130时,恐怕会由于该树脂的电导率增加,从而导致气孔性能(gas pin property)降低、库仑效率降低,或者使包括再溶解性能等在内的电沉积涂料的可加工性能变差。
用于中和该阳离子基础树脂的酸的实例包括:水溶性的有机酸,如甲酸、乙酸、丙酸、乳酸、,柠檬酸、苹果酸、酒石酸和丙烯酸;以及无机酸,如盐酸、磷酸和氨基磺酸。在这些酸中,优选的是乙酸、乳酸、丙酸、甲酸和氨基磺酸。
封闭聚异氰酸酯化合物和醚化的三聚氰胺树脂优选作为包含在本发明的无铅阳离子电沉积涂料组合物中的交联剂。封闭聚异氰酸酯化合物是聚异氰酸酯化合物的异氰酸酯基团完全或部分被封闭剂所封闭的化合物。在封闭聚异氰酸化合物中的封闭剂在电沉积之后的烘焙过程中被加热离解,而再生的异氰酸酯基团与阳离子基础树脂的活性氢基团反应,从而固化该树脂。醚化的三聚氰胺树脂是通过将三聚氰胺用一种如甲醇和丁醇这样的醇醚化而得到的。当用封闭聚异氰酸酯化合物进行电沉积涂料之后,在烘焙过程中该醚化的三聚氰胺树脂通过与阳离子基础树脂的转醚化作用而引发交联反应。
用作制备封闭聚异氰酸酯化合物的原料的聚异氰酸酯化合物的实例包括:脂肪族二异氰酸酯化合物,如三亚甲基二异氰酸酯、四亚甲基二异氰酸酯、五亚甲基二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、1,2-亚丙基二异氰酸酯、1,2-亚丁基二异氰酸酯、2,3-亚丁基二异氰酸酯、1,3-亚丁基二异氰酸酯、亚乙基二异氰酸酯和亚丁基二异氰酸酯;脂肪族环二异氰酸酯化合物,如1,3-环戊烷二异氰酸酯、1,4-环己烷二异氰酸酯、1,2-环己烷二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和降冰片烷二异氰酸酯;脂肪族-芳香族异氰酸酯化合物,如间-亚苯基二异氰酸酯、对-亚苯基二异氰酸酯、4,4’-联苯基二异氰酸酯、1,5-亚萘基二异氰酸酯、1,4-亚萘基二异氰酸酯、4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、2,4-或2,6-甲苯二异氰酸酯或它们的混合物、4,4’-甲苯胺二异氰酸酯和1,4-二甲苯二异氰酸酯;芳香族二异氰酸酯化合物,如联甲氧基苯胺二异氰酸酯、4,4’-二苯基醚二异氰酸酯和氯化联苯二异氰酸酯;三异氰酸酯化合物,如三苯甲烷-4,4’,4”-三异氰酸酯、1,3,5-三异氰酸酯苯和2,4,6-三异氰酸酯甲苯;四异氰酸酯化合物,如4,4’-联苯-二甲基甲烷-2,2’,5,5’-四异氰酸酯;以及聚合的聚异氰酸酯化合物,如甲苯二异氰酸酯二聚物和甲苯二异氰酸酯三聚物。在这些化合物中,优选的聚异氰酸酯化合物为异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、降冰片烷二异氰酸酯和4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯。
用于封闭异氰酸酯基团的封闭剂的实例包括:卤代烃,如1-氯-2-丙醇和2-氯乙醇;脂肪醇或杂环醇,如正-丙醇、糠醇和烷基取代的糠醇;苯酚化合物,如苯酚、间-甲氧甲酚、对-硝基苯酚对-氯苯酚和壬基酚;肟化合物,如甲基乙基酮肟、甲基异丁基酮肟、丙酮肟和环己酮肟;活性亚甲基化合物,如乙酰丙酮、乙酰乙酸乙酯和丙二酸二乙酯;脂肪醇,如ε-己内酰胺、甲醇、乙醇和异丙醇;芳香醇,如苯甲醇;乙二醇醚,如乙二醇单甲基醚、乙二醇单乙基醚、乙二醇单丁基醚和二乙二醇单甲基醚;等等。其中,优选的是甲基乙基酮肟和ε-己内酰胺。
在本发明的无铅阳离子电沉积涂料组合物中,阳离子基础树脂/交联剂的固体含量的质量比率优选为50/50至90/10,更优选为60/40至80/20。当该比率不在50/50至90/10的范围内时,固化效率通常不高。
在该无铅阳离子电沉积涂料组合物中,有机溶剂可以与水一起使用。有机溶剂的实例包括:与水混溶的有机溶剂,如甲氧基丙醇、乙基溶纤剂、丙基溶纤剂、丁基溶纤剂、2-乙基己基溶纤剂、正-己基溶纤剂、甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、正-丁醇、异丁醇、乙二醇二甲基醚、双丙酮醇、丙酮、甲乙酮、甲氧基丁醇、二噁烷和乙二醇单乙基醚乙酸酯;以及与水不混溶的有机溶剂,如二甲苯、甲苯、甲基异丁基酮、己烷、四氯化碳、2-乙基己醇、异佛尔酮、环己烷和苯。其中优选的有机溶剂为丁基溶纤剂、2-乙基己基溶纤剂和正-己基溶纤剂,它们在膜形成性能方面表现优异。有机溶剂的量优选为每100质量份的阳离子基础树脂和交联剂的固体含量中占0.1-10份的质量。
在本发明中,尽管使用了含有质量超过50%的单烷基锡化合物的有机锡化合物用作离解封闭剂的离解催化剂,但是也可以使用其它的离解催化剂,只要它们不降低本发明的有益效果。其它离解催化剂的实例包括:胺类化合物,如N-甲基吗啉;以及金属盐,如锶、钴和铜的盐。其它离解催化剂的量可以是每100质量份的有机锡化合物主催化剂含有200质量份或以下。
另外,如果必要的话,可以将交联树脂颗粒、颜料和各种添加剂加入到本发明的无铅阳离子电沉积涂料组合物中。经涂覆的制品的边缘部分的厚度保持率可以通过加入交联树脂颗粒来改善。交联树脂颗粒可以由丙烯酸树脂、环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、三聚氰胺树脂等来制备。从易于生产的角度来看,交联树脂颗粒特别优选如使用丙烯酸树脂。该交联树脂颗粒的数均粒度优选为0.02-30μm。
该颜料的实例包括:彩色颜料,如氧化钛、氧化铁红和碳黑;体质颜料,如硅酸铝、沉淀的硫酸钡和氧化硅;以及防锈颜料,如磷钼酸的铝盐、铁盐、钛盐、锆盐、锰盐、钴盐、镍盐、铜盐、锌盐或硅盐。当无铅阳离子电沉积涂料组合物包括这样的颜料时,该组合物可以进一步含有用于分散该颜料的树脂。
本发明的无铅阳离子电沉积涂料组合物优选通过将各组分分散在有机溶剂和水的水性介质中而制备,该水性介质中含有上述的水溶性有机酸或上述的无机酸作为中和剂。
本发明的经涂覆的制品是通过将一导电基底涂布以本发明的无铅阳离子电沉积涂料组合物而制备,该组合物可以电沉积到该导电基底上,从而形成电沉积涂料膜,如果必要的话,可以再涂布一层外涂料膜。
该导电基底可以包括能够进行电沉积涂布的任何材质,如铁材、钢材和铝材。本发明的无铅阳离子电沉积涂料组合物优选用去离子水稀释到固体含量为质量的5-40%,优选为质量的15-25%,并将组合物的pH值调整到5.5-8.5,然后将该组合物引入到电沉积槽中,用以形成电沉积涂料膜。电沉积涂料优选在电沉积槽温度为20-35℃、沉积(涂布)电压为100-450V而沉积(涂布)时间为1-5分钟的条件下进行。在电沉积之后烘焙电沉积涂料的过程中,基底的温度为100-250℃,优选为140-220℃,且固化时间为5-60分钟,优选为10-30分钟。这些烘焙条件也可以应用于这种情况,即在固化电沉积涂料膜之前,在电沉积涂料膜上通过湿碰湿涂布以抗破裂底漆膜或中间涂料膜,并将这些膜同时烘焙。电沉积涂料膜的干膜厚度以5-40μm为宜,更优选为10-30μm。可以控制上述的电沉积涂层条件用以得到理想的干膜厚度。
抗破裂底漆膜和中间涂料膜可以以这样的顺序或以相反的顺序在所形成的电沉积涂料上形成,然后,如果必要的话,可以在上面再形成一层如含有上光剂的膜和透明膜这样的外涂料膜。中间涂料膜和外涂料膜可以通过采用用于涂布汽车等的外层金属板的已知组合物在已知条件下形成。
在如汽车车体、护栏和交通标志这样的金属制品上形成抗破裂底漆膜可以防止该金属制品的涂料膜因路面溅出的石头等物品导致破裂或剥落。该抗破裂底漆可以从膜的强度和抗冲击性能的角度来选择,例如该抗破裂底漆可以具有由酸-接枝聚烯烃和丁醇改性三聚氰胺树脂联合构成的组合物。这样的聚烯烃的实例包括含有50mol%或以上丙烯的乙烯-丙烯共聚物,并且该酸-接枝聚烯烃的酸成分可以是马来酸、马来酸酐等等。这样的马来酸聚烯烃树脂在JP-A-9-208882,JP-A-4-363371等申请中都有描述,并且由KansaiPaint Co.,Ltd.制造的T-5H、由Sakai Chemical Industrial Co.,Ltd.制造的BOR-904等都是可以商购的马来酸聚烯烃树脂。在本发明的经涂覆的制品中,使用大量的单烷基锡化合物作为催化剂用来固化上述电沉积涂料膜,由此二烷基锡化合物的量比较少。因此,在烘焙各层膜等过程中,由于仅有少量的二烷基锡化合物挥发,从而即使在抗破裂底漆的附着力或外观很容易受到来自电沉积涂料膜的锡原子转移的不良影响的情况下,经涂覆的制品也可以获得极佳的膜性能和外观。
下面将参照实施例和对比实施例来详细描述本发明,但并不用来限制本发明的保护范围。需要注意的是,实施例中的“份”是指“质量份”。
[制备实施例1 固化剂的制备]
将723份的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、333份的甲基异丁基酮和0.01份的二丁基锡二月桂酸盐加入到一个带有搅拌器、冷凝器、氮气进气管、温度计和滴液漏斗的烧瓶中,并加热到70℃。当该组分溶解均匀后,在约2小时内滴加610份的甲基乙基酮肟,进行反应,同时保持反应温度在70℃。在反应期间检测反应混合物的红外光谱,使反应进行到异氰酸酯基团的吸收消失为止,从而得到固化剂。
[制备实施例2 环氧改性的阳离子基础树脂的制备]
将92份的2,4-/2,6-苯亚甲基二异氰酸酯(质量比为8/2)、95份的甲基异丁基酮(MIBK)和0.5份的二丁基锡二月桂酸盐加入到一个带有搅拌器、冷凝器、氮气进气管、温度计和滴液漏斗的烧瓶中,并且在搅拌下向其中滴加21份的甲醇。反应在室温下引发,并通过加热将反应混合物的温度升至60℃。反应30分钟之后,通过滴液漏斗向反应混合物中滴加57份的乙二醇单-2-乙基己基醚,进一步加入42份的双酚A-环氧乙烷5-mol加成物。反应基本上在60-65℃的温度范围内进行,同时测量红外光谱直到异氰酸酯基团的吸收消失为止。
向如此得到的封闭聚异氰酸酯中加入365份的环氧当量为188的环氧树脂,该环氧树脂是由双酚A和表氯醇合成的,并且将混合物的温度升高到125℃。然后,向该混合物中加入1.0份的苄基二甲基胺,并在130℃下反应直到环氧当量达到410。向烧瓶中加入87份的双酚A,并在120℃下反应,结果环氧当量变为1,190。将得到的混合物冷却之后,向该混合物中加入11份的二乙醇胺、24份的N-甲基乙醇胺和25份的质量为79%的氨基乙基乙醇胺酮亚胺化合物的MIBK溶液,并且在110℃下反应2小时。然后,将混合物用MIBK稀释,使得不挥发成分的比例为80%,从而得到一种具有阳离子基团的环氧基改性的树脂主剂。
[制备实施例3 制备主乳剂]
将制备实施例2中得到的572份(固体含量)的树脂主剂与制备实施例1中制备的209.1份(固体含量)的固化剂均匀混合,向得到的混合物中加入以固体含量的质量计的质量为3%的乙二醇单-2-乙基己基醚。向得到的混合物中加入甲酸,使得中和率(中和树脂的阳离子基团的比率)为41.7%,加入质量为25%的25%的醋酸锌水溶液和离子交换水,用以稀释该混合物,使得固体含量的质量比率为质量的30.0%。然后,在减压下除去MIBK和水的混合物直至固体含量的质量比率为质量的36.0%为止,从而制备了主乳化剂。
[制备实施例4颜料分散漆的制备]
将环氧当量为450的双酚类型的环氧树脂与2-乙基己醇-半-封闭的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯反应。产物用1-(2-羟乙基硫代)-2-丙醇和二羟甲基丙酸转化为叔锍,从而制备用于分散染料的树脂漆,其叔锍转化率为质量的70.6%,而固体树脂含量为质量的60%。
[实施例1]
<无铅电沉积涂料组合物的制备>
将50.0份在制备实施例4中制备的用于分散染料的树脂漆、100.0份的离子交换水和100.0份的表1中所示的颗粒混合物用沙研磨机分散,并进一步研磨直至颗粒大小成为5μm或以下,从而得到含有质量为52.0%的固体含量的分散浆液,其中含有质量为40%的单丁基锡氧化物和染料,以及质量为12%的固体树脂。

然后,将2,000份的去离子水、1,500份的制备实施例3的主乳化剂和500.0份的分散浆液混合在一起,从而得到固体含量为质量的20.0%的无铅电沉积涂料组合物。单丁基锡氧化物对粘合树脂的固体含量的质量比率为质量的0.5%,该组合物的锌离子含量为700ppm。
<电沉积涂料>
准备一份未处理过的冷轧钢板的样品。样品经除油及用一种磷酸锌基的化学处理剂(商标名为SURFDYNE 5000,由Nippon PaintCo.,Ltd.制造)进行预处理,以便用作阴极(负电极),并且上述的电沉积涂料组合物是在工作电压为150至250V、电沉积槽温度为30℃的条件下进行电沉积的,以便得到干膜厚度为25μm的电沉积涂料膜。该电沉积涂料膜用水清洗,并且在170℃下烘焙20分钟。对该电沉积涂料膜进行固化测试(丙酮擦拭测试),并且用从电沉积涂料膜到在该电沉积涂料膜上形成的上层膜的锡化合物的转移来进行评估。结果示于表2中。
<丙酮擦拭测试>
电沉积涂料膜的表面用浸有丙酮的纱布来回反复擦拭5或6次。用脱色和光泽度来评估表面,颜色和光泽度没有变化的样品被认为是满意的产品。
<化合物转移测试>
将一种抗破裂底漆(Kansai Paint Co.,Ltd.制造的T-5H)施加于电沉积涂料膜,使得该抗破裂底漆膜的干膜厚度为3μm,并且在140℃下烘焙20分钟。该抗破裂底漆膜的表面的锡原子浓度(%质量)用ESCA测量。
<电沉积涂料膜的附着力测试>
将一种抗破裂底漆(Kansai Paint Co.,Ltd.制造的T-5H)施加于电沉积涂料膜,使得该抗破裂底漆膜的干膜厚度为3μm,将中间涂料(Kansal Paint Co.,Ltd.制造的HS-48)施加于该抗破裂底漆膜,并且将这些施加的组合物在140℃下烘焙20分钟。膜的附着力测试用栅格测试(1mm)来评估。
<实施例2-4以及对比实施例1-3>
除了改变单丁基锡氧化物、锌离子和颜料的量之外,用与实施例1同样的方法来制备无铅电沉积涂料组合物,将其电沉积到一个样品上,并且评估其抗腐蚀性能。结果示于表2中。

锡化合物的量是以对粘合树脂固体成分的质量比率(质量%)的形式表示的,锌离子含量(ppm)是各组合物经12,000转/分钟离心1小时而得到的上清液的锌化合物浓度,各颜料的量以质量百分数的形式表示的,而栅格附着力测试的残余率是未被从中间涂料膜上剥离的抗破裂底漆膜的比率。
从以上结果可以清楚地看到,该含有特定量的单丁基锡化合物和特定浓度的锌离子(以粘合树脂的固体含量计,并且该粘合树脂包括阳离子基础树脂和交联剂)的无铅电沉积涂料组合物具有足够的膜固化性能并且挥发放出极少的锡化合物。另一方面,使用了少量的二丁基锡氧化物的对比实施例1的组合物表现出不充分的膜固化性能,并且使用了大量的二丁基锡氧化物的对比实施例2和3的组合物放出更多的锡化合物,从而导致涂料膜间的附着力下降。
本发明的无铅阳离子电沉积涂料组合物含有特定量的单烷基锡化合物,从而表现出极佳的膜固化性能。此外,该单烷基锡化合物具有低挥发性,因而在形成电沉积涂料膜的过程中很难转移到抗破裂底漆膜或中间涂料膜中。因此,该组合物可以形成具有极佳的膜性能的电沉积涂料膜。而且,可以将氨基环氧树脂用作阳离子基础树脂,从而增加抗腐蚀性能。因此,本发明的经涂覆的制品可以用于生产需要高质量和光亮外观的产品,如汽车车体和家用电器。
Claims (7)
1.一种无铅阳离子电沉积涂料组合物,包括一种粘合树脂以及一种或多种用作固化催化剂的有机锡化合物,
其中所述粘合树脂含有一种阳离子基础树脂和一种封闭聚异氰酸酯的交联剂,所述有机锡化合物与所述粘合树脂的固体含量的质量比率为质量的0.1%-10%,并且所述有机锡化合物包括占所述有机锡化合物总质量超过50%的单丁基锡氧化物,其中所述无铅阳离子电沉积涂料组合物包括100ppm-2,000ppm的锌离子。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无铅阳离子电沉积涂料组合物,其中所述阳离子基础树脂是一种氨基环氧树脂。
3.一种经涂覆的制品,包括基底和在其上形成的电沉积涂料膜,
其中所述电沉积涂料膜包括根据权利要求1所述的无铅阳离子电沉积涂料组合物。
4.根据权利要求4所述的经涂覆的制品,
其中所述经涂覆的制品包括在所述电沉积涂料膜上形成的一层抗破裂底漆膜。
5.根据权利要求4所述的经涂覆的制品,
其中所述抗破裂底漆是一种用聚烯烃作为基础树脂的底漆。
6.一种无铅阳离子电沉积涂料组合物,包括一种粘合树脂以及一种或多种用作固化催化剂的有机锡化合物,
其中所述粘合树脂含有一种阳离子基础树脂和一种封闭聚异氰酸酯的交联剂,所述有机锡化合物与所述粘合树脂的固体含量的质量比率为质量的0.1%-10%,并且所述有机锡化合物包括占所述有机锡化合物总质量超过50%的单丁基锡氧化物,
所述无铅阳离子电沉积涂料组合物包括100ppm-2,000ppm的锌离子,
所述阳离子基础树脂是一种氨基环氧树脂。
7.一种经涂覆的制品,包括基底和在其上形成的电沉积涂料膜,
其中所述电沉积涂料膜包括根据权利要求6所述的无铅阳离子电沉积涂料组合物。
