Description

Steinschraube.

Stone screw. Stone screws that are embedded in masonry, foundations and the like in order to be used for fastening machines, electrical switchboards and other objects can usually not be so precisely arranged in their place that their mutual distances with those of the to be fastened object exactly match the existing holes. In such a case, the holes "; - of the object in question must be reworked because the position of the firmly cemented screws cannot be changed afterwards.

The present invention now relates to a stone screw with which the indicated inconvenience can be remedied in that the same is provided with a screw bolt which is made adjustable by not being fastened directly, but indirectly in the masonry. A base body (for example a sleeve or the like) which is connected to the screw bolt in such a way that the screw bolt can be adjusted at an angle to its longitudinal axis is used for this indirect fastening. This adjustment can then take place in the ratio required by the screw holes of the object to be fastened, so that reworking of the same and the loss of time associated therewith is avoided.

If the connection of the screw bolt with the base body mentioned is releasably directed, it is possible to connect the finished base body with screw bolts of the appropriate length only when required; or replace damaged screw bolts.

The drawing illustrates the subject of the invention in three different exemplary embodiments.

According to Fig. ' 1 to 3 serves as a base body a sleeve a with a cross bolt U, -on which the loosely at the lower end with. one eye provided screw bolt c is inserted. In this case, the screw bolt can both be displaced in the axial direction of the bolt b and rotated around the bolt b at an angle to this, so that a cross-sided adjustment of the screw bolt is possible it is possible to easily replace the screw bolt C. The sleeve a is cast into the masonry.

The eye * of the screw bolt c can also be designed as a hook; to enable the 'screw wood' to be replaced.

In the-Fig. 4 to 6 a stone screw is shown, which serves the same purpose, the screw bolt -but in the base body can be determined. The sleeve a is widened at both ends to form two extensions into which round disks b and e are inserted.

The lower disk c has pins <I> d, </I> which are riveted into disk b <I> "</I>: -The two disks can be rotated and each of them has a slot for inserting the The screw bolt D is turned a quarter turn after its head has been pushed through the slits and the head is brought into engagement with grooves in the disk c to prevent unintentional rotation.

By tightening a nut g, the screw bolt is fixed in the desired position. The rotatability of the disks b and c, as well as the displaceability of the screw bolt e in the slots of these disks enables a large movement of the screw bolt that can be determined at every point.

A third embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in FIGS. 7 to 9. Here a plate b rests with a thread aa satt c towards the base body -a ..- "The screw bolt d is displaceably arranged in a dovetail-shaped recess Plate b on the-im.

Masonry fixed base body a and by shifting the screw bolt d in this' plate distorts a limited, but any change in the screw bolt position. A determination-the plate .b Tann: be made by suitable means.
