Abstract
Light housing with ceiling illumination openings provides luminous density distribution which is as constant as possible in as wide as possible region above lamp
Description
BESCHREIBUNG
DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a luminaire housing according to the preamble of claim 1.
In a known lamp housing of this type
Major axes of the secondary openings are arranged parallel to the longitudinal axis of the lamp; this results in an uneven illumination of the ceiling above the lamp. The invention is based on the object of designing a luminaire housing of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that a uniform area is as wide as possible above the lamp
Luminance can be achieved on the ceiling. The invention is based on the finding that this is a new one
Shape and arrangement of the secondary openings can be achieved.
According to the main axes of the Nebenöff openings are arranged transversely to the longitudinal axis of the lamp and have a width which is in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the
Lamp decreases. The shape of each secondary opening is in particular dimensioned such that the projection of the lamp onto the level of the secondary opening is approximately proportional at least up to a corner beam angle r = 40
1 is cos2y, the ceiling beam angle y being measured from a central plane that is perpendicular to the light exit plane and runs through the longitudinal axis of the lamp.
Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are characterized in the subclaims.
An embodiment of the invention is based on the
Figures explained in more detail; Show it:
1 shows a schematic cross section through a luminaire according to the invention and
Fig. 2 is a plan view of the top wall of the lamp shown in Fig. 1 in the direction of arrow II.
In a lamp housing 1 with a top wall 10 and two side walls 11, two side reflectors 13 and a rod-shaped lamp L are arranged between them; in particular, the longitudinal axis A of the lamp L lies in one
Middle plane M, which is perpendicular to a light exit plane E, which in turn is limited by the edges of a Hauptöff opening 14.
The top wall 10 runs parallel to the light exit plane E and is at a distance 1 from the longitudinal axis A
Lamp L; the diameter of the lamp L is denoted by d.
In the top wall 10 are in the direction of the longitudinal axis A consecutive secondary openings N in the form of isosceles trapezoids (Fig. 2); In Fig. 1, such a secondary opening N is rotated 90 "rotated dashed lines.
The legs s of each secondary opening N - FIG. 2 - form an opening angle a of 13 "with the main axes
Narrow side s2, which, like the broad side sl, is parallel to
Longitudinal axis A runs, lies in the central plane M and has a width B of 0.3 to 0.4, based on the diameter d of the lamp L. The narrow sides s2 of the secondary openings N alternately extend from the central plane to the left and to the right. The longitudinal distance b successively
Secondary openings N, again based on the diameter d of the lamp L, are between 0.7 and 0.8.
In the described embodiment, the
Thighs straight line. This allows a good approximation to the optimal conditions to be achieved in the range of ceiling beam angles r = + 40 under consideration here.
Even more even light distribution on the ceiling can be achieved if the width B between the legs is one
Secondary opening increases progressively with the distance from the lamp. In particular, the area of each secondary opening should be proportional to the ceiling beam angle y
1 cos2y sem.
With the invention, an equal luminance can be achieved in the area of ceiling beam angles r = + 30. The
The size of the luminance depends on the size and
Longitudinal spacing of the individual secondary openings. These secondary openings can also - in deviation from the described
Embodiment - directly opposite each other; the offset arrangement described, however, has the advantage of a higher mechanical stability with an equally good luminance distribution.
