本发明涉及一种平面电感,特别是用于带有平面螺旋绕组的单片HF振荡器。
背景技术
通常地,在迄今已知的平面电感中,绕组呈基本上闭合环路的形式,例如在边界区域采用椭圆形式的任意多边形,或者形状还可以为圆形,其中,为了连接电源线,相交的绕组端部形成分几部分互相平行延伸并且承载相同方向的电流的导体部分。这些已知结构的缺点在于强磁场分量伸展至绕组环外侧。在集成电路的情况中,例如移动通讯或数据传输技术中的收发机IC,其包括更多的位于内部或位于外部线圈中的磁性元件,如果可应用的话包括寄生元件——例如LNA所用的接口电路中的情况——就可能与这类螺旋电感发生干扰耦合。按其顺序,这就可能表现为不合需要的振荡、相关频率分量的过高串扰之类。
发明内容
因此,本发明的一个目的是创造一种平面电感,其利用与迄今已知的平面电感同样简单的结构,但在绕组外侧具有减小的磁场分量。
为了实现这个目的,本发明使得每个绕组呈“8字形”的形式,带有承载相同方向的电流并且在两个环之间延伸的三个交叉导体。
在根据本发明的这种设计中,每个螺旋绕组包括两个环,其中一个环承载顺时针方向的电流,而另一个环承载逆时针方向的电流,由于这种设计,表面要求就类似于已知结构,并且产生了大致相同的电感和性能因数值。在绕组的两个环中的相反磁通方向保证了更大部分的磁通绕着三个中央交叉导体集中。共有绕组的磁偶极子导致磁场分量具有良好的局域定位。因此,在绕组外侧,与迄今所用的结构相比,场就显著减小。由这些磁场分量产生的在充分集成的RFVCO与高频接收电路之间的自混合效应的测量结果表明,与迄今所用的结构相比,新的结构减少了大约10dB。最后,以下这点也在本发明的范围之内,即交叉导体互相平行并且上方和下方的交叉导体在相对两侧连接于电源线上。这些交叉导体还可以互相叠放起来。
当然,根据本发明的平面电感还可以呈多个绕组的形式。为此目的,在本发明的实施例中,绕组的每个眼可以装备有多个绕组,它们螺旋地设置于彼此内部,它们的内端连接在一起。
为了补偿电源线的磁场,还可以使得电源线从其离开的绕组的眼被设置成小于另一个眼,其中,为此目的,如果适当的话,可以提供另外的金属化平面,并且中央导体部分地互相叠放起来。

具体实施方式
图1所示的根据现有技术的平面电感所用的绕组包括圈状的环1,其端部2和3互相交叉,向外延伸并且连接到电源线4和5上,或者在多个绕组的情况下连接到其它环上。由于存在由箭头所示的电流,就在实际绕组1的外侧产生了强磁场,如上文所详述,其在许多应用实例中具有干扰效应。
因此,根据本发明,如图2所示,示出了一种经修改的结构,其绕组1呈带有两个环1a和1b的数字“8”的形式,其中承载相同方向的电流的三个交叉导体6至8形成于两个环1a和1b之间。这些交叉导体6至8互相平行,其中上方交叉导体8和下方交叉导体6在相对两侧连接于电源线4和5上。自不待言,平面螺旋绕组的交叉处当然绝缘。
方向相反的绕组环1a和1b的磁偶极子引起磁场分量具有非常良好的局域定位,因此实际上在绕组环的外侧不再产生显著的磁场分量。
图3示出了一种带有多个绕组的平面电感的实施例的实例。此处,导体布置方案设置成使得从下方眼9的电源线5开始,上方眼10首先被缠绕成使得导体轨迹在彼此内部螺旋地设置。上方眼10的内绕组的端部11连接于下方眼9的内绕组的端部12上。
为了补偿电源线4和5的磁场,在图4所示的实施例的实例中,平面电感的上方眼10被设置成更大。
在图5所示的实施例的实例中,其中上方眼10,即不带电源线4和5的眼,再次被设置成更大,这通过提供另外的金属化平面,并且将中央导体部分地互相叠放起来而实现。

Claims (6)

1.一种平面电感,其带有平面螺旋绕组,其特征在于,每个绕组(1)呈“8字形”的形式,带有承载相同方向的电流并且在两个环(1a、1b)之间延伸的三个交叉导体(6、7、8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的平面电感,用于单片高频振荡器。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的平面电感,其特征在于,交叉导体(6、7、8)互相平行,并且上方交叉导体(8)和下方交叉导体(6)在相对两侧连接于电源线(4、5)上。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的平面电感,其特征在于,绕组的每个眼(9、10)装备有多个绕组,它们螺旋地设置于彼此内部,它们的内端(11、12)连接在一起。
5.根据权利要求3所述的平面电感,其特征在于,邻近电源线(4、5)的绕组的眼(9)被设置成小于另一个眼(10),以便补偿电源线(4、5)的磁场。
6.根据权利要求4所述的平面电感,其特征在于,提供有另外的金属化平面,并且中央导体部分地互相叠放起来。
