Production line for the continuous production of precast reinforced concrete parts, especially panels and beams
The invention relates to a production plant for the production of reinforced concrete production parts, in particular panels and beams. Such precast concrete parts were previously produced in individual formwork. This production requires a lot of manual labor and thus high manufacturing costs. In addition, the quality of the precast concrete parts depends on the operators, so that there is a risk of rejects.
The present invention is based on the object of achieving economical and qualitatively flawless production with greater performance and lower production costs. This is to be achieved through a continuous production of such precast concrete parts.
The production plant according to the invention, which is intended in particular for the continuous production of panels and supports, is characterized by at least one fixed, horizontal, heated formwork track of greater length, which is mounted on a foundation, rails arranged on both sides along this formwork track, a concrete distributor that can be moved on these rails Application and distribution of the fresh concrete on the formwork sheet, a production unit that moves continuously on these rails, consisting of compressors (vibrator), smoothers and sliding formwork as well as a step-by-step separating device, a large number of heat-insulating covers for the formwork sheet and one that is moved synchronously or step-by-step with the production unit Conveyor,
which lifts the hoods located in front of the production unit one after the other and sets it down again on the formwork sheet behind this unit.
The details of this manufacturing plant and its advantages are explained in more detail below with reference to an exemplary embodiment shown in the drawing. It shows:

FIG. 9 shows an end view in the direction IX of FIG. 8 onto the displacement device,
10 to 19 different working positions of this relocating device together with the cleaning machine.
In the particularly advantageous production plant shown in the drawing, two stationary, horizontal, heated formwork sheets 1 and 2 of greater length are provided at a short distance from one another and are mounted on a foundation 3. Rails 4 are arranged on both sides of these formwork sheets 1 and 2, on which production equipment can be moved, in particular a concrete distributor 5 for applying and distributing the fresh concrete onto the formwork sheet, and also a continuously moving production unit.
This consists of a compressor 6 (vibrator), a secondary compressor 7, a smoothing machine 8 and the sliding formworks 9 to 14. This manufacturing unit also includes a step-by-step separating device 15, which advantageously has a vertically movable separating knife 16 that can be vibrated. The free space of the formwork membrane indicated by arrow C is used to insert the reinforcement cages.
The above-described production plant also includes a large number of heat-insulating covers 17 for the formwork sheets 1 and 2 and a conveying device 18 to 20 (FIG. 2) that is moved synchronously or step-by-step with the production unit, with which the cover units 17 located in front of the production unit 6 to 8 lifted off one after the other (arrow B) and placed behind this unit, as indicated by arrow A, back onto the formwork membrane. A hall 22, 23, which can be moved along it on rails 21 and which protects the production unit, the conveyor and the operators, is provided for each formwork path and is moved synchronously or stepwise with the production unit 6 to 8, 15.
In the embodiment shown, the conveying device 18 to 20 is advantageously arranged on the hall structure and designed so that the cover hoods, as indicated by arrow B, are lifted and conveyed above the production unit 6 to 8, 15 or to the side of this unit to the depositing point . A lifting device 18 working with suction is expediently provided, which brings the hoods onto a horizontal conveyor track 19 (suitably a belt conveyor), which brings the hoods 17 to the lifting device 20, which also works expediently with suction, which then moves the hoods in the direction of arrow A onto the Formwork sheet settles so that the precast concrete parts located on this formwork sheet are covered with these hoods.
The mobile halls 22 and 23 accordingly have multiple functions: They not only provide weather protection for the production unit, the workers and the fresh concrete prefabricated parts, but also serve, together with the conveyors 18 to 20, to transport the covers 17. They also serve to supply energy of manufacturing equipment. A power supply cable can be arranged along the formwork tracks, from which the power is led through a current collector into the halls 22, 23.
The formwork sheets 1, 2 are advantageously made of concrete and are equipped with built-in heating elements, e.g. B. provided heating pipes 24 for hot water or steam. In order to prevent heat loss, the underside of each form sheet is provided with an insulating layer 25. The formwork sheet also advantageously consists of precast concrete parts which are provided with height-adjustable supports, e.g. Screw bolts, as indicated at 26, are provided. With these adjustable supports, the individual track parts can be precisely aligned horizontally in the transverse and longitudinal directions. The entire formwork sheet is advantageously arranged at a distance a above the foundation 3. The space thus formed is subsequently covered with an elastic, insulating compound, e.g. Polyurethane foam, poured out.
This elastic layer, which is provided not only for insulation, but above all for vibration damping, is indicated at 27. This is intended to prevent the vibrations acting on the formwork tracks 1 and 2 by the vibrator 6 from being transmitted to the foundation and the rails 4 and thus to the sliding formworks 9 to 13. Due to the separate arrangement of the sliding formwork from the vibrating device 6, which is also provided, harmful vibrations of these sliding formworks and thus damage to the freshly formed panels or carriers are avoided.
As can be seen from the drawing, each shuttering sheet consists of a flat plate 28 and lateral, downwardly protruding and, as described above, brackets 29 supported on the foundation 3. An outer, vertical shuttering wall 30 is provided on this, so that, as in Fig. 5 to 7 illustrates, with corresponding sliding formwork panels and beams of different cross-sections can be produced on one and the same formwork sheet. It is thus possible, according to FIG. 6, to produce two rows of concrete slabs 31 with a rectangular cross section with the aid of the lateral sliding formwork 9 and the central sliding formwork 10. According to FIG. 5, on the other hand, it is possible to manufacture two rows of L-shaped concrete slabs 32 with the aid of the sliding formwork 11 and 12.
In addition, according to FIG. 7, T-beams 33 can also be produced with the aid of the sliding formworks 13 and 14.
As can be seen from the drawing, in particular FIG. 4, the sliding formworks 9 and 10 (according to production according to FIG. 6) are mounted on their own chassis 34, in the same way the sliding formworks according to FIGS. 5 and 7 are mounted on a chassis 34a, 34b . As can be seen from FIGS. 4a and 4b, the two compressors 6 and 7 and also the smoother 8 are advantageously designed as the same exchangeable structural units.
These are among themselves, e.g. by angle profile rods 45, connected to one another, that is, coupled. This unit consisting of the units 6 to 8 is also coupled to the chassis 34 of the sliding formwork 9, 10 (or 11, 12/13, 14). For this purpose, U-pieces 46 can be attached to the rods 45, which encompass the vertical posts of the chassis 34, so that the chassis 34 is carried along when the unit 6 to 8 moves forwards or backwards. There are also provided between the U-pieces 46 and the vertical posts of the chassis 34 elastic buffers 35 (also expediently in a U-profile shape).
This arrangement ensures that harmful shaking movements, in particular generated by the vibrators 6 and 7, are not transferred to the sliding formworks 9 to 14, so that they remain completely at rest and the fresh precast concrete parts cannot be damaged. Thanks to this arrangement and also the vibration-damping intermediate layer 27, it is possible to move the production unit 6 to 8 together with the sliding formwork at a very high speed of about 1 m / min and more, i.e. to achieve a high performance of this production system.
The previously described cutting device 15, which operates with a cutting blade 16, is moved synchronously with the production unit 6 to 8. It is through a stop, z. B.
a holding magnet adjustably arranged on the formwork 30, so that the fresh concrete part is then separated to the desired length by lowering the cutting blade 16. After this separation process, the device 15 is set in motion again until it has reached the unit 6 to 8 and continues to move synchronously therewith.
The economical production of precast concrete parts is further improved by a hood relocating device, shown in FIGS. 8, 9, which can be moved on the longitudinal rails 4 and which has lifting devices such that they simultaneously lift off several hoods 17 and move them over the hoods that are still on the formwork track enables. In the advantageous embodiment shown, this relocating device has several identical, connectable individual devices 36, the lifting device of which advantageously consists of several suction lifters 37 which, as can be seen from the drawing, can lift the covers 17 into the position 17 'shown in dashed lines. The three individual moving devices 36 shown have a total length which corresponds to the length of the largest concrete part to be produced (e.g. 15 m).
A cleaning machine 38 for this path, which can be moved along the formwork path, is arranged behind these couplable displacement devices 36. As indicated in FIG. 6, this machine is provided with rollers 39 on the outer formwork walls
30 can be moved, that is to say independently of the relocating devices 36.
An independent, short displacement device 40 is also advantageously arranged behind the connectable displacement devices 36, under which the cleaning device 38 is in the basic position, in which the short displacement device forms a stop 41 for the displacement devices 36.
The operation of these hood relocators and cleaning machines is illustrated in FIGS. 10-19. The sufficiently hardened prefabricated parts 31/33 that are still covered by the hoods 17 must be removed from the formwork membrane. For this purpose, the relocating devices 36 lift the hoods 17 located below them so high that they are then moved with these relocating devices into the position according to FIG. 11, that is to say the raised hoods are located above the hoods 17 remaining on the track. With a crane, e.g. a portal crane 42, the exposed prefabricated parts 31/33 are then lifted from the formwork sheet. The cleaning machine 38 is then set in motion until it has reached the position shown in FIG. 12 and has thus cleaned the formwork sheet. The relocation devices 36 then move back into their starting position, as shown in FIG.
The short displacing device 40 serves as a stop for the devices 36, which ensures that the hoods 17 are precisely set down in their correct position (FIG. 5). When the hoods are lowered by means of the lifting members 37, a hood 17 is lowered over the cleaning machine. Now, according to FIG. 15, the displacement devices 36 and the short device 40 advance so far that the short device 40 is again above the cleaning machine 38. The relocating devices 36 now take on several (in this example six) hoods 17 again at the same time and move into the position according to FIG. 16. The crane in turn lifts the exposed prefabricated parts 31/33, and the device 40 becomes the one standing on the cleaning machine Cover 17 raised. According to FIG. 8, the cleaning machine begins its work again, while the device 40 places the hood 17 on the cleaned concrete track.
According to FIG. 9, the cleaning machine has arrived at the finished parts that are still covered. According to FIG. 19, the relocating devices 16 bring the hoods 17 back into their starting position and place them back on the formwork sheet, so that the position according to FIG. 13 is again reached.
In the advantageous embodiment shown in the drawing (in particular FIG. 1), when two (possibly even more) formwork sheets 1 and 2 are arranged next to one another, only one set of manufacturing devices can be used. Start z. B. the manufacturing equipment on the track 1 and move with the associated hall 22 from left to right. The manufacturing devices 5, 6 to 8, 15 are then, e.g. by means of a gantry crane 42, placed from track 1 onto formwork track 2, so that these production devices work here together with hall 23 from right to left on track 2. With a length of the formwork web of, for example, 240 m and a speed of the production unit of around 1 m / min, this production on two webs takes around 8 hours.
By heating the formwork membrane, the precast concrete parts are then hardened in such a way that they can be lifted off the membranes. For this purpose (see FIG. 1) the hood relocating device 36, 40 together with the cleaning machine begins its work in the indicated arrow direction. The manufacturing devices can then be relocated from track 2 to track 1, so that these manufacturing devices follow the relocating devices 36, 40 together with hall 22. In this way, it is possible to manufacture very economically in the cycle and achieve high performance.
With the production plant, not only plates and girders can be made of reinforced concrete, but also, if necessary, of prestressed concrete, the above-mentioned cutting knife 15 then being designed like a comb in order to separate the fresh concrete lying between the tensioned wires. With the production plant according to the invention, prefabricated parts can be produced from both heavy and lightweight concrete (e.g. pumice concrete).
The new production plant requires only a relatively small investment, since all devices can be fully utilized. Since only mobile, relatively short halls are required for long formwork tracks, their costs as well as the formwork costs are low. With their large mass, the formwork sheets made of concrete represent a good heat store and therefore result in optimal curing conditions for the precast elements. A single crane is sufficient for all of the aforementioned transport work, which can be designed as a gantry crane and, if necessary, as indicated in FIGS unload the fresh concrete into the concrete distributor 5.
The production plant according to the invention also has the great advantage that the production of reinforced concrete structural elements is also possible in winter. In order to prevent the formation of snow and ice on the walkways indicated at 3a in FIG. 3 for the operators, these walkways can also be heated like the formwork sheets.
