Coupling linkage for trailers The invention relates to a coupling linkage with a suspension eye mounted in rubber for trailers, especially for trailer vibration rollers.
It is known for heavy rolling devices that are pulled or pushed by a tractor to make the connecting coupling elastic to the extent that a steel spring is switched into the force path.
However, this solution was unsatisfactory for devices such as vibratory trailer rollers, since with such a semi-rigid tie rod arrangement the vibrations occurring in the vibratory roller are transmitted to the tractor, which exposes them to very undesirable stresses.
The present invention has been significantly influenced by the idea of preventing the transmission of the vibrations of the roller to the tractor, especially in the case of trailer vibration rollers, for which purpose it is proposed according to the invention,
that the lanyard with its shaft rotatably mounted in a sleeve rubber spring and screwed in the longitudinal direction by a screwed onto the inner shaft end.
The collar nut is fixed in relation to the inner metal sleeve of the sleeve rubber spring, which is supported on the inner metal sleeve of the sleeve rubber spring, while the outer metal sleeve of the sleeve rubber spring is fastened in a housing on the vehicle frame.
The all-round resilience of such a rubber-metal sleeve spring can be further promoted by the fact that it consists of several separate rubber ring elements, which can optionally also be arranged at certain intervals in order to leave each individual ring element the possibility of evasion on all sides.
The storage in such a sleeve rubber spring consisting of several rubber ring or metal rubber ring elements has the advantage that the coupling rod is extremely elastic in the pushing or pushing direction, since in this case the rubber ring elements are practically only subjected to pushing. If, however, z.
B. the roller body out of its straight direction of travel or turned ge, the metal rubber rings or sleeves are subjected to pressure and tension, which allows a virtually inelastic power transmission after a short spring travel.
In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is illustrated, for example.
Fig. 1 shows the coupling arrangement according to the invention on a trailer vibrating roller in Be tenansicht, Fig. 2 is a longitudinal section through the coupling arrangement.
In the drawing, 1 denotes the coupling housing and 2 denotes the coupling rod. The latter is rotatably embedded with its shaft part 3 in four metal rubber ring elements 4 forming the sleeve rubber spring.
Through the collar 5 of the pull rod 2, the inner sleeve 8 of the rubber ring elements 4, the bush 6 and the collar nut 7 screwed onto the pull rod end, the tensile and impact forces acting on the coupling rod are transmitted to the rubber ring elements 4.
The latter consist of the inner sleeve 8, the rubber ring body 9 and the outer sleeve 10. The outer sleeves 10 are fixed in their position in the coupling housing 13 by means of the spacer sleeves 11 by means of the threaded ring 12.
As can be seen from FIG. 2, the possibility of movement of the pull rod 2 in the pulling and pushing direction is limited by the collar nut 7, which rests against the threaded ring 12 in the pulling direction and against the drawbar head plate 14 in the pushing direction, the limit stops should only start functioning
if the tie rod force is a multiple of the normal tensile and impact force. These precautions are necessary to prevent the rubber ring bodies from being subjected to excessive stress.
