The invention relates to a cable conveyor system according to the preamble of claim 1.
In the area of sports tracks, the performance of the cable conveyor systems has seen a remarkable increase in recent decades in line with the broad development of skiing and mountain tourism. The orbits followed this development by increasing the conveying capacity and the driving speed, however, these systems have technical weaknesses, which are noticeable at the high driving speeds and which are also used for the transport of people outside the sports area, e.g. as a means of transportation.
A particular disadvantage is the fact that the vehicles have to be deflected from an ideal path axis at the stations for reasons of the conveying or pulling rope course.
The object of the invention is therefore to create a cable conveyor system in which the vehicles are guided independently of the course of the conveyor or traction cable and smoothness and stability are improved.
The object of the invention is achieved by the features of the characterizing part of claim 1.
Due to the movable arrangement of the clamps relative to the drive, there is therefore no need to deflect the vehicles, and only the relatively small clamp mass has to be moved.
Preferably, and as provided in accordance with the invention, the cable clamps in the drives can be moved in height, which has the advantage that the position of the cable clamps in the clamped state can be controlled by the position of the traction cable relative to the drive, while the orientation of the cable clamps in the open state is easier to reach for the coupling process if it is a monorail.
It is advantageous if the rope clamps, which are movable in height according to the invention, grip the pull rope from below. This makes it possible to guide the pull rope in the stations above the drives or vehicles, i.e. to redirect or drive and thus save space in the station building.
A further improvement in the smoothness and stability can be achieved in that the drive is supported according to the invention on two horizontally spaced support cables, between which a pull cable runs.
The drives according to the invention are provided with supports for the traction cable, which are preferably arranged on both sides of the cable clamps. The suspension ropes therefore help to support the pull rope, and the rope clamps are relieved of the corresponding forces.
The supports for the traction cable are preferably arranged on the running gear in such a way that the corresponding supporting forces are transmitted directly to the supporting cables via the rollers as far as possible without stressing other parts.
The invention is explained below in the context of an embodiment relating to a 3-cable orbit and with reference to the accompanying drawings. Show it:
Figure 1 is a schematic representation of the cable arrangement and a vehicle.
Fig. 2 shows the drive of a vehicle according to Figure 1 in elevation.
Fig. 3 shows the floor plan of the drive of Fig. 2;
Figures 4 and 5 cross sections through the drive in the open or closed state of the cable clamps.
Fig. 6 shows a cross section along the line VI-VI in Fig. 3 in a simplified representation.
As can be seen from FIG. 1, the orbit, for example, designed as a cable car, has several ropes, namely at least one suspension cable or a running rail and at least one traction cable that is continuously rotating during operation. Specifically, an embodiment with two suspension ropes and a pull rope is shown in FIG. 1, the suspension ropes being denoted by 1 and the pull rope by 2. The pull cable 2 is arranged centrally between the two support cables 1, which are tensioned at the same height. The traction cable 2 runs in the tensioning fields over a plurality of rollers 4 of V-shaped intermediate supports, generally designated 3, which are clamped on the support cables 1 from below and rigidly connect them to one another.
5 generally designates a vehicle of the cable conveyor system, the cabin 6 of which is supported on a carriage 8 via a hanger 7. The design of the drive 8, also according to the invention, is shown in more detail in FIGS. 2-6 and described in more detail below.
A cross-sectionally longitudinal member 9 has its two ends adjacent and rigidly fastened to tabs 10, two pins 11 each, the axes of which all lie in a common horizontal plane. The pins 11 of both carrier ends each engage in an elastic element 12 or 12 min, which elements are arranged in a fork-shaped arm 13. Each of the two arms 13 is rigidly connected to a U-shaped cross member 14, however the elastic elements 12 and 12 min permit a limited movement of the cross members 14 in all directions relative to the side member 9 and in particular a twisting of the cross members about the longitudinal axis of the side member 9 relative to each other. The parts 9 to 14 together form the frame 15 of the drive 8.
As can be seen from FIG. 3, two rockers 17 and 18 are pivotally attached to each of the cross members 14 via axes 16, each of which has two rotatably mounted rollers 19. The pairs of rollers of each of the rockers 17 and 18 of a cross member 14 are arranged at the same distance from one another as the supporting cables 1 or, in the stations, rails corresponding to them 1 min (FIG. 4).
In contrast to the rockers 17, the rockers 18 of the pairs of front casters in the direction of travel are equipped with friction shoes 20, on which friction wheels 21 driven in the stations, as indicated in FIG. 4, can be brought into action in order to remove the vehicles 5 uncoupled from the pull rope to move or accelerate or decelerate in a known manner. A roller 22 sits in each of the fork-shaped arms 13 on the inside of the two elastic elements, designated 12 min. The two rollers 22 represent auxiliary wheels of the vehicle 5 or drive 8 for cornering, in particular in the top or bottom station of the system and there cooperate with a rail 23 (FIG. 4) which replaces the rails 1 min in the curves,
As can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 3, the drive 8 has two cable clamps 24 arranged in the longitudinal direction between the arms 13. Each of the cable clamps 24 comprises a clamp housing 25 in which two clamp parts 27 and 28 are pivotably mounted via an axis 26 passing through them. Each of the clamping parts 27 and 28 comprises a clamping jaw 27a or 28a, a curly clamping lever 27b or 28b which extends laterally beyond the rockers 17, 18 and an actuating roller 27c or 28c attached to the free end of the latter. The clamp levers 27 and 28 are designed as brackets, the clamp jaw 28a and the clamp lever 28b being arranged between the legs of the clamp lever 27b.
Finally, a plate spring assembly 29 is arranged between the pair of legs of the two clamp levers, which is supported in an articulated manner on the lever 27b via a pin 27d and on the lever 28b via a pin 28d. As can be seen from the position of the pin 28b in FIGS. 4 (clamp open) and 5 (clamp closed), this represents part of a toggle joint which, during the opening and closing movement of the clamping jaws 27a, 28a, counteracts the action of the the clamping force exerting plate spring assembly 29 passes over a dead center position. In the open position of the clamp parts 27 and 28, they rest against stops (not shown) on the housing 25.
According to the invention, the rope clamps 24 are not rigidly connected to the frame 15, but movably, the mobility being independent of the opening or closing movement of the clamping jaws. For this purpose, the terminal housings 25 are each articulated to a link 30 (FIG. 2) via attached pairs of tabs 25 a, which in turn engages in two elastic bushings 31 by means of two rods 30 a spaced apart from one another. The elastic bushes 31 are inserted at the same height on both sides of the vertical median plane of the vehicle in the cross members 14.
Thus, the two cable clamps 24 can be moved axially and vertically to a limited extent independently of one another via the links 30 which can be deflected relative to the cross members 14, the clamp jaws 27a, 28a, which grip the pull cable 2 from below, open and close transversely to the vertical mobility. It remains to be added that between the links 30 and the clamp housings 25 or their pairs of lugs 35a, additional elastic elements, not shown, are switched on, which in the normal working position of the links 30 have the axis 26 of the clamping jaws 27a, 28a parallel to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle and thus to the traction cable Hold 2 to grasp the latter axially aligned during the closing process.
As can be clearly seen from FIG. 5, the clamp housing 25 of each cable clamp 24 carries an adjusting roller 25b, by means of which the position thereof can be influenced. Actuating rails (not shown) are provided in the stations in order to open (or close) the clamping jaws 27a, 28a via the actuating rollers 27c and 28c. The actuating rails provided for opening in the direction of travel or those connected upstream for closing are provided with a backdrop, not shown, in the stations, which clamps 24 in the open state of clamping jaws 27a, 28a via adjusting roller 25b from the height area of pull cable 2 lowered or raised in this.
The lowest position of the pull cable 2 with respect to the running gear 8 is defined by supports 32 which are rigidly attached to the cross members 14 and which transmit the resulting downward pull cable forces via the rollers 19 as directly as possible to the carrying cables 1.
On the longitudinal beam 9, a cantilever 33 which projects laterally outwards is rigidly fastened approximately in the longitudinal center thereof and, as can be seen in FIGS. 4 and 5, is yoke-shaped. The boom 33 overlaps the adjacent support cable 1 at a distance and carries at its downward free end 33a a bearing bolt 34 which runs parallel to the pin 11 and which defines a pivot axis 34a of the hanger 7. At the upper end of the hanger 7, as shown in FIG. 5, a bearing eye 7a is attached, which is penetrated by the bearing pin 34. The yoke-shaped design of the boom 33 makes it possible to introduce the forces resulting from the load directly into the carriage 8 at the height of the supporting cables 1, just as the traction cable 2 engages the carriage at this height.
For the sake of completeness, it should be mentioned that the hanger 7 can also be connected to the extension 33 via a damping element (not shown) such that pendulum movements of the cabin 6 about the pivot axis 34a are damped.
In the entry and exit area of the stations, the pulling rope 2 entering or leaving via hold-down or holding-up rollers runs parallel to the rails for 1 min, with the first section being used to uncouple the vehicles or open the clamping jaws 27a, 28a and in a subsequent second section, the clamps 24 are moved into the lowered position shown in FIG. 4 by means of the links acting on the rollers 25b. In the lowered position, the clamping jaws 27a, 28a can be guided past a rope guide roller 36 for the pull rope 2 without risk of collision, which is indicated in FIG. 4 and on which the rope can be deflected obliquely upwards over the revolving plane of the drives.
Between the inlet area and the outlet area of a station, the clamps are held in the position of a rest position corresponding to FIG. 4 by the spring-elastic bushes 31 acting on the handlebars 30 until they are raised again from the backdrop to the level of the pull rope 2 in the corresponding section of the outlet area will.
Instead of as with a 3-cable orbit, the arrangement of the cable clamp according to the invention can also be used for drives of vehicles guided on one or two rails or of vehicles carried on only one suspension cable.
On the other hand, in the cable conveyor system according to the invention, the two support cables could also be replaced by support cable pairs in order to increase the stability and / or the load capacity.
