Rhombus-shaped roof panel. In the case of a roof covering, consisting of rhombus-shaped roof panels with folds running around the entire length of the side edges, which are directed upwards on the two upper edges and downwards on the two lower edges and with one with the upper corner of the panel . A nail hole is provided, punched out of the blank of the plate. Fastening tab is provided, there is the disadvantage that in the space required for the expansion of the roof panels, two adjacent roof panels in the area of the folded-down folds are water, snow or Wind can penetrate.
So far, this disadvantage has never been satisfactorily eliminated.
The invention aims to remedy this deficiency. It consists in the fact that the lower roof panel corner has a downwardly protruding board angle in the width of folding strips, with the opposite transverse edges of the two lower folding strips having a downwardly protruding board strip with which. the Bordwinkel -leieh high and rigidly connected.
The board strips of the lower folds and the board angles of the plate can be produced by punching out of the blank of the plate and, when edging the fold strips, can be deformed to form a standing hollow jacket with an open vertical edge on the inside of the plate. In the drawing, a fiction, contemporary roof panel is shown for example.
They show: FIG. 1 a roof panel of the previous embodiment, FIG. 2 a section of a roof covering with roof panels according to FIG. Fig. 3 shows the roof panel according to the invention, specifically in a cut, Fig. 4 shows a section of a roof covering with roof panels according to FIG. 3,
FIG. 5 shows the lower roof panel corner designed as a water nose in the diagram from below and FIG. 6 shows a diagrammatic representation of a lateral roof panel corner.
In the previously known roof panel according to FIG. 1, the two upper folds are designated by 1 and the two lower folds closed at 2ca are designated by 2. 4 means the fastening tab punched out of the blank of the roof panel. When the roof is covered with these panels, as can be seen in FIG. 2, the night rope shows that water, snow or wind can penetrate into the space 5 required for the expansion of the panels.
On the short lateral, in the laid to stand in the fall line of the roof lying edges 3 of the roof panel over the lower fold 2 water, snow and wind can penetrate.
The proposed roof panel has a blank shown in FIG. 3. The two upper folds are also 1., the two lower folds rriit? designated. The lower corner of the Daehplatte has a folding strip width: e a downwardly protruding edge bracket 6. The opposite transverse edges of the two lower fold strips? each have a curb strip 7 protruding vertically downward and which is connected to the curb angle 6 in a high and rigid manner.
The folded edge strips 7 and the edge angle 6 form a prismatic hollow jacket which remains open at the inner edge 8. As can be seen from the section according to Fig. 3 of the roof panel, the folded border strips 7 and the border angle 6 form a coherent, double-angled edge strip which, when the panel blank is folded in the same work process, over a corresponding pressing tool to form a standing border (@Vassernase ) deformed. becomes.
The board strips 7 are on the lower transverse edge of the longitudinal fold, and thereby prevent the ingress of water, snow and wind.
Lm prevent the ingress of water, snow and wind at the lateral corners of the roof plate 7u, the short side edges 3 receive a folding strip 3 a., Which is folded upright downwards. becomes. The folding strips 1 on the two upper edges are lying upwards and the folding strips 2 on the two lower edges folded downwards. The lower fold 2 is closed by the standing seam 3a, as clearly illustrated in FIG. 6.
