The invention relates to a dispenser for advertising material according to the preamble of claim 1.
It is customary to put company brochures and / or business cards with printed advertising text, for example at a trade fair stand, on a table for prospective customers.
A disadvantage here is that such delivery of advertising material is limited to the immediate business area, so that only a limited group of people is addressed. Another disadvantage is that this advertising material is often overlooked.
Furthermore, arrangements for emitting acoustic signals, for example according to DE-OS 2 612 450, are known which are particularly fastened to display cases and shop windows and are triggered by temporary people without contact by means of a proximity sensor in order to also emit the stored information via loudspeakers.
Such arrangements, particularly attached to display cases outside of the actual business area, enable a larger group of people to be addressed to a limited extent, but the advertising texts are generally only limited to acoustic information without the delivery of advertising material, so that an interested party can hardly keep such information in mind and therefore may not be able to come back to it later.
The invention specified in claim 1 is based on the task of creating an advertising material dispenser which, in particular outside the actual business area, offers prospective people brochures to take away acoustically and / or optically and at the same time limits possible misuse of a simultaneous removal of several advertising brochures.
In the dependent claims 2 to 11 further developments of the invention are given.
The advantage of the invention is, in particular, that the advertising material dispenser also outside the direct business area of the provider, for example on a vehicle window, a wall of a house and the like. can be attached and the passers-by can be recorded, these can be addressed directly acoustically and / or optically and the material can be taken away.
The fact that the temporary people are addressed directly arouses their curiosity, whereby after a request to press a button and take out an advertising brochure provided below, the provider can also be contacted later.
An embodiment of the advertising material dispenser according to the invention is shown schematically in the drawing.
Show it:
1 is a perspective view of an embodiment of the invention,
2 is a plan view of the inner surface of a front cover of the subject of the invention shown in FIG. 1,
Fig. 3 is a plan view of the inner surface of a rear cover of the subject of the invention shown in FIG. 1, and
3a shows a longitudinal section through a magazine with advertising material according to FIG. 3 stacked therein.
1, a brochure dispenser 10 attached to a surface 19 consists of a housing 11, a front 12 and a rear 13 cover, the respective cover edges 18 abutting the housing 11. A proximity sensor 32, 32 min, preferably an IR detector, registers temporary people in an effective area, not shown. Via a loudspeaker 34 and / or by means of an optical text display 35, the person reaching the effective range of the proximity sensor 32, 32 min is asked to press a button 36 and to remove an advertising brochure 45 (shown in broken lines in FIG. 1). By pressing the button 36, it is advanced from a magazine 20 of the brochure dispenser 10 (indicated by a broken line) through a gap 29 for provision and removal, as will be described in detail below.
2 and 3, the inner surfaces of the covers 12, 13 with schematically illustrated components 30 = 31, 32, 32 min, 33, 34, 35, 35 min, 36, 37, 38 and 40 = 41, 42, 43 , 44, 45 + 46, 47, 49, which are electrically connected to one another by circuits I to VII and lines a to f. An ON / OFF switch 43 in circuit I ensures the external power supply via a plug 17 and the entire electrical device is supplied by an accumulator 16 (accumulator). If independence from the network is required, the battery 16 can be charged or connected to a car battery. The battery 16 can also be continuously charged via solar cells, not shown. A timer 37 and a relay 38 are supplied with power via line a.
A voice module 33 is in circuit II with a microphone 44, in circuit IV with a key 42 for recording the advertising text and in circuit V with a recording (recording) display (LED) 41 and via a line b with a loudspeaker 34 connected. The voice module 33 is controlled by means of a line c via the relay 38. The circuit III or VI connects the ON / OFF switch 43, a changeover switch for an optical display 35, 35 min or the ON / OFF switch 43 Via e-contacts 27, 27 min, which are used for positioning brochure cards 45, with a motor drive 14, 15.
The power supply to the IR detector 32, 32 min takes place via a line d and e. A line f connects the IR detector 32 to the relay control 38.
3 and 3a, the advertising brochures 45 are stacked 49 in the magazine 20 between a lower printing plate 23 and an upper printing plate 25, the advertising brochures 45 being pressed against a transport roller 28, preferably coated with rubber, by means of a compression spring 24 arranged above the printing plate 23 . Each advertising brochure 45 has an electrically conductive layer 46 (preferably on one side edge) such that the first advertising brochure 45 of the stack 49 facing the transport roller 28 in the magazine 20 has two E contacts 27 arranged at a distance from one another in the transport direction (arrow). Interacts 27 min. The electrically conductive layer 46 of the advertising brochure 45 can consist of a conductor strip, a spray layer and the like. consist.
The transport roller 28 is actuated by a switch 36 via the electric motor drive 14, 15, so that the first advertising brochure 45 of the stack 49 facing the transport roller 28 is advanced through a gap 29 to the removal position 45 (shown in broken lines in FIG. 1) .
The operation of the invention will be explained in more detail with reference to FIGS. 1, 2, 3 and 3a.
People passing by the prospectus dispenser 10 are detected when they pass through a beam emitted by a passive IR detector 32 and are asked by a speech module 33 to request an advertising brochure 45 by pressing a start button 36 and to remove it from the gap 29 after it has protruded. If the start button 36 is pressed, it sets a timer 37, which can be set in a range from 30 to 180 s, and at the same time the electric motor drive 14, 15 for the provision of an advertising brochure 45. The purpose of the timer 37 is to prevent the immediate emptying of the device by continuously pressing the start button 36, so only an advertising brochure 45 can be requested and removed within the set time.
The advertising brochures 45 are stored in the magazine 20 and are pressed by spring pressure 24 against the transport roller 28, which is driven by the electric motor drive 14, 15 and is started by pressing the start button 36.
The switch-off takes place by means of E-contacts 27, 27 min arranged on both sides of the transport roller 28 in the transport direction (arrow), which interact with the conductor strip 46 of the advertising brochure 45. In the normal position, the advertising brochure 45 is located in the magazine 20 and the two e-contacts 27, 27 min are electrically connected to one another via the conductor strip 46 of the advertising brochure 45. The advertising brochure 45 is provided by means of the start button 36 in that the electric motor drive 14, 15 is switched on and thereby the transport roller 28 is actuated and the first pressed-on advertising brochure 45 is pushed through the gap 29. When the end of the advertising brochure reaches the height of the transport roller 28, the first e-contact 27 falls on the next advertising brochure 45 and interrupts the electric motor drive 14, 15 via the circuit VI and switches it off.
After removing the advanced advertising brochure 45, the first e-contact 27 touches the second contact 27 min over the conductor strip 46 and the device can be restarted after the set interval of the timer 37 has elapsed.
Instead of the above-mentioned advertising brochures, visitor cards with advertising imprints or card-like advertising lettering can of course also be used, for example with precise instructions for locating the company in question, particularly in industrial areas.
The device according to the invention can also be designed in such a way that advertising material of different stiffness, for example consisting only of cardboard, single-page or multi-page printed products, is stored therein and output by the device.
