Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para averiguar de manera mecanizada el estado de funcionamiento de rodillos portadores (13) de una instalación transportadora de banda (1) durante el funcionamiento de la instalación transportadora de banda, en donde al menos está previsto un vehículo no tripulado (2) con al menos un sistema de sensores generador de imágenes, mediante el cual la instalación transportadora de banda puede registrarse mediante sensores al menos por secciones en forma de datos de imagen, en donde se registran datos de imagen de al menos una parte de la instalación transportadora de banda como datos de imágenes térmicas. En los datos de imagen registrados de la instalación transportadora de banda se averigua automáticamente al menos una posición de área de imagen de identificación, en la que al menos está reproducida una parte de un rodillo portador (13). Para cada posición de área de imagen de identificación averiguada desde los datos de imagen, en los datos de imágenes térmicas se fija automáticamente una posición de área de imagen de análisis. En cada posición de área de imagen de análisis fijada se analizan automáticamente datos de imágenes térmicas y se averigua el estado de funcionamiento de rodillos portadores (13).
