Description

  

      Auszugvorrichtung        für    Schubfächer    Gegenstand vorliegender     Erfindung    ist eine Aus  zugvorrichtung für Schubfächer, wobei erfindungsge  mäss eine mit dem Schubfach verbundene Schiene  über eine als Kulisse wirkende     zweite    Schiene auf eine  fest, z. B. in einem Schrank, angeordnete Schiene ab  gestützt ist.  



  Eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfin  dungsgegenstandes ist     in    der beiliegenden     Zeichnung     dargestellt, und zwar zeigt:       Fig.    1 eine perspektivische Ansicht -eines Schran  kes mit drei Schubfächern,       Fig.    2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie     II-II    der       Fig.    1 und       Fig.    3 einen Schnitt nach der Linie     III-111    der       Fig.    2.  



       Fig.    4 bis 6 zeigen Stirnansichten der drei     anein-          andergeführten    Schienen der Auszugvorrichtung.  Der dargestellte Schrank umfasst ein Gehäuse 1,  in welchem drei Schubfächer 2 an je einer im nach  stehenden noch     beschriebenen        Doppelauszugvorrich-          tung    hängend angeordnet sind, und zwar derart, dass  sie sich über nahezu die     ganze    Höhe des Schrankes  erstrecken.  



  Die Auszugvorrichtung ist als Ganzes mit 4 be  zeichnet und umfasst die drei     aneinandergeführten     Schienen 5, 6 und 7 (siehe     Fig.    4 bis 6), von welchen  die Schienen 5 und 7 fest mit dem Gehäuse 1 bzw.  mit einem Schubfach 2 verbunden sind,     während    die  als Kulisse wirkende Schiene 6 zwischen den Schie  nen 5 und 7 auf Rollen 8 läuft. Anschläge 9, 10 be  grenzen den Auszug.  



  Die angenähert U-förmige Schiene 5 ist mit Be  festigungsplatten 17 versehen, mit welchen die  Schiene 5 am Gehäuse 1 befestigt, z. B. festgeschraubt  oder angeschweisst, sein kann, falls das letztere aus  Metall besteht. Im Innern der Schiene 5 gleitet die  als Kulisse dienende Schiene 6, wobei sich einerseits    einige Rollen 8 dieser Schiene 6 auf die einwärts  gebogenen Schenkel und weitere Rollen 8 auf den  oberen Quersteg der Schiene 5     abstützen    und ander  seits einige dieser Rollen 8 die     I-förmige,    mit dem  Schubfach 2 fest verbundene Schiene 7 tragen.

   Die  dargestellte Schiene 7 besteht     äus    zwei mit ihrem  Steg     miteinander    verbundenen Teilen; sie könnte je  doch auch aus einem einteiligen     I-Profil        gebildet    sein.  



  Jedes der Schubfächer 2 ist auf seiner Unterseite  in einer     U-Schiene    11, die am Gehäuse 1 befestigt ist,  mittels einer in die erwähnte Schiene eintretenden  Leiste 12 geführt. Wie aus     Fig.    1 ersichtlich,     umfasst     jedes Schubfach, das sich in der dargestellten Weise  über die ganze Höhe des Schrankes erstrecken     kann     oder sich wenigstens     angenähert    über die ganze Höhe  erstreckt, eine vertikale Rückwand 13, vor welcher       Tablare    14 einstellbar angeordnet sind.

   Diese     Tablare     begrenzen Abteile, die     ihrerseits    gegen die offene  Seite des Schubfaches hin Wände 15 tragen     können.     In letzterem Fall können     einzelne    Behälter gebildet  werden, von welchen zwei in     Fig.    1 dargestellt und  mit 16     bezeichnet    sind.    Falls sich     die    Schubfächer nicht über die ganze  Höhe des Schrankes erstrecken,     kann    unterhalb der  selben noch eine     übliche    Schublade     mit        horizontalem     Boden vorgesehen sein.  



  Die beschriebene     Ausführung    des Schrankes hat  den Vorteil, dass er eine sehr gute Ausnützung des  Raumes gestattet und besonders bei     beschränktem     Raum sehr gut     zugängliche    Abteile und Behälter bie  tet. Dabei ist eine     einwandfreie        Abstützung    und  Führung der Schubfächer     gewährleistet.    Derartige       Schränke    lassen sich beispielsweise in Apotheken,  Drogerien,     Furniturenlagern    usw.     mit        Vorteil    ver  wenden. Selbstverständlich ist es möglich, mehr oder  weniger als drei Schubfächer anzubringen.

   Dieselben      brauchen auch nicht in einem Gehäuse angebracht zu  sein,     sondern    sie könnten an den Auszugsvorrichtun  gen hängend frei in einem Raum angeordnet     sein.

       FIGS. 4 to 6 show end views of the three rails of the pull-out device that are joined together. The cabinet shown comprises a housing 1 in which three drawers 2 are suspended from a double pull-out device to be described below, in such a way that they extend over almost the entire height of the cabinet.



  The pull-out device is designated as a whole with 4 and comprises the three rails 5, 6 and 7 (see FIGS. 4 to 6), of which the rails 5 and 7 are firmly connected to the housing 1 or to a drawer 2, respectively, while the rail 6 acting as a backdrop between the rails 5 and 7 runs on rollers 8.   The approximately U-shaped rail 5 is provided with loading mounting plates 17 with which the rail 5 is attached to the housing 1, for. B. screwed or welded, if the latter is made of metal. Inside the rail 5 slides serving as a backdrop rail 6, on the one hand some rollers 8 of this rail 6 are supported on the inwardly curved legs and other rollers 8 on the upper crosspiece of the rail 5 and on the other hand some of these rollers 8 are I-shaped , with the drawer 2 firmly connected rail 7 carry.

   The rail 7 shown consists of two parts connected to one another with their web; it could, however, also be formed from a one-piece I-profile.



  Each of the drawers 2 is guided on its underside in a U-rail 11, which is fastened to the housing 1, by means of a bar 12 entering the aforementioned rail. As can be seen from Fig. 1, each drawer, which can extend in the manner shown over the entire height of the cabinet or extends at least approximately over the entire height, a vertical rear wall 13, in front of which shelves 14 are adjustable.

   These trays delimit compartments, which in turn can carry walls 15 against the open side of the drawer. In the latter case, individual containers can be formed, two of which are shown in FIG. 1 and labeled 16. If the drawers do not extend over the entire height of the cabinet, a conventional drawer with a horizontal bottom can be provided below the same.



  The described design of the cabinet has the advantage that it allows very good use of the space and offers very accessible compartments and containers, especially when space is limited. Perfect support and guidance of the drawers is guaranteed. Such cabinets can be used with advantage, for example, in pharmacies, drugstores, furniture stores, etc. Of course, it is possible to add more or less than three drawers.

   The same do not need to be mounted in a housing, but they could be arranged hanging freely in a room on the Ausziehvorrichtun gene.

Pull-out device according to dependent claim 1, characterized in that the rail (6) acting as a link carries rollers (8) with which it is supported in the fixed rail (5) and by means of the former the rail (7) arranged on the drawer based on the latter. 3. Pull-out device according to claim, characterized in that the drawer is arranged hanging on the rail (7) and the compartments for the objects to be accommodated in the drawer are arranged on a vertical wall (13). 4. Pull-out device according to dependent claim 3, characterized in that the drawer (2) is guided on its underside.
