The equipment has the advantages of safe operation and uniform and stable blended solution or slurry material, is suitable for various industrial processes of additive preparation, etc., has great meaning to large-scale continuous production equipment for polyester polymerization, etc., and has good popularization and application prospects.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a technical process and a device for blending solid materials (solute) in liquid (solvent) in the chemical production process, in particular to a blending device of light powdery dry materials with specific gravity close to or lighter than the solvent, belonging to the technical field of chemical ingredients.
Background
The batching is a common procedure in chemical production, and aims to mix solid materials and liquid materials to form a solution or prepare a slurry which is relatively uniform in dispersion and can be maintained for a long time so as to be convenient for the next procedure. To the applicant's knowledge, the industry currently uses a "blending tank + disperser" device for the cyclic dosing. However, for particles with a lighter and porous structure, especially for light powdery dry materials with a specific gravity close to or lighter than a solvent, the blending device has many defects, such as large dust amount, easy caking, serious influence on the blending quality of the slurry, high solute consumption ratio, severe environmental pollution on the blending site, and physical and psychological damage to operators.

The invention aims to improve the existing industrial batching device, enhance the stirring effect, collect dry powder suspended dust, improve the field environment and make the prepared solution or slurry more uniform, thereby forming a set of more ideal light powdery dry material blending device.

Therefore, the invention adopts the spraying solvent to capture solute dust, and is additionally provided with the double-layer stirring paddle to enhance the dissolving effect of the blending tank, thereby better eliminating the dust flying caused in the feeding process of the light powder, and leading the light material to fall into the tank and be easier to break up solid substances formed on the liquid surface. The bottom of the blending tank is connected with nitrogen or a compressed air pipeline through a check valve, so that the materials can be damped and agglomerated, and the double-layer blades cannot be scattered, or when the materials are agglomerated and fall into the tank too fast to block a discharge port and a discharge pipeline in the tank, even if the materials are intensively stirred, the materials are difficult to disperse and dredge, nitrogen or compressed air with higher pressure is introduced to carry out blowback and bubbling, so that the stirring operation is well supplemented, and the probability of the occurrence of batching faults is greatly reduced. In addition, the invention also introduces a heat medium into an inlet and an outlet jacket pipes of the disperser, so that the circulating liquid is heated, and the dispersing effect of the light solid in the circulating liquid is ensured; meanwhile, the pump body of the disperser is forcibly cooled by adopting a mode of adding cooling water, so that the stable operation of the mobile equipment is ensured.

Detailed Description
As shown in figures 1 to 7, the light powdery dry material blending device comprises a blending tank 7 and a disperser 8, wherein the light powdery dry material 1 is added from a solid feeding port at the top of the blending tank 7, and a solvent 2 is fed into the tank through a valve V-1. The end of the solvent 2 feed pipe is provided with a nozzle 9, and the nozzle 9 is arranged inside the feed channel of the solid material. The blending tank 7 is internally provided with a stirrer 10, the stirrer 10 is provided with double-layer blades, the upper layer is a fluted disc type blade 11, and the lower layer is a propulsion type blade 12 (figures 3 and 4). The teeth 13 on the fluted disc type blade 11 are distributed in two circles, and the directions of the teeth 13 are respectively upward and downward to form two circumferences (fig. 5 and 6); the lower propulsion blades 12 may be conventional three-bladed sweepback propulsion blades (fig. 7). The bottom of the blending tank 7 is provided with a circulating pipeline and a discharging pipeline which are respectively controlled by valves V-2 and V-3, and a disperser 8 is arranged on the circulating pipeline.
The nozzle 9 is installed at the center of the solid material feeding channel, and is a three-hole nozzle, one path in the middle is a radial jet hole, and the other two paths are spiral jet-shaped jet holes, as shown in fig. 2. The nozzle with the structure can make the sprayed solvent fine drops fall along a spiral path, and after the falling path is prolonged, the collection degree of the light powdery dry material 1 can be enhanced, and the collection effect can be improved.
The fluted disc type blade 11 has the functions of enhancing the liquid level dispersion effect and preventing light substances from caking and floating on the surface. The radius of the paddle in the layer is calculated according to the stirring power, the installation height H of the paddle on the stirring shaft is determined according to the dosage of the mixing tank 7, the specific position is basically consistent with the static liquid level in the mixing tank 7 and is about 10cm below the liquid level of the beating paddle. After the installation height H is determined, the fluted disc type blade 11 can be fixed on the stirring shaft through a locking screw.
In addition, a bubbling facility is provided at the bottom of the blending tank 7, and nitrogen gas or compressed air 3 is communicated with the interior of the blending tank 7 through a check valve V-4. The inlet and outlet pipelines of the disperser 8 are jacketed pipes, the heat tracing steam 4 is introduced into the jacket, so that the device has the comprehensive efficiency of 'heating → dissolving → batching', and the condensed steam 5 formed by the heat tracing steam 4 is externally connected through a pipeline. Under the condition, the material condition in the blending tank 7 can be timely mastered through the liquid level meter LI and the thermometer TI, and meanwhile, the pump body of the disperser 8 needs to be cooled by the cooling water 6, so that the normal operation of the mobile equipment is ensured.
When the technical scheme is applied, the adding amount of the solvent 2 is calculated firstly, and the solvent is metered into the blending tank, so that the solute can be fully dissolved as much as possible; the solution is not supersaturated, or the viscosity of the solution is not enough to overload a stirring motor; and thirdly, the blade can be immersed into the upper layer fluted disc type blade by about 10 cm. The stirrer 10 and disperser 8 are then activated and the heating and cooling medium turned on to allow the apparatus to function properly. Then, powder is evenly added from a solid feeding port, solvent spraying is started at a proper time, the other part of the solvent which is counted and metered is added into a blending tank 7 from a nozzle 9, and the spraying solvent is used for capturing suspended powder particles, so that the aims of reducing dust and enhancing the solubility are fulfilled. If the powdery material 1 is agglomerated due to external reasons, and is difficult to dissolve or disperse when entering the blending tank 7, and still cannot meet the requirements after long-time stirring, the disperser 8 should be stopped in time at this moment, the valve V-2 is closed, and nitrogen or compressed air 3 with higher pressure is introduced into the tank from the check valve V-4 for bubbling, so that the effect is obviously improved.
The technical scheme of the invention is suitable for various industrial processes such as additive preparation and the like, has great significance for large-scale continuous production devices such as polyester polymerization and the like, and has good popularization and application prospects.
