Device for testing the clamping effect between the pull rope and the chassis of a cable car The invention relates to a device for testing the clamping action between the pull cable and the chassis of a cable car, with an endless drag chain with drivers reaching into the track of the chassis.
In the case of circulating ropeways for people or goods, the transport devices can be clamped, depending on requirements, on the pulling rope passing by at a predetermined speed and thus set in circulation. In particular in the case of cable cars for passenger transport, it is absolutely necessary to check the clamping effect between the pull rope and the chassis of the transport device for reasons of safety.
The first cable cars of this type have a lever on the Ge suspension, which is located in a predetermined position in the fully effective clamping state. This lever is attached to the hanger in such a way that it can only move past a control point in this position without coming into contact with a corresponding panel. If the lever is not in the correct position because the clamping device is not completely closed for some reason, it will touch the cover. This has the effect that the drive for the pull rope is switched off. For the reasons just explained, it can be seen that this test does not monitor the effective clamping effect, but only determines whether the clamping device is in the closed position or not.
To increase the safety of the passenger transport ropeways, it is required that the actual clamping effect is checked before the transport device leaves. This can be done by a stop which is arranged in the path of the hanger.
The purpose of the invention is to create a device which allows the clamping effect on the moving hanger to be checked without sudden impacts which can cause the transport device to vibrate. Next, the device should consist of simple mechanical parts that are exposed to the least possible wear and the maintenance work to be limited to a minimum.
The inventive device is characterized by a rotatable, with the drag chain effectively connected and force-loaded control member for generating a drive or braking force for the drag chain.
From the invention, an example of execution form is explained in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawing. The figure shows a Vorrich device for testing the clamping effect between a pull rope and a chassis in a schematic presen- tation.
On a support rail 1, a chassis 2 of a hanger, not shown in detail, of a cabin cable car is placed. The chassis 2 contains two rollers 3, between which a clamping device 4 for a clamp a parallel to the mounting rail 1 guided train rope 5 is arranged. The pull rope 5, which also serves as a support rope, is endless and moves during operation at an approximately constant speed of, for example, 2.8 m, 1 sec. In the figure, this movement takes place from right to left, it becomes the pull rope 5 issued by a drive, not shown.
If the clamping device 4 is brought into the clamping position via a linkage not drawn GE, the chassis 2 is moved to the left at the same speed as the pull rope, with the cabin hanging on the chassis also being taken along; n will. The chassis 2 moves towards an endless drag chain 6 arranged above the support rail 1 and the pull rope 5. This is done by chain wheels 7 and 8 parallel to the cable 5. Two driver pieces 9 and 10 with stops 11 and 12 at the same distance are attached to the drag chain. The chain wheel 8 is placed rigidly on a vein 13, and a smaller chain wheel 14 is located on the same shaft 13.
The smaller chain wheel 14 is rotatably connected to a drive shaft 17 via a drive chain 15 and a large chain wheel 16. On this is a ratchet wheel 18 and a cam disk 19 is placed. A pawl 20 cooperating with the ratchet wheel 18 prevents the drive shaft 17 from rotating continuously. A spring 21 ensures that the pawl 20 is pressed against the wheel 18 .
The pawl 20 is connected via a pulling element 22 to a release lever 23 arranged on the support rail 1. This protrudes with its free end beyond the support rail 1. By moving the chassis 2 past, the release lever 23 is actuated and the pawl 20 is lifted off the wheel 18. The drive shaft 17 can turn clockwise. After the undercarriage 2 has rolled in front of the release lever 23, the return force of the spring 21 becomes effective again and presses the pawl 20 again against the wheel 18. After one full revolution of the wheel 18, it is blocked again until the release lever 23 is replaced by another Landing gear is operated.
At one point on the circumference of the cam 19, a pressure roller 24 is arranged, which is pressed radially against the cam 19 ge by means of a pressure device 25.
The pressure device consists of air suspension bellows 28 arranged between two plates 26 and 27. While the upper plate 27 is fixedly connected to an abutment, the lower plate 26 can be moved radially with respect to the cam disk 19, the pressure roller 24 taking part in this movement, because it is attached to the underside of the plate 26 by means of a support 29.
The compressed air required to operate the air suspension bellows 28 is primarily supplied by a compressor 30. From this, the compressed air is fed to a compressed air container 33 via a pressure regulating valve 31 and a check valve 32. From there, the compressed air reaches the air suspension bellows 28 via a train line 34. The latter press the plate 26 with the pressure roller 24 against the cam disk 19. Because the radius of the cam disk steadily decreases from point A to point B, a torque arises which acts clockwise on the drive point 17. This torque causes the shaft 17 to start rotating as soon as the pawl 20 is actuated.
The rotation of the drive shaft 17 pivots the driver piece 10 upwards and the driver piece 9 downwards. After the latter has been pivoted, it moves parallel to the pulling side 5 and in the same direction as this.
The chassis 2, which moves with the Seilgeschwin speed towards the driver, will hit the driver 9 accelerated shortly before, if the distance between the release lever 23 and the drag chain 6 is correctly dimensioned. This is the case when the driver 9 has approximated the distance between the chain wheels 7 and 8. The cam disk 19 has rotated by approximately 90 ", so that at this moment point B is at the pressure roller 24. Since the radius of the cam disk 19 increases steadily from point B via C to A, a counterclockwise direction over this area acting torque is effective on the cam disk 19. On the other hand, the driver 9 'is carried along by the chassis 2' shown in dash-dotted lines, as a result of which the drive shaft 17 is rotated further in the clockwise direction.
This Drehbe movement counteracts the counterclockwise torque. As a result, the driver 9 'is pressed against the chassis 2' with a predetermined force. This allows the clamping effect of the clamping device 4 to be tested.
By choosing an appropriate curve shape for the disk 19 between points B, C and A, it is possible to keep the inhibiting force approximately constant over a certain section of the route between the two chain wheels 7 and 8.
Even before the driver 9 'is pivoted upwards at the chain wheel 7, the point A of the curve venscheibe 19 with the largest radius has passed the pressure roller 24, so that the disk 19 is again under the influence of a clockwise torque. It is thereby achieved that the driver 9 'lifts off the chassis 2' shortly before the end of its translational movement and is pivoted into the position of the driver 10 shown. At this point in time, the ratchet wheel 18 has made one complete revolution and is blocked by the ratchet 20. Therefore, the driver 9 'then stops at the place of the driver 10, and the latter is then at the point where the driver 9 was before the start of the test.
If another undercarriage is coupled to the pull rope 5, the above-described process is repeated with the difference that this time the carrier r 10 acts on this undercarriage.
If the clamping action of the clamping device 4 is in order, i. H. if it resists the counteracting force by the driver 9, the drive mechanism 2 will cover the distance between a first rail contact 35 and a second rail contact 36 in a predetermined period of time at the constant speed of the accessory rope 5. This is monitored by a time relay 37. If the chassis arrives at rail contact 37 only after this time has elapsed, this indicates that the drive was braked between the two rail contacts.
From this the conclusion can be drawn that the clamping effect of the clamping device 4 was inadequate because there was a slip between the pull cable 5 and the chassis as a result of the force exerted by the driver 9. The rail contact 36 is only actuated after the period set on the time relay 37 has elapsed, whereby the drive machine of the gondola lift is automatically switched off.
The advantages of this described device are: The cabs are not exposed to sudden impacts, the stop surfaces on the drivers and on the chassis are spared, the switching of the drive for the drivers to the braking effect is constant and inevitable, and at the end of the test section, the drivers are lifted off the chassis before they are swiveled into the starting position. The suspension cable does not receive any sudden jolts in the longitudinal direction, as a result of which no undesired vibrations can be excited on the suspension cable.
The last-mentioned advantage in particular reduces wear to a minimum because the edges of the drivers do not slide off one another.
