Method and device for producing a knot loop The invention relates to a method and a device for producing a knot loop for tying bags of all kinds, preferably for tying sausage casings made of plastics.
A device for the machine tying of knots is known, which has a loop-shaped guide corresponding to the shape of the knot in the form of an inwardly slotted tube or the like, through which a material to be tied is received. Organ can be pushed. This device has the disadvantage that pushing the binding through the loop-shaped guide by means of an organ severely limits the performance of the machine.
A method is also known in which, for the automatic production of knots from thread for tying off goods, the knot to be produced is produced in a loose form by winding a knot material on a winding element in at least two mutually offset and superimposed turns. This loose knot is removed from the winding element by a push-off element and pushed onto the item of goods and tightened.
However, this method has the disadvantage that the winding of the knot material in two layers on a winding element results in a considerable loss of binding material.
Another known node does not have these parts after.
This known knot is tied with the help of a winding head. For a better understanding of the guidance of the thread for producing this known knot, it is assumed that the winding head is fixed, which of course is not the case with the device for producing the knot; because there this knot is created by turning the winding head. The winding head has a guide that divides it symmetrically.
The thread is laid in this guide, with the thread wrapping itself around one half of the winding head and forming an annular loop around the other half of the winding head. When the second ring-shaped loop is formed, the thread lies between the two first threads laid in the guide. The two ring-shaped loops are looped around the winding head in the form of a lying figure eight.
The two loops are then brought into the vertical plane of the guide, in which a pair of pliers grips through the two loops in order to then form a tight knot by tightening the thread ends. The two ends of the thread already form a knot to be tightened, which is crossed by a securing thread that has to be tightly tightened and runs from one loop after the other.
This knot can be tightened immovably and, due to the securing thread, it will not open even if the ends of the knot are moved back and forth. This knot can also be made by machine, as the thread used can run through the machine without end.
The disadvantage of this knot, however, is that after the knot has been formed, a loop has to be tied to hang up the bag. Up to now, this was done by hand by tying the two slightly longer ends of the knot again.
The invention aims to tie a loop for hanging the bowels without hand work.
The object of the invention is therefore to find a thread guide and a device for forming the same, in which the loop for hanging on the intestine is formed with the knot, so that a knot loop is created that can be machine-made.
According to the invention, this is achieved by returning the thread in the guide of the winding head after the second loop has been formed. The device for forming this improved knot loop consists of a winding head,
From a winding roll and a front of the winding head angeord designated fork-shaped double pliers with a thread gripper located above. According to the invention, the thread gripper tongs are fixed and a driver roller located in front of the double tongs can be moved horizontally in such a way that the thread held by the stationary thread gripper tongs can be transported over the winding head.
The advantage of the invention is that the loop for hanging the bag is tied with the knot without reducing the performance of the machine. There is therefore no need to tie the thread ends into a loop by hand. The possibility of machine production of the same is favorable with this improved knot loop, since the thread runs without end through the device.
A knot is expediently attached to the returned end of the thread. This has the advantage that the loop is again secured against unintentional loosening.
In the drawing, the invention is on one. Embodiment explained in more detail. The figures show: FIG. 1 a view of the winding head with the scrapers extended, FIG. 2-8 a schematic representation of the individual work stations during the production of the knot loop by means of the device according to the invention.
The winding head shown in Fig. 1 consists essentially of two parallel side plates 10, between which on each side two Ab strippers 11a and 11b are hinged. The end winding is attached to a drive shaft 12. The side plates 10 have a notch 13 in the middle at the upper edge, which serves to guide the thread symmetrically into the winding head. The formation of the knot loop according to the invention will initially only be explained using FIG. 1.
The mode of operation of the device according to the invention, on the other hand, at the end of the description of the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 2-8.
The thread intended to form the knot loop is placed in the guide of the winding head, which is passed through the two. Notches 13 are formed on the side plates 10. The scrapers 11 are in their basic position, d. H. they do not protrude beyond the side plates 10. The thread is held by thread gripper pliers (not shown in FIG. 1). A rotation of the winding head now causes the thread to wrap around the winding head according to the number of turns.
The side plates 10 are designed so that the thread is back in the guide after one revolution with a short slide of the winding head down. After one revolution, the thread is looped around one half of the winding head. After a further turn of the winding head, the thread also lies around the other half of the winding head. It should also be noted that when the second loop is formed, the thread comes between the two first threads inserted in the guide, since otherwise the knot according to the invention will not be formed.
After the formation of the second annular loop, the thread is looped around the winding head in the form of a lying figure eight.
The thread lies threefold in the guidance of the winding head, but only once on the outer circumference. According to the invention, after the second loop has been formed, the thread is returned to the guide of the winding head. Thereafter, the scrapers 11, which are mounted in a slotted guide 14 in the drive shaft 12 to be longitudinally displaceable, go upwards. Curve pieces not shown move the strippers 11a and 11b biased by a tension spring 15 at the same time to the center of the winding head so that in the end position of the stripper 11, the two loops are brought into the vertical plane of the winding head.
So that the thread is not pulled out of the guide of the winding head when the wiper 11a and 11b are extended, a holding claw 16 is movably mounted on the inside of the side plates 10 of the winding head. The retaining claws 16 are acted upon via a lever 17 by means of a compression spring 18, so that when the scrapers 11a and 11b are extended, the compression spring 18 (which is thus disabled by a special shape of the scraper 11a) acts on the lever 17 and thereby pivot the holding claws 16 inward.
In this position, the thread is held by the scraper 11a and 11b by the retaining claws 16 in the guide of the winding head.
In this position, the end of the artificial intestine prepared for the binding is pulled through the two loops by means of a holding jaw and intestinal forceps, not shown in FIG. By withdrawing the end of the thread located on the side of the winding roll, with the free end being held, only one loop then pulls together over the end of the casing. The retraction of the scrapers 11a and 11b is carried out during the contraction of the loops and causes the lever 17 to be acted on by the curved inner edge of the scraper 11a. The holding claws 16 pivot outwards again and release the thread.
The thread is then cut off in front of the winding head and the finished knot loop is brought out of the winding head with the casing end.
In the following the device for the picture of the knot loop according to Fig. 2-8 will be described.
The device consists essentially of an unwinding roll 20, a fork-shaped double tong 21 arranged in front of the winding head and a thread gripper tong 22 located above it, as well as a driving roller 23. The winding head itself is provided with the reference number 24.
In FIG. 2, the thread coming from the unwinding roller 20 is gripped by the pliers 21a. The double tongs 21 then move upwards in the direction of the arrow x. The thread is brought with the double pliers 21 to wor the driver roller, as shown in FIG.
The fork-shaped double tongs 21 then move downwards again in the direction of the arrow x. Before the double tongs 21 are brought down, the thread is held by the thread gripper tongs 23; this is shown in FIG.
- In FIG. 5, the driver roller 23 with the thread is horizontally transported beyond the winding head 24. The thread length transported over the winding head 24 is also intended for the formation of loops for hanging the artificial casings. The winding head 24 now moves upwards in the direction of the arrow x so that the thread lies in the guide in the winding head 24.
Fig. 6 shows the winding head 24 in Arbeits Stel treatment, after which the two loops, as mentioned above, by turning: the winding head have been formed. - The piece of thread stretched taut by the thread gripper 22 and the driver roller 23, as shown in FIG. 7, is inserted by a further upward movement of the winding head 24, in the Füh tion of the same. Then the Abstrei fer in the manner already described in activity.
Tightening the thread by means of the winding roller 20 then leads to the formation of the knot loop according to the invention with a loop for hanging the plastic casings. This end position on the device for forming the knot loop according to the invention is shown in FIG. To protect against loosening of the loop for hanging, a known device for forming a simple knot at the thread end can also be provided.
