Die Zeichnung veransehaulicht sehenuitiseli eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes, und zwar zeigt Fig. 1 ein in eine Wagentüre eingebautes Fenster, von innen gesehen;
Device for locking and moving sliding windows, in particular in for vehicles. The invention relates to a device for locking and moving Sellie windows, in particular for vehicles, in which, as in known devices, the window is adjusted and clamped by means of a hinged lever firmly connected to its axis of rotation can be.
The drawing shows an example of an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, namely FIG. 1 shows a window built into a car door, seen from the inside;
2 is a longitudinal section, and FIG. 3 is a plan view of FIG. 1; FIG. 4 shows, on a larger scale, a part of the movement mechanism, viewed with the end plate removed, FIG . 5 a cross section through riig. 4, with the handle lever unfolded, and FIG. 6 the top view of FIG. 4 with the handle lever folded down.
Here a is the frame in whose folds c the window b slides. Heilförinige clamping jaws (1) are spring-mounted at the upper end of these folds.
The window is moved by turning a crank, the axis J 'of which transmits the rotation to the window f1 rigidly connected to it. This Seheibe is connected with the Zu-stan-e It and is in its II 2n Drehtin-en dtir (! H the appearance is bordered, welelie to the Zu-,
stanae li- (A111 And prevent the crank from over-turning. The pull rod h transmits the n movement to the lever arm i, which, as shown in the arrow shape, rotates by means of the pull piece k twisted the angle lever 1 .
This tr: i,) t at its lower end into the sliding roller, which can be seen in the sliding track arranged at the bottom of the window. The druel indicated by the angular love 1 lifts the window b either upwards or downwards, depending on the riaelidern of the hand #, riff c is turned right or left .
For the downward movement of the window, a spring bar o is attached between the lever -i and the lower sill of the door-r., Iiiiieiis a. When you move the lever i downwards, you push this spring rod together and absorb any bumps so that the window can never fall down roughly even when you let go of the handle.
The way in which the locking device do- works is as follows.
\ #Vird. the handle lever e2 with the handle e atif the crank arm e # folded, the slide rail s with its wedge-shaped end becomes v:
ever through the slot of the axis f that the bushing p, overcoming the counter-pressure of the spring r, is pushed nael-1 on the outside, whereby the holy extension q is around the pin y </ B> presses the rotating jaws t apart. These push the push rods v outwards, overcoming the pressure of the spring w.
The holy ends x of the push rods v press the wedge-shaped small brackets d onto the frame of the window b so firmly that it is in the given him La-, e, respectively. Height is unconditionally retained.
-If you want to adjust the window, then you open the handle e 'with the handle e, whereby the slide rail s with its wedge-shaped end is lifted out of the slot of the axis f and the bush 1) un ter (Ipin Druel-i of the spring r slides inwards and the attachment q between the swing jaws t comes out,
whereupon these stand by the pressure of the leaf springs iv the Sehubstangen v closed again who the. This causes the wedge-shaped Eii den -x to emerge from the small pieces d , so that the window can now be opened as desired by turning the hand grip, as described above (Y "(, lifted or can be lowered.
The frames of the window b have on the right and left nvei extended legs b ', which allow the window to be pushed up in its entire length.
The whole design of the mechanism guarantees that the window is firmly seated in any position. This is safely guided up to the highest position and z2 no overhead guide is necessary, so that, for example, a car without an upper door can be closed all around with such windows - without the view. is prevented.
This design also makes it possible to use such a window on doors that only extend up to the body height in open cars. Straps, ropes, wires, cords, that is to say tools that can tear, are not used in the entire construction. Moving the window is easy and simple and does not require any special effort. A corner or a jamming, such as a rattling of the window is excluded, and this moves in a calm manner when adjusting.
