Abstract

The process consists in detecting, by means of a coincidence circuit (11) the instant t(Zi) at which the voltage (Ui) induced in the coil (3) by the rotation of the permanent magnet (2) of the rotor of the motor passes zero. With the aid of an integrator-comparator circuit (12), the instant, corresponding to the instant sought, is determined at which the function <IMAGE> attains a value represented by a reference voltage (Vr). The latter is equal to the variation of the flux in the coil (3) produced by the passing of the rotor from the position at which the motion-induced voltage (Ui) is zero, to that corresponding to a stable static equilibrium. This instant is given by a short pulse of a signal (S) furnished by the integrator-comparator circuit (12), and applied to the input of a driving circuit (10) to engage a driving pulse at the terminals of the coil (3) of the motor.
