Frame construction made of Hobiproffien
The present invention relates to a frame construction made of hollow profiles, in particular for appa rate housing.
Such frame structures, e.g. for air conditioner housings have so far been welded in particular at corner connections, which has many disadvantages. Last but not least, the large amount of work involved in plastering makes the production of such frames in the factory relatively difficult. It becomes even more difficult if, for reasons of transport or the space available at the construction site, the frames have to be at least partially assembled on site at the construction site, because welding can then also become problematic due to the environmental conditions.
In turn, clean plastering is particularly difficult.
To avoid welding, up to now only screwing together has been used, which, in addition to its labor intensity, is also problematic because a close fit of the various screw holes is a prerequisite for clean assembly and the screw points can practically not be made invisible. There is also the risk of loosening the screw steal
The invention is based on the object of creating a frame structure made of hollow profiles which does not have the disadvantages mentioned at the outset and which, in addition to the advantage of simple and inexpensive manufacture, should allow easy assembly on the construction site.
Accordingly, the invention relates to a frame construction made of hollow profiles, in particular for apparatus housings, which is characterized in that at least corner connections between frame hollow profiles are formed by corner pieces, each of which engages with one arm in the interior of a respective frame hollow profile end, with each arm having at least one recess Has outer surface into which part of the frame hollow profile is molded
It also relates to a method for manufacturing this frame structure, which is characterized in that the.
Hollow profile ends each pushed over an arm of a corner piece and formed at least on the inside of the frame by pressing or knocking into a recess in the outer surface of the corner piece arm.
The main advantage of the invention is that you can use hollow profiles such. B. Pipes or C-profiles and the like., With a uniform inside width, can be used in front of fabricated corner pieces that can be equipped with 2, 3 or more to each other any desired, mostly right angle arms . It could then suffice to provide the appropriate number and shape of corner connection pieces for the production of a frame structure and the hollow profiles, e.g. B.
polygonal pipes to be snowed to the appropriate length.
The assembly can take place in whole or in part on the construction site, even in the narrowest assembly location, without welding or even plastering. Thus, the prepared upper surface of the parts is no longer damaged and does not need to be treated what z. B. with Alumi nium, especially anodized aluminum and its alloys, but also with galvanized iron can be of great benefit.
In a preferred embodiment of the inven tion, the hollow profile ends abut one another and overlap the connecting part of the corner piece, that is to say that point at which the arms of the corner piece come together. As a result, the corner piece is completely covered ver and with careful cutting of the hollow profile z. B, pipes, an almost seamless connection can be made.
If the end of the hollow profile in question} z. B. a C-shaped profile or a polygonal tube, such as a box profile, forms a cross section with the arm of the corner piece located in it, the connection is therefore non-rotatable. But it can also be made non-rotatable in other ways, e.g. B.
by suitable coordination of the formation of the profile with respect to the recess on the outer surface of the relevant corner piece arm. Said recess is advantageously designed as an annular groove, it being possible for several annular grooves to be present on the same arm. So there is no need to pay particular attention to where the indentation is made on the perimeter, and it can be hidden well inside the frame structure. It is sufficient to know the distance from the inside of the corner, using the appropriate tool, e.g. B. an electric hammer can be provided with a corresponding stop to make the molding in the correct place.
The individual corner pieces can have a wide variety of shapes depending on their use. For right-angled corner connections, for example, they can have the shape of an L, a T, a cross or shapes derived from these 3 basic shapes with further arms arranged in a different plane. Most often, a three-armed corner piece should be used to form the corner of a cube or cuboid, as will be discussed in more detail later.
The invention will be discussed in more detail below with reference to the drawing, for example. It shows:
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a partially assembled corner piece,
FIG. 2 shows a larger view of the corner piece of FIG. 1 in the direction of arrow II with hollow profiles drawn over the two arms lying in the plane of the paper, and FIG
3 shows a section along line m-m in FIG. 2.
The corner piece 1 according to FIG. 1 has 3 arms 11, 12, 13, each of these arms enclosing a right angle with the other, the arms 11 and 12 lying in a plane to which arm 13 is perpendicular. A frame tube 2 is pushed over arm 13 and connected to arm 13 in a manner still to be described with reference to FIGS. In the same way, frame tubes or another hollow profile could also be connected to the arms 11 and 12.
Also in Fig. 2 you can see the arms 11, 12 and 13 of the corner piece 1, where you can clearly see the frame tube 2 on the dashed arm 13 and sees how in the surrounding the arm 13 annular grooves 131, 132 by knocking on the Places 21, 22 the tube 2 is molded. Corresponding annular grooves 121, 122 can also be seen on the arm 12 both in FIG. 1 and in FIG. 2, while the annular grooves of the arm 11 with transfer symbols 111, 112 are only indicated in FIG. As can be seen at points 23, the tube 2 is mitred so that the tubes still to be pushed and molded over the arms 11, 12 also form the connecting part of the corner piece, i.e. the part on which the 3 arms 11, 12 , 13 would converge, overlap and butt against each other.
As can be seen from the holes 110, 120, 113 (FIGS. 1-3), the arms are designed to be hollow, which is particularly advantageous for reasons of material savings, and in the present case allows a better casting to be achieved.
In Fig. 3 one recognizes in section arm 13 with cut annular groove 131, tube 2 put over arm 13 and indentation 21, 21 'of tube 2 in annular groove 131. It can be seen here that outer sides 20, 20' remain without impressions, while on the side facing the arm 12 in FIGS. 2 and 3, the impressions 21, 21 'and 22 and another not visible impression next to impression 22 are present.
These impressions, which form the indentations, are hidden after the frame has been clad. In the same way, however, indentations could also be made at the points indicated by 3 in FIG. 2 on the side of the tube 2 facing the arm 11.
This is also indicated in FIG. 1 without a transfer symbol.
It is astonishing that in a construction with approximately the dimensions of FIG. 2 using aluminum, a force of far more than 100 kg of pull is required to pull a pipe held only with such an indentation from the corner piece. Depending on the material, the molded piece is not sheared off, but rather the pipe or corner piece is torn.
In addition to the design shown here, other corner pieces with only 2 arms or with 3 arms lying in one plane and also those with more than 3 arms in the same or in different planes are of course also possible, whereby the angles that the arms with each other include, can be different. The invention can also be carried out in the manner described with round or with other polygonal profiles.
The particular advantage of being easy to assemble on the construction site without welding and plastering, and thus the advantage of being able to assemble factory-finished individual parts in a modular manner, is obvious.
