Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Ni: 311386 Anordnung zur Begrenzung von Kurzachlussatrömen in Gleich- und Wechselstromnetzen Das Hauptpatent betrifft eine Anordnung zur Begrenzung von Kurrsehlussströmen in (;
Additional patent to main patent Ni: 311386 Arrangement for limiting short-circuit currents in DC and AC networks The main patent relates to an arrangement for limiting short-circuit currents in (;
electrical and electrical power networks. This arrangement is characterized in that there is at least one fuse rated for the nominal voltage and a fraction of the nominal current of the arrangement and at least one fuse in the operating state via a bridging switch, the impedance of the switch branch being such that
that the current flowing through the fuse, at Nennatroin. the arrangement is at most equal to the rated current of the safety, and means are provided which effect the contact separation of the switch at least 0.5 ins after the occurrence of the short-circuit atrom.
The arrangement is further characterized by such a dimensioning, safeguarding and design of the parallel circuit safety bridging switch that at the time of contact separation of the switch the voltage drop per interruption point of the switch is at most 15 V and also the electrical strength of the switch is always greater than the voltage appearing on the fuse.
In the main patent. an embodiment is described in which an electrical and a mechanical energy storage device are rather present, the energy of the electrical energy storage device being used to trigger the meelian energy storage device, the energy of which actuates the bridging switch.
The present invention relates to a particular embodiment of such an arrangement provided with an electrical and a mechanical energy store. It is characterized by the fact that there are means for partially converting the energy of the electrical energy store into pressure energy,
which in turn cause the mechanical energy storage device to be triggered and, at the same time, an additional acceleration of the movable switching bridge of the bypass switch.
In the following: an exemplary embodiment of the arrangement according to the invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing, namely on a rectifier system to limit the reverse current of a rectifier system, which can be regarded as a short-circuit current.
It shows: 1 the primary network terminals of the sliding system, 3 the rectifier transformer, 4 the rectifier switching contacts, 2 the switching arrangement in front of the primary connections of the rectifier transformer 3, which disconnects when reverse currents occur undertakes.
This switching arrangement 2 consists essentially of a rated voltage and a fraction of the rated current of the system fuse 23 and the switch bridging this fuse in the operating state, which consists of the movable switching bridge 21, which is under the influence of the compression spring 26 standing Ko:
ntald 25, the blocking member 22 and the compression spring 24 consists. The impedance of the switching arrangement 2 is dimensioned such that the current flowing through the fuse at the rated current of the system is at most equal to the rated current of the fuse. For example, in a system with a nominal current of 100 A and a resistance of the switch of less than 0.001 ohms, a fuse for 6 or 10 A is included. one. Resistance was about 0.1. Ohm selected when cold.
Furthermore, a transducer 5 is available, the .ein toroidal core made of highly permeable material, e.g. B. nickel iron possesses. Before the system is started up, the converter 5 is magnetized by closing the pressure contact 55 via the winding 53 in the same direction as it is magnetized by the anode current of the rectifier during operation.
As a result of the rectangular shape of the hysteresis loop of the core material of the transducer, only a negligible change in induction occurs in the core during normal operation and thus only a small voltage in the secondary winding 52 occurs. The primary winding 61 of a high-voltage transformer 6 is applied to the secondary winding 52. Its secondary winding 62 is connected to the electrodes 71 and 73 of a multiple spark gap 7.
Depending on the number of rectifier anodes, elements 5 and 6 are also present, and spark gap 7 also has the same number of ignition electrodes 71.
A high-voltage capacitor is denoted by 8, which is continuously charged to a constant voltage via the high-voltage transformer 82 and the Oxleiehrichter 81, 9 represents a pressure chamber made, for example, of reinforced hard tissue, which with. a little compressible, insulating medium 92, e.g. B. oil, fat, water "glycol, is filled. 91 is a fine wire, e.g.
B. a fusible conductor made of tungsten, with a diameter of 0.1 mm or less, which is in the discharge circuit of the capacitor 8. 93 is a compliant point, e.g. B. a Cu membrane that closes off the medium 92 from the outside. This membrane 93 also serves to supply current to the wire 91. With the membrane 93, a rigid insulating member 10, e.g. B.
a plunger made of IIart® rewebe or similar material, which in turn hits the movable switching bridge 21 when the membrane bulges outwards. The mechanical blocking 22 consists of a 2vla- terial with high compressive strength, but low: he impact resistance, z. B. Ilartpapier, kera mix or vitreous material.
The mode of operation of the arrangement is as follows: When a back ignition occurs, the core of the converter 5 is suddenly urimagnetized, and a strong voltage surge occurs on the secondary winding 52. This voltage surge is transmitted to the high voltage transformer 6 by the high voltage transformer 6 1 multiple spark path 7 transmitted, resulting in an overflow in the air path between electrodes 71 and 73.
The overlap between the. Electrodes 71 and 73 reach the main discharge line 72, 73 for ignition, whereby the discharge of the high-voltage capacitor 8 is initiated via the fusible conductor 91 in the pressure chamber 9.
The Sehmelzl @ eiter 91 is dimensioned so that it is melted by the discharge current of the capacitor 8 in a very short time. This allows an arc to occur. As a result, the surrounding medium \ ve? .1.- is vaporized. and gassed so that a pressure stop occurs.
This is transferred via the terminating membrane 93 to the insulating plunger 10, which in turn presses on the movable switching bridge 21 and bursts the Bloekiex-unn 22; the shift arm? 1. is brought into the open position under the influence of the impact of the insulating element 1.0, whereby it is additionally accelerated by the now relaxed spring 24:
The fuse 23 now takes over the increasing rock current reduced to the primary side. and melts very quickly, i.e. in about 1 \ 'milliseconds. The system is then disconnected from the grid. Depending on the number of phases, the separation takes place in one or more phases, since the elements 9, 10 and 2 are present in each phase.
The contact separation between the jumper 21 and the fixed contact 25 is completed in an arrangement in less than 2 - 1.0-4 s after the start of the back-ignition, that is, the switch opens. so fast
that at the time of the contact separation, the voltage drop per interruption satellite is less than 15 V and the flashover voltage at the contacts is always greater than the voltage occurring at the fuse. It has been shown to be advantageous, the spark gap 7 by traces of a radioactive preparation 7-1, z.
B. tritium, pre-ionize. This preparation 74 is thereby stored in the points of the cathode 73 which come into question as the starting point of the discharge. This ensures that the discharge delay times are at most a few microseconds.
The arrangement described and illustrated is. Of course, it is not restricted to the detection or limitation of return currents in (-111eiehriehteranlagen. It can be used in general in the sense of the main patent to limit overcurrents in a suitable form Energy storage devices with accessories are isolated from the circuit to be switched off and can therefore be attached to the low-voltage side.
