Fig. 2 eine verstärkte Lamelle in schaubildlicher Darstellung.
Fig. 2.
Roller shutter The invention relates to a roller shutter with a plurality of slats which are pivotably mounted on support and guide bands and can be wound onto a roller. Such shutters are known. Since the slats are made of thin material, they bend easily when there is strong wind pressure. This has the disadvantage of a leak in the closed roller shutter and can also lead to a permanent change in shape of the slats. Though this can be remedied by means of stronger slats, this makes the winding drum larger and makes operation more difficult.
The invention consists in the arrangement of individual ner, reinforced for increased stress Lamel len, which are each after several successive normal slats, pivotally attached to the support and guide bands.
Since the individual slats are supported by one edge on the next slat, the installation of individual reinforced slats increases the strength of a larger part of the roller shutter. With the appropriate training, the manufacturing cost is not significantly greater than with normal slats and the space required by the winding drum for the roller shutter remains the same.
The reinforced lamellas can have a hollow profile. The hollow profile is expediently composed of an outwardly convex front side and a rear side which is convex in the same direction, as well as side walls connecting them. The ends of the reinforced lamellas adjoining the guide strips and the parts of the reinforced lamellas adjoining the cutouts for the central support strips can be provided with inserts that engage in the hollow profile. The inserts, for example, carry pins for the rotatable mounting of the slats on the support and guide bands.
The reinforced slats preferably have the same size and width dimensions and the same external profile as the normal slats. The reinforced slats can be made of steel or aluminum or plastic, for example.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing. 1 shows a part of a roller shutter with 4 slats in a diagrammatic representation.
2 shows a reinforced lamella in a diagrammatic representation.
The roller shutter according to the drawing shows 4 consecutive slats made of aluminum, sheet steel or plastic of various designs. The normal slats 1, 2 are followed by a reinforced slat 3 and then in turn a normal slat 4.
At each end of the slats 1-4 a guide tape 5 is provided, which receives in bearings 6, 7, 8, 9 pins 10, 11, 12, 13 of the slats 1-4. Through the cutouts 14, 15, 16, 17 of the slats 1-4, a support tape 18 is placed, which rotatably grips rolled-up tabs 19, 20, 21, 22 arranged eccentrically to the center of the slats. The pivoting takes place by pulling on the tension or adjustment straps (not shown). The roller shutter is rolled up in a known manner.
The reinforced lamella 3 corresponds in its convex outer side 23 completely to a normal lamella, cf. Fig. 2. It is provided on the rear side 24 with a hollow profile in the form of a drawn or profiled profile. This training leads to an improvement in the longitudinal rigidity, so that it can also withstand stronger wind pressure. Since the individual slats are supported with one edge on the adjacent slat when the roller shutter is closed, the roller shutter is more stable even if only every 5th or 10th slat is reinforced.
To increase the strength of the roller shutter in the cutout 16 of the reinforced lamella 3, an insert 26 which is fastened in the hollow profile is used. Likewise, in the ends of the hollow profile of the reinforced lamella 3 inserts 25 are used, which carry for attachment and pivotable mounting on the guide band 5.
