Roasting and baking tray for stoves For baking and roasting in baking and roasting pans, baking trays and drip pans, if necessary with grids, are smoky and can be moved on the muffle side walls. The known baking sheets are formed as substantially flat surfaces, the edge areas of which are bent at right angles on three adjacent Be th and obliquely on one side. The well-known fat pans are deep-drawn as wannenför shaped sheet metal parts with a circumferential edge.
Since both slide-in parts have a special training designed for the respective purpose, universal use is not possible. For example, it is difficult to remove flat baked cakes from the deep-drawn drip pan, while the baking sheet cannot be used to hold dripping fat or meat juice during the frying process. This has a disadvantageous effect on the fact that the drip pan takes up space as an unused part during baking and the baking tray has to be removed from the muffle and placed outside the oven and roasting tube when roasting.
The deficiencies are eliminated with the present invention in that in a roasting and baking tray for stoves, in particular electric stoves, a base is releasably inserted into a deep-drawn frame part. This option allows the bottom with the finished, baked, flat cake to be removed from above. The cake can remain on the flat bottom plate and thus be cut into pieces much easier than is the case with the known cake plates.
In addition, the frame and the floor can be provided with beads to form a labyrinth seal in the area of mutual support. It can be advantageous if the frame and / or the floor with a flexible sealing strip, for. B. made of silicone rubber is provided.
Based on the drawing, an embodiment of the roasting and baking tray according to the invention is described ben. . 1 to 4, a roasting and baking tray 1 for stoves, in particular electric stoves, is shown schematically, which is shown from a deep-drawn frame part 2, wel Ches in FIGS. 1 and 2 as an elevation in section and in a basic view , and from a bottom plate 3, which is shown in Figs. 3 and 4 as a plan view and in a sectional side view. The base plate 3 is releasably inserted into the deep-drawn frame part 2.
To form an optionally desired La byrinthdichtung the frame 2 and the bottom 3 can be provided with wave-shaped beads 4 in the area of mutual support, as shown in FIG. However, it is also possible, please include that the frame 2 and / or the bottom 3 with a circumferential flexible sealing strip 5, 6, z. B. made of silicone rubber. This embodiment is shown schematically in FIG. 6 in a section.
With the design according to the invention there is the advantage that instead of two necessary insert parts in the known designs, only one universally usable insert part is required.
At the same time, the handling of the roasting and baking tray according to the invention is facilitated in a particularly advantageous manner.
