Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines hochwertigen Heizgases in Generatoren.    Die in gewöhnlichen     Caeneratoren    herge  stellten Heizgase zeigen für viele Zwecke  einen zu geringen Heizwert. Gemäss vorlie  gender Erfindung wird der Heizwert erhöht,  d. h. ein hochwertigeres Heizgas hergestellt,  wenn man in den Generator oberhalb des       Brennmaterials    Öle einspritzt. Die Öle können  von verschiedener Provenienz sein.  



  Bei Verwendung von     Koks.    Steinkohle  usw. als Brennmaterial werden im Generator  verschieden hohe Temperaturen erreicht, je  nach     Brennstoff    und Bedienung des Generators.  Die Öle werden je nach der Temperatur, die  oberhalb des Brennmaterials herrscht, stärker  oder weniger stark zersetzt.     Zweckmässig     werden als Öle     Ölrückstände,    z. B. Naphtalin,  Paraffinöle,     Mineralölrückstä.nde    usw., einzeln  oder in Gemischen verwendet. Wenn die Tem  peratur im Generator zu hoch ist, so dass    die beabsichtigte Zersetzung nicht rationell  erfolgt, so kann durch gleichzeitiges Ein  spritzen von Wasser in den Generator die  Zersetzung rationell gestaltet werden.

The oils decompose to a greater or lesser extent depending on the temperature above the fuel. It is advisable to use oil residues as oils, e.g. B. naphthalene, paraffin oils, mineral oil residues, etc., used individually or in mixtures. If the temperature in the generator is too high, so that the intended decomposition does not take place efficiently, the decomposition can be made efficient by injecting water into the generator at the same time.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines hoch wertigen Heizgases in Generatoren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man in den Generator oberhalb des Brennmaterials Öle einspritzt, zum Zwecke, dieselben zu zersetzen. UNTERANSPRUCH: Verfahren nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man durch Einspritzen von Wasser in den Generator die Zersetzung der Öle rationell gestaltet.
