Verschluss an Kraftwagentüren.
Closure on vehicle doors. The invention relates to a lock on motor vehicle doors, in which the latch actuated by the door handle engages behind a striker attached to the door post.
In doors with such locks occurs in the course of 'time, when the serving as a stop for the closed door leaf you loss of elasticity, often fig a rattling, the mobility and the associated noises on the striker or on the lock latch is evoked. Therefore, rubber buffers have already been arranged above and below the door lock, separately from it, which, when the door is closed, are positioned against a fixed stop under:
Apply voltage to prevent the door leaf from rattling on the lock parts.
The attachment of these buffers or the associated stop parts, however, requires great care and laborious fitting work and therefore makes the assembly of the doors more expensive in an undesirable manner. The invention be intended to eliminate this disadvantage.
It consists in that at least one rubber buffer is arranged directly on the lock faceplate and the associated stop part on the base plate for the locking wedge. The! Rubber buffer can have a cylindrical shape and interact with a stop part with a U-shape. Before geous, the locking wedge is stored on the base plate in a rubber lining. In the drawing, an execution example of the invention is shown.
Fig. 1 shows the door jamb with the base plate and locking wedge recessed.
Fig. 2 shows the associated door leaf with lock latch and door handle again, and. 3 is a section along line 3-3 of FIGS. 1 on a larger scale.
The base plate b for the locking wedge c is screwed to the door post a, behind the inner detent d the latch e of the door lock engages when the door is closed.
Below the lock latch e, a cylindrical gununi buffer g is attached to the lock faceplate f, which, when the door is closed, slides into a U-shaped stop part fixed to the base plate b and, when the door is closed, rests on its end i under pressure.
so -that the latch e is then pressed against the back of the striker c under elastic pretension and the door leaf is prevented from rattling while driving.
By attaching the locking wedge c and: the stop part h on the common base plate b and the Giunmipuffer g on the lock faceplate f, dimensional accuracy between the locking wedge and rubber buffer is absolutely guaranteed.
According to Fig. 3, the stop part h with the base plate b consists of one piece. The locking wedge c is mounted on the base plate in a rubber chuck k. This further improves the noiselessness of the door lock.
The rubber buffer g can instead of the cylin drischen another, z. B. wedge-shaped, have shape. Instead of one buffer, several rubber buffers and stop parts can be provided for this purpose, optionally above and below the lock latch.
