Electrical line with means on the post insulators for attaching an electrical overhead cable to the post insulator. In already known fastening devices for the main cable to Stütziso capacitors, the main cable is usually rigidly clamped.
With this rope attachment there is a risk that the main line rope; especially if it is made of aluminum, easily breaks, which is due to the fact that the rope vibrations are suddenly stopped as a result of the rigid attachment of the rope to the isolator.
But the sudden stopping of the rope oscillations, which not only occur in the direction of the line at Rauh rife, but also by wind across the line, exposes the main line to stresses that the rope cannot withstand in the long run.
The present invention aims to overcome these difficulties. It relates to an electrical line with means on the support insulators for attaching an electrical overhead cable to the support insulator. This line, which can be a high or a low voltage line, is characterized according to the invention in that the support insulator has two channels arranged lengthways next to the central head groove for the main line rope and closed in their circumference, and that on the main line rope two line bundles are attached by means of clamps,
which are guided through the closed channels, An embodiment of the invention will be explained in the following with reference to the accompanying drawing. In the drawing shows: Fig. 1. A post insulator half in longitudinal section, half in view.
2 and 3 show the attachment of the main rope and the cable bundle bundles in plan and side view.
As FIG. 1 shows, the head 1 of the insulator has a deep central channel 2, designed in a known manner, into which the main rope 3 is inserted. According to the invention, two channels 5 are now arranged laterally and next to the head channel 2. To attach the main rope 3, two cable harness brackets 4 are used, which are attached by means of the clamps 6 on the main rope along and next to the middle head gutter 2. These line bimdbügel are guided through the two channels 5 closed in their scope and open at the ends.
The wire harness can be made from solid material or from rope material. The channels are preferably made so large that, for example, massive wire stirrups that are bent into the desired shape before assembly can be passed through them without any difficulty despite their rounds and corners. The opening of the channels can have any suitable cross-section; it can therefore be round, oval or rectangular, for example.
Advantageously, the two wire circlips have so much distance from the walls of the channels and from the rounded ends of the side walls of the head trough that the main rope is secured against both slipping out of the middle head trough and against sliding through it too far, and on the other hand one Sufficient mobility of the main line rope is guaranteed in the transverse and longitudinal direction,
so that vibration fractures are definitely avoided. The main rope cannot slide out vertically upwards either.
The channels for the cable bundle brackets, which are placed alongside and next to the central head gutter, can be designed in such a way that the cable bundle brackets in the ducts either run in one plane with the main rope in the central gutter, or the channels next to the central gutter are like this designed that the Leit-ungsbundbügel on successive post insulators are alternately guided above and below the main rope.
The wire harness brackets are held on the main rope by means of clamps. Advantageously, their contact pressure is only so great that although the main rope and wire harness are secured against shifting against each other, if the main rope breaks it can slide out of the clamps under the influence of its own weight on one side. As a result, damage to the isolator, the isolator supports or the mast linkage is avoided.
The safety or slip clamp 6 shown in the drawing, which serves to protect against the main rope slipping out in the normal state, has a hole 7 at each end through which a conical clamping bolt S is pulled. The opening of the upper hole 7 is chosen so large that the clamping bolt just rests against it when the pressure with which the contact piece 9 presses the main rope and the cable bundle against the wall 10 of the slip clamp is so great, that a slide through the main rope 3 is made light in the event of a rope break.
The wire harness brackets can be bent downwards to the side where they emerge from the slip clamp and thus act as protective horns against the occurrence of arcing. The temple ends are secured with metal sleeves or clamps to protect against electrical damage, e.g. B. charring of the wire harness and the main rope, protected.
In the embodiment shown in the drawing, the Lei device bracket 4 are bent laterally downwards after exiting the slip clamp 6 and the bracket ends are provided with a metal sleeve 11 to secure the main rope 3 against arcing damage.
The isolators can be either high or low voltage isolators. The insulator head with the parts of the fastening device provided on it in the sense of the invention can consist, for example, of a cast iron cap, cast bronze or porcelain.
