Abstract

本发明公开一种木质建筑模板,包括至少一层面板(1),该面板(1)由沿水平面无序排列、且相互叠置的若干根木丝(2)构成,每根木丝(2)的长度为5mm~250mm,并通过硅酸盐水泥相互压缩连接在一起。本发明既能够应用在混凝土建筑物施工中可以免拆模板,施工简单;还能够作为建筑物的墙体使用,使建筑物的墙体不仅附着力强,并且集环保、节能、保温、吸音、防潮为一身,既经济又实用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种木质建筑模板,特别涉及一种用木丝为原料通过粘合剂混合压缩相互叠压连接在一起的木质建筑模板。
背景技术
目前,钢筋混凝土建筑物施工使用的建筑模板基本上分为两类:一类是全木模板,另一类是钢模板。它的不足之处在于:全木模板的脱模性和脱模后建筑物的表面光洁度比较差,重复使用率低;而钢模板由钢框或钢框与模板主体构成,虽然其脱模性比较好,但钢模板的自重比较重,成本及维修费用比较高。另外,建筑模板只能作为建筑物施工中临时使用,不仅增加了工人的劳工强度,而且其建筑物的墙体功能单一。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种木质建筑模板,应用在混凝土建筑物施工中可以免拆模板,施工简单;作为建筑物的墙体使用,不仅使建筑物的墙体附着力强,而且还具有良好的保温、隔热和吸音性能。
本发明木质建筑模板,包括至少一层面板,该面板由沿水平面无序排列、且相互叠置的若干根木丝构成,每根木丝的长度为5mm~250mm,并通过粘合剂相互压缩连接在一起。
上述面板的木丝断面可以为圆形,也可以为方形。其中:圆形断面的木丝直径为1~8mm,方形断面的木丝长边为1~8mm,短边为1~8mm;并木丝与木丝之间通过硅酸盐水泥混合压缩相互连接在一起;面板整体层面的木丝与木丝之间的空隙率为0%~80%。
采用上述结构,由于面板的若干根木丝为沿水平面无序排列、且相互叠置,每根木丝通过与粘合剂混合挤压相互连接在一起,所以将具有上述结构特征的木质建筑模板应用在混凝土建筑物施工中,可以替代现有的全木模板或钢制模板,同时在施工中该模板能够直接与混凝土粘合结为一体,免除了一般全木模板或钢制模板在浇灌混凝土后还需将模板全部拆除的工作,从而不仅使钢筋混凝土建筑物施工简单,减少了工人们的劳动强度,还使具有上述结构的建筑物外墙体/内墙体附着力提高,外墙体/内墙体的外表面装饰性能进一步提高,有利于下一步装修施工的进行,而且使装修的质量更加可靠和美观。
作为本发明木质建筑模板的第一实施方案,面板可以为一层,在该面板的一侧外表面上设有保温层板,保温层板通过粘合剂与面板连接在一起。保温层板用泡沫绝热材料制成。由于设置了保温层板,保温层板具有良好的保温和吸音、阻燃性能,所以本发明木质建筑模板在建筑施工中不仅可以作为建筑模板使用,也可以应用在厂房、住宅保温或防潮隔热保温室等建筑物的外墙体上,还可以直接用做吸音材料,应用在播音室、影剧院、体育馆、会议室候机大厅等公共场所的隔墙或顶板、吸音墙及工业用降噪声房等等建筑物的内墙体上。
作为本发明木质建筑模板的第二实施方案,面板为两层,在该两层面板相对的内表面之间设有保温层板,保温层板通过粘合剂分别与两层面板连接在一起。保温层板用泡沫绝热材料制成。这样,进一步提高了本发明木质建筑模板的保温、隔热和吸音性能。
实践证明:在面板上设置保温层板后,可以使本发明木质建筑模板的保温时间进一步延长,能够节约约30%以上的能量。
总之,本发明木质建筑模板结构合理,使用方便,集环保、绿色环保、节能、保温、吸音、防潮为一身,能够广泛的应用于建筑、装饰和家具行业。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明木质建筑模板的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
由图1所示,本发明木质建筑模板,包括至少一层面板1,该面板1由沿水平面无序排列、且相互叠置的若干根木丝2构成,每根木丝2的长度为5mm~250mm,木丝1与木丝1之间通过粘合剂相互压缩连接在一起,粘合剂可以选择硅酸盐水泥。其中:面板1的木丝2断面可以为圆形或方形;当为圆形断面时,断面直径为1~8mm;当为方形断面时,其断面的长边为1~8mm,短边为1~8mm。面板1整体层面的木丝1与木丝1之间的空隙率为0%~80%。
为了扩大本发明木质建筑模板的使用范围,本发明木质建筑模板可以有多种实施方案。如图2所示,本发明木质建筑模板的第一实施方案,上述面板1可以为一层,并且在该面板1的一侧外表面上设有保温层板4,保温层板4通过粘合剂3与面板连接在一起;如图3所示,本发明木质建筑模板的第二实施方案,上述面板1也可以为两层,此时保温层板4设置在该两层面板1之间,同样保温层板4通过粘合剂3与两层面板连接在一起,即:本发明木质建筑模板为夹芯板。保温层板4用泡沫绝热材料制成,泡沫绝热材料可以是岩棉、聚苯等。
使用时,将上述木质建筑模板按建筑物结构需要与钢结构安装在一起,浇灌混凝土,待灌混凝土干燥后,则本发明木质建筑模板即可与钢筋混凝土结为一体。当需要再进一步装饰时,可以将装饰材料或书画如瓷砖或涂料等直接与其贴合或喷涂画上。

Claims (4)

1.一种木质建筑模板,其特征在于:包括至少一层面板(1),该面板(1)由沿水平面无序排列、且相互叠置的若干根木丝(2)构成,每根木丝(2)的长度为5mm~<250mm,并通过硅酸盐水泥相互压缩连接在一起;在所述面板(1)的一侧外表面上设有保温层板(4),保温层板(4)通过粘合剂(3)与面板连接在一起。
2.一种木质建筑模板,其特征在于:面板(1)由沿水平面无序排列、且相互叠置的若干根木丝(2)构成,每根木丝(2)的长度为5mm~<250mm,并通过硅酸盐水泥相互压缩连接在一起;所述面板(1)为两层,在该两层面板相对的内表面之间设有保温层板(4),保温层板(4)通过粘合剂(3)分别与两层面板连接在一起。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的木质建筑模板,其特征在于:所述面板(1)整体层面的木丝(1)与木丝(1)之间的空隙率为0%~80%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的木质建筑模板,其特征在于:所述保温层板(4)用泡沫绝热材料制成。
