Cabine blindée Le présent brevet a pour objet une cabine blin dée, formée de tôles préfabriquées munies de moyens pour leur assemblage, ceux des tôles formant la paroi étant disposés à l'intérieur de la cabine alors que ceux des tôles formant la toiture le sont à l'extérieur.
Cette cabine blindée est caractérisée par le fait que les moyens pour assembler les tôles de la paroi sont constitués, d'une part, par au moins un repli à angle droit, vers l'intérieur des bords adjacents des tôles, et, d'autre part, par au moins une bride de ser rage susceptible d'être adaptée à un niveau quelcon que de manière à pouvoir emprisonner au moins une partie desdits bords adjacents avec un effort suffisant pour empêcher tout mouvement relatif des tôles.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de la présente invention.

La cabine représentée est constituée par un socle en béton 10, par une paroi verticale 11 et par un toit 12.
La paroi verticale et le toit sont en tôles pré fabriquées, rectangulaires, de dimensions standard. Les tôles formant la paroi verticale sont jointes bord à bord et sont montées individuellement entre deux cadres métalliques 13- et 14, le premier fixé sur le socle 10.
Les tôles formant la paroi verticale sont de trois types : des tôles d'angle 15, des panneaux fixes 16, de largeurs diverses et des panneaux mobiles 17. La cabine présente quatre panneaux de ce dernier type constituant deux portes à deux battants 18 et 19.
Les bords jointifs de ces tôles sont formés par des parties repliées à angle droit qui s'étendent à l'intérieur de la cabine. La jonction des tôles s'opère par l'intermédiaire d'une ou de plusieurs de ces parties. Les tôles fixes sont fixées par des brides de formes diverses montées à l'intérieur de la cabine sur certaines parties repliées des bords adjacents.
Le profil des bords des panneaux fixes présente la forme d'un S. Les bords des autres tôles ont des profils de formes diverses.
Les fig. 2 à 8 représentent un certain nombre de tôles différentes et la façon dont elles sont jointes et fixées.
Les fig. 2 et 3 montrent la forme des bords et la fixation des tôles formant l'angle droit de la cabine. Cet angle est limité par une tôle d'angle 15 et par deux panneaux fixes 16. Les deux bords laté raux de la tôle d'angle présentent un profil en L. Ce profil épouse la moitié antérieure du profil en S des bords des panneaux fixes et s'accroche à sa partie médiane.
Ces trois éléments sont fixés par une bride 20 située de préférence à mi-hauteur de la cabine ou éventuellement par plusieurs brides réparties uni- formément. Cette bride comprend une plaque 21 prenant appui par ses deux ailes sur deux parties repliées des bords des panneaux fixes, une contre- plaque 22 s'arc-boutant sur deux autres parties de ces bords, et par une vis de blocage 23 traversant la plaque 21 et se vissant dans la contre-plaque 22.
Les fig. 4 et 5 montrent la forme du bord et la fixation des tôles formant l'angle antérieur gauche de la cabine. Cet angle est limité par une tôle d'angle 15, un panneau fixe 16 et un panneau mobile 17, formant l'un des battants de la porte 18. Le panneau 17 est monté entre les cadres 13 et 14 sur deux char nières 24. Son bord, côté charnière, présente la forme d'un L tourné vers l'intérieur de la tôle. Il s'applique, lorsque la porte est fermée contre la moitié anté rieure d'un bord en forme de S de la tôle d'angle.
La jonction de la tôle 15 et du panneau fixe 16 appartenant à la partie frontale de la paroi de la cabine s'opère par l'intermédiaire d'un bord en forme de L de la tôle d'angle qui s'adapte contre la moitié antérieure en forme de S, du bord du panneau. Ces tôles sont fixées par une bride comprenant un étrier 25 en U dans lequel sont engagés les bords des tôles et une vis de blocage 26 vissée dans l'une des ailes de l'étrier.
La jonction de deux panneaux fixes adjacents s'opère (fig. 6) par l'intermédiaire de la partie an térieure de leur bord. Ces panneaux sont fixés l'un à l'autre par des brides composées d'une plaque 27 et d'une contre-plaque 28 montées de chaque côté des ailes terminales de leur bord, et d'une vis de blocage 29 traversant la plaque, vissée dans la con tre-plaque et prenant appui contre une plaquette flexible 30 placée à cheval sur les parties médianes des deux bords.
Enfin la jonction entre un panneau fixe 16 et un panneau mobile 17 est effectuée comme illustré aux fig. 7 et 8. Le panneau 17 présente un bord en L qui, lorsque la porte 19 est fermée s'applique d'une part sur la partie antérieure du bord en forme de S du panneau 16 et d'autre part contre l'aile antérieure formant butée d'une tôle auxiliaire 31, de section en l1, fixée à l'aide d'une bride 32 sur la partie terminale du bord du panneau 16.

The vertical wall and the roof are in pre-fabricated, rectangular sheets of standard dimensions. The sheets forming the vertical wall are joined edge to edge and are mounted individually between two metal frames 13- and 14, the first fixed on the base 10.
The sheets forming the vertical wall are of three types: corner sheets 15, fixed panels 16, of various widths and mobile panels 17. The cabin has four panels of the latter type constituting two doors with two leaves 18 and 19. .
The contiguous edges of these sheets are formed by parts bent at right angles which extend inside the cabin. The joining of the sheets takes place through one or more of these parts. The fixed sheets are fixed by flanges of various shapes mounted inside the cabin on certain folded parts of the adjacent edges.
The profile of the edges of the fixed panels has the shape of an S. The edges of the other sheets have profiles of various shapes.
Figs. 2-8 show a number of different sheets and how they are joined and fastened.
Figs. 2 and 3 show the shape of the edges and the fixing of the sheets forming the right angle of the cabin. This angle is limited by a corner plate 15 and by two fixed panels 16. The two lateral edges of the corner plate have an L-profile. This profile follows the front half of the S-profile of the edges of the fixed panels. and clings to its middle part.
These three elements are fixed by a flange 20 preferably located at mid-height of the cabin or possibly by several flanges distributed evenly. This flange comprises a plate 21 bearing by its two wings on two folded parts of the edges of the fixed panels, a back plate 22 bracing itself on two other parts of these edges, and by a locking screw 23 passing through the plate. 21 and screwed into the counter plate 22.
Figs. 4 and 5 show the shape of the edge and the fixing of the sheets forming the front left corner of the cabin. This angle is limited by a corner plate 15, a fixed panel 16 and a movable panel 17, forming one of the leaves of the door 18. The panel 17 is mounted between the frames 13 and 14 on two hinges 24. Its edge, on the hinge side, has the shape of an L facing the inside of the sheet. It applies when the door is closed against the front half of an S-shaped edge of the corner plate.
The junction of the sheet 15 and the fixed panel 16 belonging to the front part of the wall of the cabin takes place via an L-shaped edge of the corner sheet which fits against the half anterior S-shaped, from the edge of the panel. These plates are fixed by a flange comprising a U-shaped bracket 25 in which the edges of the plates are engaged and a locking screw 26 screwed into one of the wings of the bracket.
The junction of two adjacent fixed panels takes place (fig. 6) via the anterior part of their edge. These panels are fixed to each other by flanges composed of a plate 27 and a counter-plate 28 mounted on each side of the terminal wings of their edge, and a locking screw 29 passing through the plate. , screwed into the con-plate and resting against a flexible plate 30 placed astride the median parts of the two edges.
Finally, the junction between a fixed panel 16 and a movable panel 17 is effected as illustrated in FIGS. 7 and 8.
