The invention relates to hand scissors with scissor halves consisting of a scissor blade and a handle part.
Known hand scissors, in which the scissor halves are connected to one another in an articulated manner, have various disadvantages. The spread of the fingers when operating the scissors is different and depends on the length of the handle parts. The cutting action of the scissors also differs over the length of the scissor blade, depending on the distance between the cutting point and the pivot point.
The object of the invention is now to create hand scissors in which these disadvantages are avoided. According to the invention, this is done in such a way that the scissor halves are connected to one another via a parallel guide.
The scissors according to the invention are very well suited for surgical purposes, for example, since the stroke of the handle parts and the scissor blades is constant, regardless of the length of the scissors. In order to obtain a cutting effect that can be controlled well, the grip eyes can be arranged close to the parallel guide. This was not possible with the known articulated scissors because otherwise the spreading distance for the fingers would be too small.
Nachstehend werden Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung anhand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert:Exemplary embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail below with reference to the drawings:
Fig. 1 eine erste Ausführungsform einer Handschere, Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie II-II durch die Hand-5 schere gemäss Fig. 1,1 shows a first embodiment of hand scissors, FIG. 2 shows a section along line II-II through the hand scissors according to FIG. 1,
Fig. 3 eine zweite Ausführungsform einer Handschere bei der Montage,3 shows a second embodiment of hand shears during assembly,
The hand scissors shown in FIGS. Each half of the scissors is designed in one piece and consists in turn of a scissor blade 4 with the cutting edges and a grip part 5, on whose free end the grip eyes 6 for the fingers are attached.
In the area of the parallel guide 3, one scissor half 2 has a transverse groove 7 which is arranged perpendicularly to the displacement movement and is closed at both ends. In this 20 transverse groove 7 a slider 8 of the other half 1 scissors is performed. The slider 8 is held in place in the transverse groove 7 by means of a head 9 .
When the scissors are actuated, the two scissor halves 1.2 are opened or closed parallel to one another. 25 Depending on the intended use, the handle parts and/or the scissor blades 4 can be made long or short without the stroke changing.
The connection point 10 of the scissor blade 4 with the handle part 5 can be arranged in the region of the axis of the transverse guide 3-30, as can be seen from FIGS. However, it can also be in front of or behind the guide 3, as seen in relation to the longitudinal axis of the scissors. In this way it is possible to optimally let the compressive force act on the scissor blades.
In the case of the scissors according to FIGS. 3 and 4, the handle parts 11 are arranged at the ends of the scissor blades 4 perpendicularly thereto. This allows good control of the cutting process. When assembling the scissors, the elongated projection 12, which is arranged at the end of one scissor blade 4 transversely to this, is pushed into the corresponding guide 13 of a projection 14 provided on the other scissor blade 4. Then the end stop 15 is attached, e.g. welded on, so that the scissor blades can no longer be separated from one another. 45 The embodiment variant of the scissors according to FIG. 5 is similar to that according to FIGS. 3 and 4, except that here the grip eyes 6 are offset to the rear.
