dass in dem Gehäuse ein stab- förmiger Träger angeordnet ist, von dem wenigstens ein Ende freitragend ist und der am anderen Ende oder in seiner Mitte an einer zur Trägerachse senkrechten Gehäusewand befestigt ist, auf welchen Träger, nach Öffnen eines Gehäusedeckels oder Abnehmen der ge nannten Gehäusewand samt Träger, die Klosettpapier rollen koaxial nebeneinander aufsteckbar sind, wobei die äusserste Rolle auf dem bzw. ein-zm der freitragenden Enden des Trägers als Gebrauchsrolle hinter der Ge häuseöffnung zur Entnahme von Klosettpapier liegt;
Toilet paper dispenser It is common in public toilets to provide one or more additional toilet paper rolls as a reserve in addition to a simple toilet paper dispenser containing a toilet paper roll. When the roll in the dispenser is used up, there is always toilet paper available, although the operating personnel are usually not able to replace the roll in the dispenser immediately after it is used up.
It has been shown that open reserve rolls are often stolen.
To counter this, various toilet paper dispensers have already become known which contain at least two toilet paper rolls, namely a used roll and a spare roll. In order to make it impossible to steal the rolls, the arrangement is such that the reserve roll can only get into the use position after the use roll has been used up, when the core of the latter is removed, and that said core can only be removed when the utility roll is practically empty.
The known toilet paper dispensers of this type are complex and do not work reliably if the dimensions of the toilet paper rolls do not exactly correspond to the target dimensions, e.g. B. in rolls from different manufacturers or in (on the transport) crushed rolls. With many toilet paper dispensers, inserting a new spare roll is too laborious.
The invention has the task of remedying these defects.
The subject of the invention is a Klosettpapierspzn- with a housing for receiving at least two toilet paper rolls, so that toilet paper can be removed from a utility roll through a housing opening, and at least one reserve roll hidden in the housing, and with means to make the accessible Reserve roll according to need of the use roll and removal of the core thereof, the housing being designed so that removal of the core of the use roll is only possible when this core is practically empty, as characterized by
that in the housing a rod-shaped carrier is arranged, of which at least one end is cantilevered and which is attached at the other end or in its center to a housing wall perpendicular to the carrier axis, on which carrier, after opening a housing cover or removing the ge called Housing wall including carrier, the toilet paper roll coaxially next to each other can be plugged, the outermost roller on the or one-zm of the cantilevered ends of the carrier as a utility role behind the Ge housing opening for removing toilet paper;
d ass a housing side wall arranged at this cantilevered end of the carrier except for such a radial distance to the cantilevered end: reaches that from this end only a practically empty roller core, but not a full roller axially can be withdrawn or pushed off; and that said means for making the reserve roll accessible allow an axial displacement of the reserve roll behind said housing opening or a displacement of a cover for the purpose of clearing the reserve roll.
If the carrier is attached at its one end, for example, to move the reserve roll behind the housing opening in the housing next to the reserve roll, there may be a slot running parallel to the carrier through which the reserve roll can be placed by hand or, preferably, by means of a slot on the carrier The longitudinally displaceable slide can be pushed into a position of use behind the housing opening. It can also be seen means for firmly holding the role of use in the position of use.
Instead of moving the reserve roll, a cover wall covering the reserve roll can also be displaced after the use roll has been used up in order to make the reserve roll accessible. This possibility is to be selected if the carrier is supported in its center and the spare roll can therefore not be moved (because of the support).
In the drawing, two exemplary embodiments of the toilet paper dispenser according to the invention are shown schematically, namely: Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a first embodiment of the toilet paper dispenser, Fig.?, The removed side wall with the support of the dispenser according to Fig. 1 and Fig. 3 a perspective view of the second embodiment of the toilet paper dispenser: rs.
The Klosettpapierspcn- shown in Fig. 1 and 2 has a housing 1 with a left side wall la and a removable right side wall 1b. The device, not shown in the drawing, for releasably securing the right side wall lb on the main housing part 1 can expediently be lockable by means of a key to a. to prevent unauthorized opening of the housing. The housing can e.g. B. be attached in a known manner to the wall of a toilet room.
A rod-shaped support 2 is attached to the right side wall 1b of the housing and extends through the entire housing when the Scitenv; and 1b (according to FIG. 1) are inserted and ends approximately in the plane of the left side wall 1a. On this carrier 2, two toilet paper rolls A and B are pushed coaxially next to one another. In the area of the left roll A, the housing 1 is open in its lower part at O, so that this left roll A forms a utility roll from which toilet paper can be pulled through the housing opening O through.
In order to facilitate the tearing off of the toilet paper, known means, e.g. B. a tear-off edge or a flap resting on the circumference of the roller A may be provided (not shown). As can be seen from FIG. 1, the housing side wall 1 a extends from above to a small distance a from the carrier 2 . The G need roll A can therefore, as long as it is still full, not be removed from the carrier 2 (by axial pulling or pushing).
The distance a is, however, dimensioned such that after the roll A has been used up, the empty core of the same can be pulled off or pushed off axially to the left from the carrier 2.
After the use roll A has been used up, the next user can push the reserve roll B on the carrier 2 to the left into the use position previously occupied by the roll A. The empty core of the roll A, if it has not already been removed by hand, is pushed off the carrier 2 to the left by the roll B.
Although the roller B itself could be moved by hand through a corresponding longitudinal slot in the housing in the manner indicated, it is expedient to arrange a longitudinally displaceable slide on the carrier 2 for this purpose. Such a slide via 3 is shown in FIG. The slide 3, which has a handle 3a which protrudes through a slot 4 in the housing 1 running parallel to the carrier 2, is pivotably mounted on a sleeve 5, which in turn sits on the carrier 2 such that it can be moved longitudinally.
When the dispenser is filled (Fig. 1), the slide 3 is on the right end of the carrier 2, close to the side wall lb. When the roll A is emptied, the handle 3 a is pushed to the left in the slot 4, so that the pusher 3 pushes the roll B on the carrier 2 to the left. At the left end of the slot 4, a recess 4a is formed in the Ge housing 1, which extends perpendicular to the slot 4 downwards. The handle 3a falls into this recess 4a when the position of use has been reached after the roller B has been pushed. As a result, the slide 3 is fixed against axial displacement and the roller is held in the position of use.
To fill the toilet paper dispenser, the right side wall 1b with the carrier 2 and do: m slide 3 is simply removed, Fig. 2, the rollers A and B are attached to the carrier 2, and the whole thing is reinserted into the housing 1 and the side wall 1 b attached.
Instead, one could also design the upper part or cover of the housing together with the side wall la removable bar or hinged and for this purpose arrange the side wall 1b with the carrier 2 fixed in the housing. To fill the dispenser, the toilet paper rolls could then be pushed onto the stationary support 2 from the left after opening or removing the cover.
It is clear that the dispenser described above could, if desired, also receive two or more spare rolls B next to one another on the carrier 2. For this purpose, only the carrier 2 and the housing 1 including the slot 4 would have to be extended accordingly. In this case, two or more recesses 4a extending from the slot 4 would expediently be provided, since the slide 3 can be used to fix it after being moved by the length of a roller.
The means for holding the use role in the use position could also be designed differently, for. B. one could simply set the top of the carrier 2 off a little vertically next to the role of use.
Fig. 3 shows another toilet paper dispenser, which is constructed similarly to the dispenser according to Fig. 1 and 2. Here, however, after the use of the Ge usage roll, the reserve roll is not moved into the use position, but the reserve roll is made accessible by one this concealing cover wall moves.
The toilet paper dispenser according to FIG. 3 has a housing with a rear wall 6a, a hinged lid 6b that is hinged to the upper edge of the rear wall, and a displaceable front cover wall 6c. In the housing, a rod-shaped carrier 7 is arranged, which is attached in its center to a partition 8 and extends cantilevered on both sides from this partition. The partition 8 is in turn rigidly attached to the rear wall 6a.
The cover 6b has side walls 6b 'which, when the cover is closed, as shown, extend up to a small lateral distance a to the ends of the carrier 7 and lie approximately in the planes of these En. Means, not shown, are provided which hold the cover 6b firmly in its closed position, e.g. B. a lock arranged at S, which connects the cover 6b to the partition 8. The distance a is dimensioned so that the cores of ordered toilet paper rolls (not shown) on the carrier 7 on both sides of the partition can only be pulled off or pushed off the side of the carrier when these cores are practically empty.
The cover wall 6c has a wall 6c 'parallel to the intermediate wall 8, and the left half of the carrier 7 extends through an opening in this wall 6c'. The cover wall 6c is also guided on a rail 9, which is fastened to the rear wall da and is dovetail-shaped in cross section, for its displacement parallel to the axis of the carrier 7.
For operation, after opening the cover 6b, a toilet paper roll is attached to the two halves of the carrier 7 on both sides of the partition 8 and the cover is then closed. The right roll, which serves as a reserve roll, is covered by the cover wall 6c so that no paper can be pulled off from it. The cover wall 6c cannot be moved because its side wall 6c 'parallel to the intermediate wall 8 is held between this intermediate wall and the left roller. This left role, on the other hand, is accessible and forms the role of use.
After the left roll has been used up, its empty core can be removed as already mentioned. Then it is possible to move the cover wall 6c to the left and thereby make the previously hidden right role accessible.
The toilet paper dispensers described and illustrated are very simple. You can easily accommodate Klosettpapicrrolle different diameters and lengths, whereby the different dimensions can not interfere with the described mode of action. Any deformations and deviations in the diameter of the core of the toilet paper roll from a target size are irrelevant; the practically empty core can always be removed from the housing when its radial thickness has become smaller than the stand a from.
