Abstract

The elastic band combination has two bands, which are connected with each other, where one of the bands is elastic and the other band is non-elastic and tear-proof. The non-elastic band (2) is connected with the elastic band (1) at multiple points such that they are arranged in a wave-like manner in the relaxed condition. An independent claim is also included for a fastening device with a ribbed clamp.

[0001] Elastische Bänder sind weit verbreitet und werden vor allem bei Kleidungsstücken eingesetzt, insbesondere bei Unterhosen und Pyjamas. In den meisten Fällen müssen diese keiner starken Zugbelastung standhalten können. Vielmehr sind sie lediglich dazu da, um eine leichte Zugspannung zu erzeugen und so z.B. das Herunterrutschen von Hosen zu verhindern. Gewöhnlich handelt es sich dabei um Gewebe, bei denen elastische, in Längsrichtung angeordnete Fäden mit nicht-elastischen, in Querrichtung angeordneten Fäden kombiniert sind, wobei die nicht-elastischen Fäden in der Regel aus einem heiss-schweissbaren Material wie Polypropylen bestehen. Gedacht wird dabei namentlich an die Tragriemen bei den seit einiger Zeit in Mode gekommenen, seitlich getragenen Taschen, welche bei Nichtgebrauch eigentlich zu lang sind und daher stören. Für Fälle wie diesen wäre es von Vorteil, über ein elastisches Band zu verfügen, welches einerseits die Belastung beim Tragen der vollen Tasche in vorgegebener Länge aushält und sich anderseits zusammenzieht, sobald die Tasche abgestellt respektive nicht getragen wird. Darüber hinaus wäre es von Vorteil, wenn ein Zusatz in Form einer Vorrichtung verfügbar wäre, welcher auf einfache Weise bei bereits vorhandenen Tragriemen angebracht werden könnte, ohne dass jene wesentlich abgeändert oder gar ersetzt werden müssen. Eine besonders für Riemen bei Tragtaschen geeignete Lösung scheint somit auch bei dieser Variante nicht gegeben, namentlich wenn noch die Bedingung der nachträglichen Applizierbarkeit an den Tragriemen einer Tasche hinzukommt. Auch diese Vorrichtung wird vorzugsweise in einem Stück als Spritzgussteil aus einem Kunststoff angefertigt. Falls die Schnalle nicht mit dem elastischen Band verschweissbar sein muss, kommt auch hier vorab ein gut federnder Kunststoff wie PA (Polyamid) oder POM (Polyoxymethylen) in Frage. Andernfalls kann respektive muss ein weniger gut federnder, für eine Verschweissung mit dem elastischen Band geeigneter Kunststoff wie Polypropylen verwendet werden, was in Anbetracht des hier vorgesehenen Schnappverschlusses dank der dadurch gewährleisteten Gegenkraft kein Problem darstellt.
