Garniture tombale La présente invention a pour objet une gar niture tombale. Cette garniture est caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend un cadre léger, amovible, destiné à entourer au moins partiel lement une tombe, ce cadre présentant des moyens pour la fixation de panneaux destinés à recouvrir la tombe.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exem ple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'in vention.
La fig. 1 est une vue en perspective d'une garniture tombale ; et la fig. 2 est une coupe suivant la ligne 11- /! de la fig. 1, à échelle agrandie.
La garniture représentée comprend un cadre 1 destiné à entourer une tombe. Ce ca dre, en matière plastique, est formé, sur trois côtés, par des pièces 2, de section en U, ren forcées par des nervures 2a et posées à plat; le quatrième côté du cadre 1 est constitué par un socle 3 surmonté d'une croix 4. Ce cadre est muni de pieds 5 destinés à être plantés dans le sol de la tombe. Il est ainsi amovible et sa légèreté permet de le déplacer facilement.
La joue supérieure 2b des pièces 2 pré sente une partie 2c, formant gouttière, destinée à recevoir le bord épaissi 6a de panneaux 6 qui recouvrent ainsi la tombe. Ces panneaux sont également amovibles et pourraient être fixés sur le cadre par différents moyens non repré sentés.
La présente garniture peut être utilisée avec ou sans panneaux, et de façon provisoire ou permanente. Son emploi provisoire conviendra particulièrement pour la période suivant immé diatement l'inhumation et pendant laquelle on ne peut pas encore édifier sur la tombe un monument en pierre.
La matière plastique employée pourra imi ter la pierre ; les panneaux pourront présenter un aspect identique ou, au contraire, être trans parents. Dans ce cas, la garniture faisant l'ob jet de la présente invention constituera un châssis de couche permettant l'hibernation des plantes garnissant la tombe.
Au lieu d'être en matière plastique, la pré sente garniture pourrait être en métal.
Le cadre 1 pourrait être entièrement formé de pièces 2, en U, et ne pas comporter de socle 3. Bien entendu, la croix représentée dans le dessin pourrait être supprimée ou remplacée par tout autre motif.

The garnish shown comprises a frame 1 intended to surround a grave. This frame, made of plastic, is formed, on three sides, by parts 2, of U-section, reinforced by ribs 2a and laid flat; the fourth side of the frame 1 consists of a base 3 surmounted by a cross 4. This frame is provided with feet 5 intended to be planted in the ground of the tomb. It is thus removable and its lightness allows it to be moved easily.
The upper cheek 2b of the parts 2 has a part 2c, forming a gutter, intended to receive the thickened edge 6a of panels 6 which thus cover the tomb. These panels are also removable and could be attached to the frame by various means not shown.
This trim can be used with or without panels, and temporarily or permanently. Its provisional use will be particularly suitable for the period immediately following the burial and during which it is not yet possible to build a stone monument on the tomb.
The plastic material used can imitate stone; the panels may have an identical appearance or, on the contrary, be transparent. In this case, the garnish forming the object of the present invention will constitute a layer frame allowing the hibernation of the plants lining the grave.
Instead of being of plastic material, the present gasket could be of metal.
The frame 1 could be entirely formed of parts 2, U-shaped, and not include a base 3. Of course, the cross shown in the drawing could be deleted or replaced by any other pattern.
