Beschreibung description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Fermenter in liegender bzw. horizontaler Anordnung nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Die Erfindung findet insbesondere bei Grossraumfermentern Anwendung, vorzugsweise in Form von Fermentern zur Vergärung von Bioabfall, wie z.B. biogene, organische Küchen-und Gartenabfälle. Letzteres kann innerhalb weniger Stunden erfolgen. Der Wechsel eines von aussen unzugänglichen Lagers würde einen Anlagenstillstand von 1-2 Monaten bewirken. In der Zeichnung sind die erfindungswesentlichen Teile eines Fermenters 8, mit einer Länge von 25 m und einem Durchmesser von 4 m, dargestellt. Die Welle 1 eines nicht dargestellten Rührwerkes im Fermenter 8 ist auf Grund ihrer Länge geteilt ausgeführt. Die Teilung erfolgt bevorzugt mittig zur Längsrichtung des Fermenters 8. Beide Teile der Welle 1 sind jeweils zweifach gelagert. Die Lagerstellen 2, 3 der Mittellager 2' und 3' sind in einer Schachtkonstruktion achsfluchtend angeordnet. Der Innenraum des Fermenters 8 ist von diesem, senkrecht zur Längsachse der Welle 1 angeordnetem Lagerschacht 4 luft- und wasserdicht getrennt. Im Lagerschacht 4 kann sich eine Person normal bewegen und dabei die Mittellager 2' und 3' kontrollieren oder ggf. auch auswechseln. Zum Letztgenannten wird zunächst mittels einer Schraube 5 die Welle 1 in ihrer Lage fixiert. Nach dem Lösen der Schrauben 6 und Befestigen der Abziehvorrichtung 7 am Mittellager 2', 3' kann das Mittellager 2', 3' abgezogen werden.
