Zur Anbringung an einer Tragtasche aus Kunststoffolie bestimmter Traghenkel aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff Die Erfindung betrifft einen zur Anbringung an einer Tragtasche aus Kunststoffolie bestimmten Trag henkel aus, thermoplastischem Kunststoff,
ben welchem sich längs des einen Längsrandes seines flachen An- schlussteiles sein im Profil U-förmiger Versteifungsteil anschliesst, der zwei Endabschnitte und einen rahmen- förmigen,
eine Henkelöffnung umgebenden Mittel- abschnitt aufweist.
Bei bekannten Traghenkeln dieser Art hat man bereits Zäpfchen und Löcher vorgesehen, so da'ss, wenn zwei gleiche, an ein und derselben Tragtasche an- geschweisste Traghenkel gegeneinander gedrückt werden, die Zäpfchen am einen in die Löcher des anderen druckknopfartig eingreifen.
Bei prall gefüllten Trag taschen lösen sich aber die Zäpfchen aus den Löchern; diese Erscheinung ist besonders dann unierwünscht, wenn solche Tragtaschen als Verpackung von vorab abgewogenen Warenmengen etwa in Selbstbedienungs- läden verwendet werden, weil es. dann leicht vorkommt, dass schon vor dem Verkauf Ware verlorengeht bzw.
unverpackt herumliegt.
Der Eifindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, hier Ab hilfe zu schaffen durch Anbringung zusätzlicher, einen sicheren Verschluss ermöglichender Mittel am Trag henkel.
Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe bereitet Schwierig keiten, wenn verlangt wird, dass die bei der Herstellung zur Verwendung gelangenden Presswerkzeuge nicht zu kompliziert und teuer sind und dass die zusätzlichen Mittel bei der auf automatischen Maschinen erfolgen den Anschweissung eines Traghenkelpaares an eine Trag tasche keine zusätzlichen Komplikationen verursachen.
Erfindungsgemäss wird diese Aufgabe dadurch ge löst, dass im :einen Endabschnitt der Steg des U-för- migen Querschnittes auf einer gewissen Länge zwischen dem Flanschen dieses Querschnittes hindurch und um die Breite dieser Flansche darüber hinaus zu einem U-förmigen Bügel geformt ist,
dass ferner an dieser Stelle an den Rand des vom Anschlussteil abgewendeten Flansches eine biegsame Verriegelungszunge angeschlos- sen ist und dass .an entsprechender Stelle des anderen Endabschnittes im Steg und den Flanschen eine Auf nahmeöffnung für den Mittelteil des Bügels und für das Durchstecken eines Teiles der Verriegelungszunge eines
gleichen Traghenkels vorhanden sind.
Beiliegende Zeichnung stellt ein Ausführungsbeispiel des erfindungsgemässen Traghenkels dar.

Der in Fig. 1 dargestellte, aus PVC oder sonstigem thermoplastischem Kunststoff bestehende Traghenkel T ist dazu bestimmt, am oberen Rand der einen Flach seite einer aus Kunststoffolie hergestellten Tragtasche angeschweisst zu werden.
Ein gleicher Traghenkel wird in gegengleicher Anordnung (Fig. 2) am oberen Rand der anderen Flachseite angeschweisst, wie dies wohl bekannt ist.
Der Traghenkel T hat für dieses Anschweissen einen flaöheh Ansichlussteil 1. An diesem is't längs des, einen Längsrades ein im Profil, U-förmiger Vensteifungste1l 2, der zwei Endabschnitte 2a, 2b und einen rahmen- förmigen,
eine Henkelöffnung 3 umgebenden Mittel- abschnitt 2c aufweist. Im jenen Endabschnitt 2a ist der Steg 4 des U-för migen Querschnittes auf einer gewissen Länge zwischen den Flanschen 5 dieses Querschnittes hindurch und um die Breite dieser Flansche darüber hinaus zu einem U-förmigen Bügel 6 geformt. An dieser Stelle ist an den Rand des vom
Anschlussbeil 1 abgewendeten Flan- sches 5 eine biegsame Verriegelungszunge -7 angeschlos sen, die sich winkelrecht zu den Flanschen 5 erstreckt.
An entsprechender Stelle des anderen Endabschnittes 2b ist im Steg 4 und in den Flanschen 5 einte Auf nahmeöffnung 8 vorhanden, wobei Stegansätze 4a diese Öffnung 8 an ihren beiden Querseiten begrenzen und wobei ein Verstärkungslappen 9 den übrigbleibenden Teil des oberen Flansches 5 verstärkt..
Zum Sichern der beiden Traghenkel T einer Trag tasche in Anlage aneinander, wobei bereits, wie in Fig. 2 gezeigt, der Steg des Bügels 6 jedes Endabschnittes 2a mit dem Querschnittssteg 4 des anliegenden Endabschnit tes 2b fluchtet, wird einfach jede Vexrsegelungszunge 7 um 180 umgebogen und daraufhin, wie in Fig. 4 angedeutet,
zwischen dem Steg des Bügels 6 des ent sprechenden Endabschnittes 2a und dem Verstärkungs lappen 9 und denn Anschlussteil 1 des Endabschnittes 2b hindurchgesteckt.
Fig. 5 veranschaulicht, dass der Bügel 6 keine par allel zur Ebene des Steges verschiebbare Presswerkzeug- schieber bedingt, dass dieser Bügel vielmehr nur einen Vorsprung A1 am Pressformteil A und eine entspre chende Vertiefung B1 im Pressformteil B bedingt, wo bei die Pressformbeile zum Ausstossen des eben - gebil deten Traghenkels einfach wie üblich voneinander ab gehoben werden.
Es ist weiter zu beachten, dass an einem Paar von mittels der üblichen angegossenen Zäpfchen 10 und Löcher 11 aneinander festhaltenden Traghenkeln T die Bügel 6 nicht herausragen.
Solche Traghenkelpaare können also, weil sie eine gleichmässige Dicke haben, leicht wie bis anhin vertikal aufeinander gestapelt wer den, etwa ih einem Zuführmagazin eines Automaten, der sie an die freien Ränder der Flachseiten von Trag- taschen aus Kunststoffolie anschweisst.
