Abstract

An el impervious tape has a compress fixed to it which can be placed over the wound the free ends of the tape being wound around the limb outwards from the wound and tied individually.

  Druckverband für die Wundbehandlung
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Druckverband für die Wundbehandlung.



   Die Erfindung bezweckt, mit einem einfacheren und billigeren Druckverband unter Vermeidung jeder Abschnürwirkung besonders stark blutende Wunden zu behandeln.



   Dies wird erfindungsgemäss erreicht durch ein elastisches,   ffüssigkeitsundurchlässiges    Band mit einer daran angeordneten   Kompresse.   



   Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert.



   Es zeigt:
Fig. 1 eine Teilansicht eines gebrauchsfertigen Druckverbandes und
Fig. 2 einen nach Fig. 1 am Oberarm angelegten Druckverband.



   Der in Fig. 1 dargestellte Druckverband 1 besteht aus einem elastischen, flüssigkeitsundurchlässigen breiten Band 2, vorzugsweise aus Paragummi mit einer daran befestigten sterilen Kompresse 3. Das Band 2 ist an beiden Enden abgebrochen gezeichnet. Die nicht dargestellten Enden können rechtwinklig, schräg zur Längsrichtung des Bandes oder auch spitz zulaufend abgeschnitten sein. Auch kann die sterile Kompresse oder irgendeine andere sterile Verbandpackung an einer Stelle annähernd in der Mitte auch annähernd in der Nähe eines Endes des Bandes befestigt sein bzw.



  nach Bedarf an der am besten dafür geeigneten Stelle befestigt oder bei Umwicklungsbefestigung entsprechend dahin verschoben werden.



   An dem in Fig. 2 dargestellten Arm 4 liegt am Oberarm 4a die in der Mitte des Bandes 2 angebrachte sterile Kompresse 3 auf der Wunde 5 auf und das Band 2 ist von der Wunde 5 aus nach beiden Seiten hin in schraubenförmigen Windungen, mindestens ein Drittel die Bandbreite überlappend bzw. überdeckend unter entsprechendem Anzug um den Oberarm gewikkelt und die Enden 6, 7, nachdem sie zuerst verknotet wurden, mittels Durchziehen der beiden Knoten 8 und 9 durch die beiderseitigen letzten Windungen 10 und 11 in der gewünschten, angespannten Lage als Druckverband, gesichert.

 

   Wenn die sterile Kompresse annähernd an einem Ende des Bandes sich befindet, wird nur nach einer Seite von der damit abgedeckten Wunde hin das Band gewickelt und dann nur ein Bandende verknotet und der fertige Knoten zur Sicherung des Druckverbandes unter die letzte Windung durchgezogen.



   PATENTANSPRUCH



   Druckverband für die Wundbehandlung, gekennzeichnet durch ein elastisches, flüssigkeitsundurchlässiges Band mit einer daran angeordneten Kompresse.

  Pressure bandage for wound treatment
The present invention relates to a pressure dressing for wound treatment.



   The aim of the invention is to use a simpler and cheaper pressure bandage to treat particularly heavily bleeding wounds while avoiding any constricting effect.



   This is achieved according to the invention by means of an elastic, liquid-impermeable band with a compress arranged on it.



   In the following the invention is explained in more detail with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawing.



   It shows:
Fig. 1 is a partial view of a ready-to-use pressure bandage and
FIG. 2 shows a pressure bandage applied to the upper arm according to FIG. 1.



   The pressure bandage 1 shown in Fig. 1 consists of an elastic, liquid-impermeable wide band 2, preferably made of paragum with a sterile compress 3 attached to it. The band 2 is shown broken off at both ends. The ends (not shown) can be cut off at right angles, at an angle to the longitudinal direction of the tape or tapering to a point. Also, the sterile compress or any other sterile bandage pack can be attached at a point approximately in the middle and approximately near one end of the band.



  If necessary, it can be attached to the most suitable location or, in the case of wrapping attachment, moved accordingly.



   On the arm 4 shown in FIG. 2, the sterile compress 3 applied in the middle of the band 2 rests on the wound 5 on the upper arm 4a and the band 2 is at least a third of the wound 5 from both sides in helical turns the band width overlapping or covering wrapped around the upper arm with appropriate suit and the ends 6, 7, after they were first knotted, by pulling the two knots 8 and 9 through the last turns 10 and 11 on both sides in the desired, tense position as a pressure bandage , secured.

 

   When the sterile compress is almost at one end of the band, the band is only wound on one side of the wound covered with it and then only one end of the band is knotted and the finished knot is pulled under the last turn to secure the pressure bandage.
