Abstract
Un método para probar la presencia y cuantificación de variantes de beta-caseína tipo A1 o tipo A2 en leche o productos lácteos derivados de la leche usando digestión por quimotripsina seguida de un análisis LC-MS para determinar las concentraciones de péptidos de digestión de beta-caseína y usando las concentraciones para calcular las cantidades de variantes de beta-caseína tipo A1 o tipo A2 presentes.
