Nachdem die Last 4 vom Hebezeug bzw.
Fig. 3 zeigt eine Ausführungsform des Fluidzylinders 2, 2 min .
The invention relates to fluid cylinders with a cylindrical jacket part and a piston part which is movable in the direction of the cylinder axis and which divides the cylinder interior into two partial spaces which can be filled with a fluid, and to lowering means for lifting devices for lowering loads.
Hoists with drive motors and gears are used to lift and lower loads. In order to keep transport times short, high lifting and lowering speeds are desirable. The high speeds are particularly undesirable when setting down loads, because high landing speeds lead to damage and inaccurate positioning. Hoists that enable both fast movement and slow setting down require complex drives or gears and controls.
The object of the invention is to find a solution to enable fast movement and slow settling of hoists using simple means.
The problem is solved by realizing the features of claim 1 or 6.
When the task was solved, it was recognized that a lowering means that is independent of the drive and / or gear of the hoist should be used, with which a slow or finely adjustable lowering over a small lowering height can be ensured. After roughly positioning the load by means of a rapid lowering movement, the lowering means should only allow the load to be set down. In the simplest case, a fluid cylinder, which enables a lowering stroke, is inserted between the load rope and the load holding part - such as a load hook. The fluid cylinder comprises a jacket part and a piston part that divides the cylinder interior into two sub-spaces that can be filled with a fluid. The two compartments are tightly connected to each other via a connecting line and an adjustable shut-off valve.
By transferring the weight of the load via the fluid in the subspaces from the piston part to the jacket part, or from the jacket part to the piston part, an overpressure is created in the fluid of a subspace. With the shut-off valve open and the fluid flowing through, the fluid cylinder performs a lowering stroke, the speed of which can be kept very low with a simple shut-off valve. A finely adjustable throttle valve is preferably used as the shut-off valve.
In order to return the fluid to the first sub-space for a next settling process, or to reverse the lowering extension of the fluid cylinder, the fluid cylinder comprises a restoring means which generates a restoring force between the piston and the jacket part, which, when the shut-off valve is open, flows back into the leads first subspace. The restoring means preferably comprises a spring element acting between the piston and the jacket part, which is arranged in particular in a partial space. All possible mechanical spring elements and also pneumatic pressure elements can be considered as spring elements. In addition to unactuated actuable reset means, in particular with relay or electromagnetic actuating elements, can be provided.
After the load has been put on, the load rope is lowered a little with the drive of the hoist, so that the slack load rope enables the return stroke of the fluid cylinder and in particular the unhooking of a load hook. After the return stroke, the shut-off valve of the fluid cylinder is closed, so that a load can be picked up again and lowered when the fluid cylinder is switched off.
A fluid cylinder with a cylindrical jacket part and a piston part, which divides the cylinder interior into two partial spaces, which are tightly connected to one another via a connecting line and an adjustable shut-off valve, and which comprises a resetting means, which makes the piston part resettable into a first piston position when the shut-off valve is open, is also new, inventive and applicable regardless of a hoist. In particular, such a fluid cylinder can also be used with tensioning devices, such as tension pawls, in order to enable a slow relaxation or a reduction of the tensioning force to the restoring force of the restoring means at the end of a tensioning process by opening the shut-off valve. The restoring force is then optionally selected so that the tensioning device can be removed by hand.
After unhooking, the return means causes the return stroke and the shut-off valve is closed again in order to allow a controlled relaxation at the end of the next tensioning process.
The drawings explain the invention with the aid of schematically illustrated examples.
Fig. 1: View of a lowering means arranged between a load rope and a load hook.
Fig. 2: View of a hoist, which is connected to a guide via a lowering device.
Fig. 3: longitudinal section through a fluid cylinder.
Fig. 1 shows the free end of a support cable 1, which is connected to the load 4 via a fluid cylinder 2 and a load hook 3. After the load 4 has been brought into a position close to the ground by the lifting device or load crane by lowering the load cable 1, the lowering stroke of the fluid cylinder 2 can be used for the controlled depositing of the load 4. In the illustrated embodiment of the fluid cylinder 2, after a shut-off valve 5 is opened, a piston part 6 of the fluid cylinder 2 moves downward from a jacket part 7. An embodiment of the fluid cylinder 2 is shown in FIG. 3.
Fig. 2 shows a hoist in which a fluid cylinder 2 min is used as a connecting piece between a mounting rail 8 and a drive device 9 of the hoist 9, 1, 3. When lowering by means of the fluid cylinder 21, the hoist 9, 1, 3 is lowered together with the load. The restoring force of the restoring means, not shown, of the fluid cylinder must be somewhat greater than the total weight of the lifting device. Since the fluid cylinder 21 and the drive device 9 lie in the illustrated embodiment over the range of the operating personnel, a controllable actuating device 5a with a feed 10a and a control line 11a is provided for the shut-off valve. Analogously, a supply 10b and a control line 11b are also provided for the drive device 9. The control lines 11a, 11b lead to an operating unit 12.
The feeds are electrical feeds or at least a compressed air line for the actuating device 5a.
3 shows an embodiment of the fluid cylinder 2, 2 min. The jacket part 7 consists at least of a cylinder jacket 7a and a cylinder cover 7b connected to it. In order to ensure a tight connection between these two parts, a first sealing device with a first sealing groove 15a is provided for a sealing ring in the cylinder cover 7b. A ring part 13 is connected as a connecting part to the cylinder cover 7b. It goes without saying that a thread or a hook could also be provided instead of the ring part 13 as the connecting part.
The piston part 6 comprises a piston head 6a and a piston rod 6b. The piston head 6a can be moved tightly along the inner surface of the cylinder jacket 7a by means of a second sealing device, in particular with a second groove 14 for receiving a sealing ring. The piston rod 6b extends through an outlet opening 16 of the cylinder jacket 7a and is guided tightly by a third sealing device, preferably with a sealing ring accommodated in a third groove 15. At the free end of the piston rod 6b, a connection possibility, in particular a bore 6c, is provided.
The piston head 6a divides the interior of the jacket part 7 into two subspaces 17a and 17b. When the piston part 6 is displaced, fluid must flow simultaneously from one and into the other subspace 17a, 17b. In order to enable or interrupt the simultaneous entry and exit of fluid into or from a partial space 17a, 17b, a connecting line 18 is formed from one to the other partial space 17a, 17b and a shut-off valve 5 is formed therein. The connecting line 18 is preferably formed in the cylinder jacket 7, but could also be routed outside the same. It would also be conceivable to arrange the connecting line in the piston part 6 or in the piston head 6a, but then the arrangement and actuation of a shut-off valve arranged therein would be made more difficult.
The connecting line 18 connects to the one partial space 17b via an annular connecting groove 19. The connection of the connecting line 18 to the other sub-space 17a takes place through the shut-off valve 5 inserted into the cylinder jacket 7a. The shut-off valve 5 is preferably designed as an actuatable throttle valve and in this case comprises a valve seat and a valve cone which can be precisely adjusted in its bore by means of a fine thread of a screw spindle. It goes without saying that all known shut-off throttle valves can be used. In addition, the valve used can interrupt the connecting line 18 at any point.
Arranged around the piston rod 6b in the partial space 17a is a shock spring 20, which rests on the one hand on the piston head 6a and on the other hand on a bearing surface 21 of the cylinder jacket 7a and thus presses the piston part 6 into the jacket part 7. The restoring force emanating from the spring 20 leads, when the shut-off valve 5 is open and essentially without other forces acting between the piston and the jacket part, to a movement of the piston head 6a against a first stop 22 of the cylinder cover 7b. Correspondingly, a larger, opposite force to the restoring force, acting between the piston and the jacket part, leads to a lifting movement of the fluid cylinder when the shut-off valve 5 is open.
In order to achieve an extremely rigid coupling between the piston part 6 and the jacket part 7 when the shut-off valve 5 is closed, a liquid or incompressible medium, in particular hydraulic oil, is preferably filled into the subspaces as the fluid. If a less rigid coupling is desired, a gaseous or compressible fluid can also be filled in. It would also be conceivable for the fluid to be guided from a partial space 17a or 17b of the fluid cylinder through a connecting line and a shut-off valve into a receiving space outside the fluid cylinder. Such a solution would be complex and not easy to use.
The compact, one-piece form of the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 3 enables a wide range of uses or the use of any existing lifting equipment. Since fluid cylinders according to the invention can be produced very inexpensively, it may be appropriate to equip sensitive devices with them, so that they can be gently removed with their own fluid cylinders after the movement with any lifting devices.
