PATENTANSPROCHE
Fig. 1 zeigt einen vertikalen Querschnitt und
Fig. 2 zeigt einen Grundriss.

PATENT ADDRESS
1. Swirl outlet for supplying air to a room to be ventilated, with a flange (2) at the air outlet end having a socket (1) and with a hub (4) arranged coaxially in the socket (1) and radially extending blades (5) which the ring cross section between the outer circumference of the hub (4) and the inner wall of the socket (1) is sufficient, the ring-like transition from the socket (1) to the flange (2) consisting of a curvature (3), characterized in that coaxial to the hub ( 4) a baffle plate (9), which extends beyond the diameter of the hub (4) and whose distance from the air outlet end can be changed axially, is arranged between the latter and the air outlet end.
2. Swirl outlet according to claim 1, characterized in that the diameter of the baffle plate (9) is 30 to 70%, preferably 40 to 60% of the inner diameter of the nozzle (1).
3. Swirl outlet according to claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the baffle plate (9) has a central threaded bore with which it is screwed onto a threaded bolt (8) which is seated in a sleeve (6) which is coaxial in the hub (4) is arranged.
The present invention relates to a swirl outlet for supplying air to a room to be ventilated, with a connection piece having a flange at the air outlet end and with blades which extend radially on a hub arranged coaxially in the connection piece and which have the ring cross section between the outer circumference of the hub and the inner wall of the connection piece range, the ring-like transition from the nozzle to the flange consists of a curvature.
Swirl outlets with sharp-edged air outlet ends as well as swirl outlets with rounded air outlet ends are known, with which, due to the swirl component, very turbulent supply air jets with intensive admixture of the room air can be generated.
Sharp-edged air outlet ends cause a jet direction that extends mainly parallel to the outlet axis.
When the air outlet ends are rounded, the supply air jets spread normally to the outlet axis due to the Koanda effect. As a result, a diffuse air supply can be achieved as desired in comfort rooms, which can optimally prevent drafts.
In cases in which it is necessary to blow out the supply air jet parallel to the outlet axis, as is necessary, for example, during heating operation with ceiling outlets, the blades of the swirl outlets have been designed to be adjustable, so that the jet direction can be influenced. The adjustability of the blades leads to the desired influencing of the beam direction, but is associated with a relatively large design and manufacturing effort.
The invention aims to provide a swirl outlet of the type described in the introduction, with which the jet direction can optionally be influenced without the need for complex adjustment of the blades. The swirl outlet according to the invention is characterized by the features of the characterizing part of patent claim 1. The vacuum created behind the baffle plate when blowing out supply air directs the jet depending on the diameter of the baffle plate and the distance of the baffle plate from the air outlet end at an angle a with 0 'a <90 um, as a result of which the discharge angle a can vary within wide limits without complicated blade adjustment leaves. The diameter of the baffle plate can be 30 to 70%, preferably 40 to 60% of the inner diameter of the swirl outlet connector.
To change the distance of the baffle plate, it has a central threaded bore with which it is screwed onto a threaded bolt which is seated in a sleeve which is arranged coaxially in the hub.
Of course, other means can also be provided for changing the spacing of the baffle plate, for example a bolt, over which the baffle plate is axially displaceable and can be fixed with the aid of an adjusting ring or otherwise.
An exemplary embodiment of the swirl outlet according to the invention is described below with reference to the drawing.
Fig. 1 shows a vertical cross section and
Fig. 2 shows a floor plan.
A nozzle 1 has a flange 2 at the air outlet end. The ring-like transition from the socket to the flange 2 consists of a curvature 3. A hub 4 is arranged coaxially in the socket 1, on the outer circumference of which inclined blades 5 extend radially to the inner wall of the socket 1.
A sleeve 6, which is supported by radial webs 7, is arranged coaxially in the hub 4. A protruding threaded bolt 8 is seated in the sleeve 6 and bears a baffle plate 9 provided with a corresponding central threaded bore, the diameter of which extends over half the inner diameter of the connecting piece 1. The plane-parallel distance to the air outlet end of the connector 1 can be changed by a corresponding number of rotations of the baffle plate 9. An unintentional rotation of the baffle plate 9 prevents a threaded nut 10 which is screwed onto the threaded bolt 8 and is tightened against the baffle plate 9.
