Packaging with enclosed packaging material and method for producing this packaging.
The invention relates to a packaging with enclosed packaging material, for example liquids and easily meltable or paste-like substances, consisting of a bag made of liquid-tight film and a solid supporting body, the closure of the bag also forming the connection point with the supporting body, as well as alif zin processes for the production of this packaging.
A packaging of the specified type, which is particularly intended for smaller quantities for ver packing goods, is known. In the known packaging, the support body consists of a strip of solid material, which lies around the bag made of waterproof film, so that this Saek is free on two opposite sides. Such packaging is cheap and can be thrown away after use.
However, especially when it is used for packing larger amounts of material, for example salad oil, which is not consumed in a single time, but only in small amounts, it has the disadvantage that the support body has the tendency because of the Crushing the contents of the contents, which, once the packaging has been opened, can cause the contents to be accidentally squeezed out. It is also a disadvantage that the Saek made of liquid-tight foil is not protected on all sides by solid external surfaces.
The invention aims to create a package which does not have the disadvantages mentioned above. This is achieved in that the solid support body has the shape of a sleeve provided with a bottom, the upper end of which is pressed flat together with the upper end of the bag made of liquid-tight film and sealed.
If the sack is made of thermoplastic material such as polyethylene, according to a favorable embodiment, the sack with the solid support body (which can consist of cardboard, for example) can be closed in a single processing by welding using heat and pressure.
I) abei the two layers of thermoplastic film are combined both with each other and with the solid support body at the point of the weld seam. In order to achieve a good connection between the sack and the support body, the support body can be provided with a layer of thermoplastic material on the inside at the location of the weld seam.
It has been shown that the inner bag does not need to have exactly the same shape as the solid support body, but that an ordinary flat sack is very well suited for these purposes and is adequately sized after being filled the inner wall of the support body applies.
If desired, a window can be arranged in the solid support body, so that if the support body is made of transparent material, the contents are visible when the packaging is closed. It can also be seen that when the contents are poured out, a regular, smooth jet is created, since the inside sack is deformed by the atmospheric pressure during pouring and the poured out quantity does not need to be replaced by air. When the pouring is complete, the jet stops immediately without creating drops that would otherwise run along the outer wall of the opening.
In preferred embodiments of the packaging according to the invention, the support body has the shape of a cylinder or a truncated cone provided at one end with a rigid bottom before it is pressed flat. However, it can also have a rectangular or other polygonal cross section.
If the bottom of the support body is formed by a separate Seheibe with an upturned edge, this edge being attached to the jacket of the support body, it is particularly advantageous if the jacket has the shape of such a truncated cone before the flattening that the width of the flattened top The end corresponds to the diameter at the foot of the Mantes. This measure prevents the upturned bottom edge from being bent outward in one direction when flat pressing and inward in a direction perpendicular to the same, since the descriptive lines of the supporting body running at the ends of the weld seam are perpendicular to the floor near the flat pressing.
The connection between the coat and the floor is therefore less stressed. In addition, such packaging has a nicer appearance.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing, in which some exemplary embodiments of the packaging according to the invention are illustrated.

Fig. 2 is a plan view of the same.
FIG. 3 is a vertical section along the line III-III in FIG. 1.
FIG. 4 is a horizontal section, taken along the line IV-IV of FIG.
Figure 5 is a side view of a second embodiment of the package according to the invention.
Fig. 6 is a corresponding plan view.
Fig. 7 is a perspective view of the upper part of the package which is provided with a recess.
In Fig. 8 and 9 different embodiments of the weld seam are shown.
Corresponding parts are denoted by the same reference numbers in the various figures.
The in Figs. 1-. Ver shown paekullg consists of a solid support body in the form of a sleeve 1, which is provided with a by means of the upturned edge 5 fixed in it rigid bottom 2. In the sleeve 1 is a Saek 3 made of liquid-drawn film, such as polyethylene, which is flat in the unfilled state. The sleeve 1 has the shape of a hollow cylinder open at one end before it is flattened, so that the inner sack 3, which is too limp to remain upright when unfilled, is supported and protected on all sides by the sleeve 1 and the base 2 .
The upper edges of the sleeve 1 and the sack 3 are after the goods to be packed. For example, a liquid that has been poured into the sack, pressed flat and closed. If the inner bag 3 is made of thermoplastic material, both the bag and the fixed sleeve can be closed in one operation by making the weld 4, the material of the inner bag 3 at the point of the weld 4 with the material of the sleeve is united.
As a secondary advantage, it can be mentioned that there is no risk of the thermoplastic material sticking to the heated welding jaws, in that a layer of the material of the sleeve 1 is located between the welding jaws and the thermoplastic material.
A window 6 can be recessed in the wall of the sleeve 1 through which, if the inner bag is made of transparent material, the contents of the packaging can be seen.
The packaging shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 was based on a solid sleeve 1 in the form of a truncated cone, the dimensions of which are selected such that the width of the upper end near the plateau corresponds to the diameter at the base of the sleeve. Although one or more longitudinal folds are formed in the outer surface of the saekes 3, which in the unfilled 2 would usually have a rectangular cross-section, when using a thermoplastic material, it is still possible to obtain a tight weld seam.
So that filling the bag is made easier. this can be a little longer than the fixed sleeve. The upper edge of the sack protruding over the sleeve can in this case be laid back outwards around the upper edge of the rigid sleeve, whereupon the sack is filled. After the weld seam has been produced, any material located above the weld seam can be cut off from the Saek or the sleeve.
If the contents of the package have to be used, a corner of the top edge can be cut off, creating a vision. Pouring out olive accidents is made possible by correctly cutting off the corner. For this purpose, a line 7 can be arranged, for example, on the sleeve 1 (see FIG. 5). In any event, the sleeve can have a recess 8 (see FIG. 7) at this point, so that after cutting off the corner according to line 7, the fluid jet does not touch the material of the sleeve 1 when pouring the liquid.
In FIGS. 8 and 9, various embodiments of the weld seam 4 are shown, the weld seam containing recesses. When the corner is cut off according to line 7, a groove 9 is created in this case.
It is clear that the support body made of solid material, for example, have a rectangular or square cross-section and the bottom can consist, for example, of folded-over parts of the jacket of the support body.
