Compression cooling system The invention relates to a further embodiment of the compression cooling system described in the claim of the main patent with a compressor and an expansion turbine for refrigerant, the shaft of the turbine on. Compressed gas bearings is stored and the compressed gas is taken from the refrigerant gas acting on the turbine, and consists in that - apart from the compressor - a device is provided for increasing the pressure of the refrigerant gas to be supplied to the compressed gas bearings.
In this way, sufficient gas pressure can also be achieved when - as is the case occasionally, e.g. B. when starting up the system - the refrigerant in the normal circuit in front of the expansion turbine does not have as high a pressure as is necessary to support the turbine shaft.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of a compression cooling system designed according to the invention in a schematic representation.
A piston compressor 2 driven by a motor 1 conveys compressed air via a line 3 in the direction of arrows 4 through a water cooler 5 and behind it via a line 81 through a heat exchanger 6 to an expansion turbine 7. The compressed air leaves the turbine 7 via a line 8 (arrow 9) and is led into a cold room 10. From here it is passed via a line 11, the heat exchanger 6 (arrow 12) and a further line 13 (arrow 14) to a turbo compressor 15 and from there via a line 16 (arrow 62) back to the piston compressor 2.
From the line 81 branches off at 82, so before the heat exchanger 6, a via a z. B. from an electric motor driven auxiliary compressor 83 (not shown) line 84 (arrow 18), which is led via a check valve 86, a compressed gas accumulator $ ash 85 and through a special channel of the heat exchanger 6 to a branch from the pressure lines 24 to the bearings 25, 25 'of the common shaft 27 of the turbine 7 and of the turbo compressor 15. Behind the bearings 25, 25 ', the outflowing air is fed back into the line 13 via lines 29, 30 (arrows "31).
Since the line 84 containing the additional compressor 83 is branched off from the refrigerant circuit 3, 81, 8, 11, 13, 16 before the heat exchanger 6, the additional compressor 83 does not need to work at the low temperature that the refrigerant gas - here so air - before entering the expansion turbine 7 has. Since, furthermore, the line 84 is passed through the heat exchanger 6 corresponding to the line 81, the compressed in the additional compressor 83,

air intended for the bearings 25, 25 'is cooled before it reaches the bearings 25, 25'.
The accumulator bottle 85 z. B. If the two compressors 2, 83 fail, the air is kept under pressure for some time and is prevented from flowing back due to the check valve 86. The bearings 25, 25 'are thus sufficiently supplied with compressed air until the turbine 7 is switched off or has run out.
The pressure of the additional compressor 83 is advantageously adjustable. '
