Fig. 1 zeigt in seliematiseher Darstellung eine Seitenansicht eines Fahrzeuges, wobei eine Anzahl Stützkörper zwischen jedem Ka- rosseriesehweller und dem Falirzeugrahmen oingesetzt sind; Fig. 2 zeigi wieder in schematischer Dar stellung in Seitenansicht ein Fahrzeug, bei welchem zwischen Karosserieschweller und dem Rahmenje auf die Länge des Schwellers d#,irp-hlaufende Schienen sich befinden;
Method for connecting the body and chassis in motor vehicles. At. In motor vehicles, every body series eveller must be precisely adapted to the surface of the vehicle frame so that the body is evenly positioned on the frame at all points.
According to the previously known method, the body series, after it has been created in the shell, is fitted onto the frame and then finished. In this case, the chassis must be made available to the body shop for a longer period of time, which results in particularly economical disadvantages.
In order to alleviate these disadvantages and to facilitate the manufacture of the body independent of the chassis, according to the invention, the body sills are provided with documents, by means of which the body is then fitted onto the frame of the chassis. It is thereby made possible that the body shop can completely manufacture the body independent of the chassis.
The chassis is then only required for a short time to attach the documents to the finished body and the frame. A number of support bodies fastened to the rocker can be used as Unferlagen for each rocker, but rails running across the length of the rocker can also be used.
The drawing relates to two exemplary embodiments of the invention, shown in three figures.
FIG. 1 shows a selective representation of a side view of a vehicle, a number of support bodies being inserted between each body shell and the vehicle frame; Fig. 2 shows again a schematic representation in side view of a vehicle in which between the body sill and the frame each on the length of the sill d #, irp-h running rails are;
Fig. 3 shows the cross section through the z # lZ.body sill, through the base and through the frame.
. According to FIG. 1 , supports c are attached to the longitudinal shafts a of the body as individual support bodies, which are spaced apart from one another the frame d are open [, asst.
According to FIG. 2, instead of the boards consisting of individual support bodies, rails c 'run along the length of the rocker. The documents c respectively. e 'are according to the Ffig. 3 inserted between the longitudinal shafts a and the frames d .
Insertion takes place twice or less after the body is finished.
