Drive device for a magnetic sound device The present invention relates to a drive device for a magnetic sound device, the mechanism of which is driven by a motor via a transmission, with a special flywheel being provided, and the rewinding of the sound carrier from one reel to the other in one and / or the other Direction with a Ge speed allows that is much greater than the normal working speed of the sound carrier.
The higher speed can be achieved in such devices that the drive for the means for fast transport of the sound carrier is derived from the flywheel which is driven by the motor via a transmission.
The centrifugal mass is already running at the correct speed in the time when the means of transport are still at rest or only have the speed for normal belt transport and directly transfers the kinetic energy stored in it, which is much less of a tendency to change the speed than when deriving this drive un indirectly from the motor shaft. This transfer of energy directly from the flywheel makes it possible to use motors with much lower power.
This fact can be explained by the fact that the energy transfer from the flywheel to the motor shaft is subject to a settling time and therefore at the critical moment, e.g. B. in the immediate transition from rest to movement, is not available. In addition, the friction losses are smaller.
According to the invention, the above-described drive is achieved in a simple manner in that a rotating member is driven by the centrifugal mass axis via a transmission, which drives the shaft of the take-up reel via a putsch clutch, while an intermediate member (intermediate wheel, intermediate shaft or the like) marry)
is provided between the flywheel and an organ rigidly coupled to the shaft of the take-up reel, the case wise with the flywheel and this organ frictionally in; simultaneous engagement can be brought about, whereby the take-up reel can be driven faster than when the intermediate link is moved out.
The centrifugal mass is expediently formed from two or more disks, of which at least one Zwecks.Derivation of the drive for the means for fast transport of the sound carrier is specially set up and / or is specially dimensioned for this purpose.
In the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject of the invention is illustrated, namely: Fig. 1 is a plan view of the drive device, without the chassis plate and FIG. 2 is a section along the line II-II in FIG.
The shaft 1 of the drive motor drives the flywheel 4 by means of a disk 2 via a transmission 3, the shaft 5 of which serves as a drive roller (audio roller) for the tape to be moved. The movement of the tape is achieved in that a pressure roller 6 is pressed against the tape roll 5, so that the tape lying between these two rollers is carried along by friction.
On the axis 5 of the flywheel 4 sits a disc 7, which drives the disc 9 via a transmission 8, which via a slip clutch 10, the shaft 11 on which the reel of the tape is not shown., Is set in Dre hung.
Advantageously, a wire helix is used for the transmission 3, with at least one of the disks 2 and 4 being provided with a noise-reducing coating 12 or made of such a noise-reducing material to avoid disturbing Cxeräushe: To achieve a faster advance is on the shaft 5 is a disk 13. Likewise, on the shaft 11 carrying the take-up reel, a disk 14 that is rigidly connected to it is seated. An intermediate wheel 15 is pivotably mounted about the axis 17 by means of a lever 16.
When the wheel 15 is pivoted into a position in which this wheel acts as a coupling wheel between the disk 13 and the disk 14, with the appropriate selection of the gear ratios, the shaft 11 carrying the take-up reel is displaced one more rotation than when the wheel is pivoted out. As a result of the flywheel mass of the flywheel 4, the speed of rotation of the shaft 11 is currently brought to the greater value without the speed of rotation of the shaft 5 and thus also that of the shaft 1 of the motor being changed.
The acceleration energy required to increase the speed of rotation 11 is supplied by the inertia energy of the flywheel 4, so that the drive motor itself is not subjected to any loads required for acceleration. As a result of this fact, as tests have confirmed, the motor output can be significantly lower than, for example, in the case of the direct coupling of the shaft 11 to the motor shaft 1.
On the shaft 18 carrying the supply reel sits in the illustrated embodiment, a disk 19, which can be driven by a disk 21 via a transmission 20, for this purpose the disk 21 is pivotably mounted on a lever 22 about the axis 23, whereby the Disc 21 on the flywheel 4 of the desired return .the unwinding reel can be brought about.
During the transition from slow forward movement of the sound carrier to fast forward or reverse motion, the pressure roller releases the sound carrier at the same time. Since during these transitions from one operating mode to the other, due to the inertia energy of the coils, there is a risk that the sound carrier is exposed to additional tension forces, it is advisable to undertake the transitions in such a way that
.that the effect of all drive means on the belt is rendered ineffective in intermediate positions. At the same time, a locking device is provided, preferably on both reels, whereby tears and loops of the tape are avoided. For this purpose, for example, a brake disk 24 or 19 seated on the shafts 11 or 18 is used, on which a brake pad 27 presses via an angle lever 25 by means of spring force of the spring 26 and therewith locks the shaft 11 or 18. To solve this locking solution, the brake pad 27 can be lifted from the brake disc 24 by means of the indicated cable 28.
The locking devices of the two reels can advantageously be actuated via the cable 28 together with the coupling device 5, 6 moving the sound carrier and the operating mode switching mechanism.
Whether for bringing about the various motion processes. several drive motors are provided on the device. can be, a single motor is advantageously provided in order to achieve the effects described, which causes the drive of all moving components.
