Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung von innen und aussen mit Kautschuk oder Kunststoff überzogenen Gewebeschläuchen
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von innen und aussen mit Kautschuk oder Kunststoff überzogenen Gewebeschläuchen.
Für manche Verwendungsgebiete von Gewebeschläuchen, beispielsweise bei Verwendung in chemischen Laboratorien ist es erforderlich, dass die Schläuche mit einem Überzug aus Kautschuk oder entsprechendem Kunststoff versehen sind, um das Gewebe des Schlauches gegen schädliche Einwirkungen, wie beispielsweise Säuren, Öle, Hydrokarbonate usw., zu schützen.
Zum Uberziehen von ungummierten Schläuchen mit einer Kautschukschicht ist es bekannt, die Schläuche nach erfolgter Innengummierung auf einen Dorn aufzuziehen, dessen Aussendurchmesser dem Innendurchmesser des Schlauches entspricht. Nach Aufziehen des Schlauches auf den Dorn wird dessen Aussenfläche nach Bestreichen mit einer Gummilösung mit Kautschukplatten beschichtet und mit Gewebebinden umwickelt. Nach dieser Umwicklung wird der Schlauch unter Beibehaltung des Dornes vulkanisiert.
Andere bekannte und übliche Verfahren unterscheiden sich lediglich im Aufbringen des Beschichtungsmaterials, verlangen aber sämtlich das Aufziehen des Schlauches auf einen Dorn.
Diese Verfahren sind durch das Aufziehen des Schlauches auf einen Dorn sehr langwierig sowie umständlich und infolgedessen kostspielig und bieten trotzdem keine Gewähr für einen einwandfreien Überzug, da bei Verwendung von Gewebebinden zum Umwickeln eine glatte Oberfläche praktisch nicht erreichbar ist, wodurch die Anlagerung von Schmutz sowie das Angreifen von oberflächenbeschädigenden Gegenständen begünstigt wird.
Ein Verfahren, das diese Nachteile der bekannten Verfahren behebt, ist Gegenstand der Erfindung.
Nach der Erfindung wird ein Verfahren in Vorschlag gebracht, das vorsieht, den Gewebeschlauch innen mit Kautschuk oder Kunststoff auszukleiden, danach umzustülpen und die nunmehr innenliegende, nicht beschichtete Schlauchfläche zu überziehen. Der Gewebeschlauch kann rund oder flach gewebt sein. Das Umstülpen kann mit einer mechanischen Zugvorrichtung erfolgen. Nach diesem Verfahren wird auf überraschend einfache Art und Weise ein aussen- und innenbeschichteter Schlauch mit praktisch glatter Aussenund Innenfläche erhalten.
Beim Auskleiden des Gewebeschlauches mit Gummi wird vorzugsweise nach dem bekannten Manchonverfahren vorgegangen, wonach ein Schlauch oder eine Muffe aus unvulkanisiertem Kautschuk in den Gewebeschlauch eingebracht und anschliessend unter Einwirkung von Druckluft an die Innenwand des Gewebes gepresst wird. Dieses bekannte Verfahren sichert einen gleichmässigen und glatten Überzug der Schlauchinnen- und -aussenseite. Bei Verwendung einer Kunststoffummantelung kann jedes bekannte Verfahren, das eine glatte Oberfläche gewährleistet, herangezogen werden.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Verfahren zur Herstellung von innen und aussen mit Kautschuk oder Kunststoff überzogenen Gewebeschläuchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Gewebeschlauch innen mit Kautschuk oder Kunststoff ausgekleidet und danach umgestülpt wird, worauf die nunmehr innenliegende, nicht beschichtete Schlauchfläche überzogen wird.

For some areas of application of fabric hoses, for example when used in chemical laboratories, it is necessary that the hoses are provided with a coating of rubber or an appropriate plastic in order to protect the fabric of the hose against harmful effects such as acids, oils, hydrocarbons, etc. protect.
In order to cover non-rubber-coated hoses with a rubber layer, it is known to pull the hoses onto a mandrel after the internal rubber coating has been carried out, the external diameter of which corresponds to the internal diameter of the hose. After the hose has been pulled onto the mandrel, its outer surface is coated with rubber sheets after being coated with a rubber solution and wrapped with fabric bandages. After this wrapping, the hose is vulcanized while retaining the mandrel.
Other known and customary methods differ only in the application of the coating material, but all require the hose to be pulled onto a mandrel.
These processes are very tedious and cumbersome and consequently costly due to the pulling of the hose onto a mandrel.Nevertheless, they do not guarantee a perfect coating, since a smooth surface is practically unattainable when using tissue bandages for wrapping, which means that dirt and dirt can accumulate Attacking surface-damaging objects is favored.
A method which overcomes these disadvantages of the known methods is the subject of the invention.
According to the invention, a method is proposed which provides for lining the fabric hose with rubber or plastic on the inside, then turning it inside out and covering the hose surface that is now inside, uncoated. The fabric tube can be woven round or flat. Eversion can be done with a mechanical pulling device. According to this process, a hose coated on the outside and inside with a practically smooth outer and inner surface is obtained in a surprisingly simple manner.
When lining the fabric hose with rubber, the procedure is preferably according to the known Manchon method, according to which a hose or a sleeve made of unvulcanized rubber is inserted into the fabric hose and then pressed against the inner wall of the fabric under the action of compressed air. This known method ensures a uniform and smooth coating on the inside and outside of the hose. If a plastic coating is used, any known method that ensures a smooth surface can be used.
