Grenztnsterlehre.
Frontier apprenticeship. The present invention relates to a limit switch gauge with two opposing measuring buttons, one of which consists of an adjustable slider with a rectangular cross-section and the other of two adjacent sliders with the same overall cross-section as the former, with the outer ends of the last-mentioned sliding pieces adjusting screws for adjusting their position.
The invention consists in the fact that the measuring keys are stored in brackets and inserted into these outside the keys against the outside adjacent, with conical holes provided filler pieces, through these holes and the legs of the brackets conical screws are ge leads through Tighten the filler pieces against the keys and thereby place them against the back of the clamps, and at the same time allow the legs of the clamps to be clamped together.
In the accompanying drawings, FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 show an exemplary embodiment of this improved limit switch gauge from three different sides, while FIG. 4 shows a cross section along the line A-A of FIG.
1 is the frame of the drawn limit switch gauge, which is formed at the ends into long, wide, fork-shaped brackets 2 and 3 in which the measuring buttons 4 and 4 respectively. 5, 6 are stored. The measuring button 4 has such a length that it can be pushed inward against the measuring buttons 5, 6, and it consists of a relatively wide and thin slider with a rectangular cross section, the inner end of which presents a long measuring plane.
The measuring button 4 is held in its position in its bracket 2 partly by means of a clamping screw 7 on the back part of the bracket, partly by means of a filler piece 8, which rests against the outer edge of the measuring button and is inserted between the free ends of the bracket legs: the filler piece 8 is held by conical screws ben 9 in the position employed on the measuring button; These screws go through one leg of the clamp and through conical holes in the filler piece 8 and are screwed into the other leg of the clamp.
By tightening the screws 9, the filler piece 8 can be pressed against the button and the latter against the bottom of the clip groove, and at the same time the legs of the clip are clamped together. By loosening the screws 9, both the contact pressure of the filler piece 8 and the clamping pressure of the clamp against the measuring button 4 are released so that the latter can be moved.
The detection of the measuring button 4 can also be accomplished in such a way that a number of conical recesses corresponding to the number of conical screws 9 is attached in the outer edge of the measuring button itself, which recesses at certain distances from each other, for. B. 2 inin or 2.5 min. When tightening the screws 9 these penetrate into the conical recesses of the measuring button, whereby the same is pressed on the one hand against the back of the clamp and on the other hand is secured against longitudinal displacement.
While the measuring button 4 in bracket 2 consists of a single slider, the measuring button in bracket 3 is composed of two adjacent sliders 5, 6, which can be adjusted independently of one another for axial and / or minimal measurements, and which are fixed in the bracket in a similar way, as previously described for the measuring button 4, by means of a clamping screw 7 and by means of a filler piece 8 with screws ben 9 takes place.
The clamping screw 7 allows the slider 6 to be locked in the position it is set so that it is not inadvertently moved during the subsequent setting of the outer slider 5. The total cross-section of the adjacent sliders 5, 6 is the same as the cross-section of the opposing measuring button 4. In the bracket 3 is also under each of the sliders 5, 6 an adjusting screw 10 respectively. 11 arranged, which rests against the outer end of the slider concerned and by means of which the slider 5 or 6 can be set to a certain extreme limit position.
