Method and device for the production of blanks connected to one another to a majority from single or multi-layer webs of paper, cellulose wadding or non-woven fiber fleeces wound into rolls. The invention relates to a method for the manufacture of blanks which are connected to one another to a majority from individual or multilayer webs of paper,
Cellulose wadding or nonwoven nonwovens. It is known to fold such material from the roll in one or more layers and, cut to a certain size, to collapse and to stack them as paper handkerchiefs, etc. on top of one another or next to one another. This method of working requires very high running speeds of the machines concerned, which are associated with a large amount of wear and tear, of the same to achieve economic production due to the low value of the individual paper and cotton wool blanks. The prerequisite for this is that the individual folded blank has a limited shape and a certain stability for the further. Transport receives.
If it is a matter of quickly and cleanly trimming very light cellulose wadding or paper sheets that have only been folded once or twice, then mechanically stacking the individual sheets exactly on top of one another and packing them in boxes, the conventional and current state of the art fails known in the art.
The method according to the invention now proposes to individually fold the single or multi-layer webs coming from the rolls along the direction of movement, to superimpose all of the folded webs and to cut them to length together, the cutting to length and simultaneous connection of the blanks to one another by a notch cut, and then inserting the notched blanks into packaging boxes after their onward transport.
It is essential that the notching can only be kept so weak that the individual blanks can be separated from the stack with the slightest pull, lifted off and removed from the pack without the subsequent sheet being pulled out with it.
It is known per se to connect several pieces of paper to one another by means of notches, but it is new to first fold the paper web and then in a single operation at the same time, together with other layers, to cut and notch it. So far, the individual strips were first cut to the desired lengths.
It is also known in the manufacture of paper blocks to provide longitudinally folding baffles, but these blocks were not notched with each other in this method in order to be able to process them further, and it was also not known to process multilayer paper webs in this way.
The invention further relates to a device for performing the method according to the invention. An example embodiment of a device according to the invention is shown schematically in FIG. 1 in cross section and FIG. 2 in view from above. The method according to the invention is also explained, for example, using the drawing.
On a frame A is a plurality of rolls 1 to x wound paper webs, it can also be cellulose wadding or nonwoven fiber fleeces, on rotating mandrels B is interchangeably arranged. The running webs - this can be single or multi-layered - are put together one or more times in a known manner via longitudinally folding guide plates 6, forcibly guided by roller pairs 7 and fed via the transport table 8 to the cutting unit 9, in which the overlying webs through two rotating cutter bars 10 and 11 are cut to a certain adjustable lengthwise dimension.
The individual layers 12 are notched in a known manner by teeth of the cutter bar in the cut surface mitein other. The stacks 13 that are locked in this way pass over a sliding plate or a guide shaft 14 under a roller 15 onto a circulating conveyor belt 16, through which they fall into the box of a cassette belt 18 with the aid of a window-like recess 17 arranged in this.
After an arbitrarily adjustable number of stacks, the belt 18 is moved on until finally the cassette filled with the stacks lies in front of a filling funnel 19 onto which the folding box 21 intended for the packaging is pushed. Now the stacks are pushed into the folding box by means of a controlled slide 20 before the respective next switch of the cassette belt.
