Im Sprühkopf 5 ist eine Druckkammer 18 mit der Austrittsöffnung 19 vorgesehen; in die Druck kammer 18 ragt das vordere Ende des kegelstumpf- förmig ausgebildeten Körpers 20 eines unter dem Druck einer Feder 21 stehenden Ventiles hinein, zu dessen Bedienung der gegenüber der Austritts öffnung 19 aus dem Sprühkopf 5 herausragende Stift 22 dient, dessen Ende in einem vorzugsweise aus einem federnden Werkstoff hergestellten Steg 23 liegt, gegen den die Feder 21 drückt, derart, dass der Ventilkörper 20 fest in seinen Sitz gezogen wird;
Device consisting of a device for transferring and dispensing pressurized liquids and a storage container for refilling the device. The invention relates to a device consisting of a device provided with a spray head for transferring and dispensing pressurized liquids and a storage container for Refilling of the device, which is known today to a large extent for cosmetic purposes, especially for hair care, used. The removal of such liquids from the usual containers has various disadvantages.
The containers are practically unsuitable for self-service, especially because of their size, since they are difficult to handle; In addition, because of the strong spray jet, they must be kept relatively far away, for example from the hair to be sprayed, so that it cannot be prevented that liquid is splashed next to it and is lost. When using this Be container in a hairdressing business must be expected that liquid is wasted because of the operating personnel, z. B. for a hair treatment, any amount of the container can be taken ent.
The disadvantages of the known container are to be remedied by a device with a device in which the high pressure liquid is transferred from a storage container and from which the transferred liquid, especially for the purpose of self-service, can be easily and conveniently dispensed.
The invention is characterized by a cylindrical container which has the spray head at the upper end with a self-closing spring-loaded dispensing valve arranged in it and at the lower end a likewise self-closing spring-loaded filling valve. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the effective cross section of the Füllven valve provided at the lower end of the cylindrical container is greater than that of the withdrawal valve, because then the cylindrical container can be filled even faster and consequently practically no time is lost for decanting while the dispensing or .
Removal of the transferred liquid because of the narrower cross-section of the removal valve is slower going on, as is necessary for spraying z. B. Hair with one of the known cosmetic liquids is required. The size of the cylindrical container is dimensioned so that the amount z. B. a hair care product or the like can be transferred, which is required for a treatment.
This has the advantage that the agent is prevented from being wasted because the consumption can easily be checked, so that because of the dimensioning of the valves, decanting, which only takes a few seconds, pays for itself. The device according to the invention is also easy to handle because of its small size and is therefore also suitable for self-service.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the invention as an example. 1 shows a longitudinal section of a device according to the invention, FIGS. 2 and 3 show a cross section of the spray head along the line A-A in FIG. 1 with different positions of the valve body of the extraction valve,
4 shows a longitudinal section through the front part of the spray head on a larger scale and FIG. 5 shows a perspective view of the closure body of the extraction valve. In the drawing, a container denoted by 1 is only indicated, in which a liquid which is under the pressure of a gas is kept in stock and which can be atomized as an aerosol. The storage container 1 is provided with a known self-closing, spring-loaded shut-off valve, the housing of which protruding beyond the container 1 is denoted by 2.
As is also known, the valve can be operated by a pressure pin 3.
The device according to the invention consists of the cylindrical container 4, the upper end of which carries the spray head 5, while the housing 6 for a filling valve is attached to the lower, ge according to FIG. 1 slightly tapered end of the container 4. Inside the valve housing 6 lies the valve body 8 which is under the pressure of the spring 7 and which can block a central bore 9 of a ring 36 closing off the valve housing 6 at the bottom, through which the pressure pin 10 passes. A thick-walled pipe section 11 is inserted into the upper end of the valve housing 6, in the bore 12 of which the guide pin 13 of the valve body 8 lies and which has passages 14 for connecting the container 4 to the valve housing 6.
At the lower end of the valve housing 6, a nozzle 15 is attached, the inner diameter of which is matched exactly to the outer diameter of the Ventilge housing 2 of the storage container 1; since the valve housing 2 is completely sealed off from the outside when it is inserted into the socket 15, annular lips 16 and 17 are provided in the inner wall of the socket.
A pressure chamber 18 with the outlet opening 19 is provided in the spray head 5; The front end of the truncated cone-shaped body 20 of a valve under the pressure of a spring 21 protrudes into the pressure chamber 18. The pin 22 protruding from the outlet opening 19 from the spray head 5 is used to operate the valve is made of a resilient material web 23, against which the spring 21 presses, such that the valve body 20 is firmly pulled into its seat;
at the two ends of the web 23 are namely in the side recesses 24 and 25 of the spray head 5 pivotably arranged Wan gene 26 and 27, which by the spring 21 over the web 23 with their inner corners 26 'and 27' below half of the annular Edge 28 of the spray head 5 are held. The width of the web 23 on the one hand and the size or strength of the spring 21 on the other hand are dimensioned such that the cheeks 26 and 27 protrude outward in the rest position according to FIG.
The nozzle 29 located in the spray head 5 and protruding into the container 4 opens into the seat surface of the valve body 20, to which the tube 30, which protrudes close to the lower end of the container 4, is attached.
To simplify the handling of the device and to protect the liquid in the container 4 from the direct action of heat, the container 4 including the Ven tilgehäuses 6 and the connector 15 is arranged within a jacket 37, into which the spray head 5 is inserted above is. The lower end of the shell 37 is ver with the nozzle 15 through the ring piece 32 connected.
In order to fill the container 4 of the device with liquid from the storage container 1, the device with the nozzle 15 is pushed over the valve housing 2 of the storage container 1 until the valve pins 3 and 10 meet. Then, when the spring 7 of the filling valve located in the housing 6 is made weaker than the spring of the valve arranged in the housing 2, the valve body 8 is first lifted from its seat without liquid from the reservoir 1 initially entering the valve housing 6 can.
For this purpose, the withdrawal valve of the supply container 1 must first be opened, which happens when the valve body 8 strikes the lower end of the pipe piece 11 and the device is pressed further down against the pressure of the spring of the withdrawal valve. This then also opens so that pressurized liquid can pass from the storage container through the bore 9, the valve housing 6 and the passages 14 into the container 4. As a result of the large pressure prevailing in the supply container 1, the container 4 is filled quickly, into which the gases dissolved in the liquid and causing the high pressure simultaneously enter.
The valves in the valve housings 2 and 6 are automatically closed after the device has been lifted off the storage container 1.
In order to remove pressurized liquid poured into the container 4, it is sufficient, as indicated by arrows in FIG. 3, to press the cheeks 26 and 27 inward by hand into the lateral recesses 24 and 25 of the spray head 5, whereby the web 23 inevitably tensions and thereby releases the valve body 20 from its seat against the pressure of the spring 21 and pushes it forward; in this case the opening of the nozzle 29 is released, as can be seen from FIGS. 3 and 4 of the drawing, so that liquid from the container 4 through the tube 30 into the pressure chamber 19 and out of this through the opening 19, as shown in FIG visible to the outside.
In order to achieve a particularly good spray effect, a circular recess 31 is provided in the middle of the front surface of the valve body 20 according to FIG. 5, in the tangential from the outer edge of the valve body 20, the grooves also incorporated in the front surface of the valve body 20 32, 33, 34 and 35 open. If the length of the valve body 20 is dimensioned so that it comes to rest against the inner end face of the pressure chamber 18 with its front surface un indirectly when the spring 21 is tensioned, as can be seen in FIGS. 3 and 4 of the drawing, then liquid can only pass through the grooves 32-35 and through the circular recess 31 into the outlet opening 19.
This path, which is forced on the liquid to be sprayed, before it reaches the open air, results in excellent swirling of the liquid and thus a jet with the finest droplets.
Fig. 1 of the drawing shows that the effective cross-section of the dispensing valve located in the spray head 5 is smaller than the effective cross-section of the filling valve because of the tapered nozzle 29, which on the one hand has the relatively large bore 9 for the entry of liquid into the Ven valve housing 6 and on the other hand also has relatively wide passages 14 for the entry of liquid from the valve housing 6 into the container 4.
