Bearing for timepiece. The present invention relates to a bearing for a timepiece, comprising a counter-pivot having a clearance allowing the introduction of a liquid for cleaning the bearing.
This bearing is characterized by the fact that it has a clearance substantially at the level of the pad, this clearance being intended to serve for the evacuation of the cleaning liquid.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, several embodiments of the object of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a plan view of a bumper bearing from which the spring has been removed.
Fig. 2 is a section along II-II of FIG. 1.
Fig. 3 is an axial section of another embodiment.
Fig. 4 is a plan view of a fixed bearing.
Fig. 5 is a section along V-V of FIG. 4.
Fig. 6 is an axial section of a variant.
Figs. 7, 8, 9 and 7.0 are plan views, respectively axial sections, of two variants of fixed bearings.
The bearing shown in fig. 1 and 2 comprises a body 1 intended to be driven into a bridge, not shown. This body has a seat 2 for the kitten 3 of the drilled stone 4. The counter-pivot comprises, on the one hand, a part 5, of a diameter appreciably smaller than that of the drilled stone 4 and, on the other hand On the other hand, a frame 6 in which the stone 5 is fitted and which is placed in the bezel 3. A spring 7 placed in a groove 8 of the body 1 bears on the stone 5 and 1a keeps in place as well as the pad 4. A clearance 9 uncovering part of the pad 4 is made in the frame 6. The kitten 3 is provided with a notch 10 at the level of the pierced stone 4. A hole 11 is.
performed on the bottom of the body 1, below the notch 10 of the kitten. This arrangement makes it possible to clean the bearing without removing the counter-pivot stone. For this purpose, cleaning liquid is introduced into the clearance 9. This liquid circulates in the bearing, in particular between the two stones and flows through the notch 10 and the hole 11. It should be noted that the stone against -pivot 5 protrudes on the. inner face of the frame 6, which helps to maintain the oil in the bearing.
In the embodiment of FIG. 3, the counter-pivot stone 12 is larger than the pierced stone 13. A notch 14 is made in the stone 12. This notch reveals part of the pierced stone 13. A notch 15, in the form of a segment, has been made. in the latter, so that the cleaning liquid introduced through the notch 14 can flow through this notch 15 and spread into the bottom of the bearing body designated by 16. A clearance 17 for. the evacuation of this liquid is practiced in the lower body 16.
In the embodiment of FIGS. 4 and 5, the bearing 18 and the counter-pivot 19 are metallic. The pad came in one piece with the kitten 18a. of the counter-pivot. A segment. 20 has been cut in the latter to allow the introduction of the cleaning liquid. This liquid flows through a circular hole 21 made in the pad 18.
The variant of FIG. 6 differs from the embodiment of FIGS. 4 and 5 by the fact that the clearance 22 of the counter-pivot 23 is in an arc of a circle and that the passage serving. the flow of the cleaning liquid is carried out both in the pad 24 and in its annular part 24cs serving as a kitten against the counter-pivot.
In the variant of FIGS. 7 and. 8, a kitten 25 is common to the pierced stone 26 and to the counter-pivot stone 27. This kitten has two clearances 28, diametrically opposed, each made over the entire height of the kitten and both constituting passages for the introduction and. the flow of cleaning liquid. A clearance 29 is also made in the counter-pivot 27.
Finally, the variant of FIGS. 9 and 10 are distinguished from that of FIGS. 7 and 8 by the fact that, in this variant, the two releases of the kitten 30 are made, one, 31, in the upper part of this kitten and the other, 32, in the lower part. The first is used for the introduction of cleaning liquid and the second is for its evacuation. It should be noted that in most of them. of the embodiments shown, the clearance situated at the level of the counter-pivot stone extends further towards the center than the clearance situated at the level of the bearing, due to the fact that the first clearance also makes it possible to oil the bearing without removing it and that it is necessary to introduce the oil as close as possible to the center.
