Build plate with ventilation holes. The present invention relates to a building board with. Ventilation holes which, in addition to the space to be ventilated, are in connection with an air supply between the space to be covered and the building board.
This plate can either only be used for ventilation, or it can also form a sound-insulating plate at the same time, which has parts made of hard material, for example from grips, and has further holes that are on the side facing away from the room to be ventilated by sound-insulating cushions are covered.
In known building panels of this type, the ventilation holes see through the ribs of the panel. These channel-like holes have lead over their entire length equal to the thickness of the plate. Cross-section and its entry closes. look directly at the space between the plate and the wall to be covered. The one in the space with. Fresh air flowing in at a certain speed will enter. into the channel-like vetitilations, it is deflected and flows through these holes in a very turbulent manner.
When exiting the holes, the conditions are similar to those at the free jump point of a water jet air pump, which is known to attract more air at this jump point, the more turbulent the flow is.
Experience has shown that this suction effect is so strong with the known plates that dust and other foreign bodies are made to adhere to the outside of the construction plate in large areas along the rows of ventilation holes in a short time. The resulting streaks of dirt must be removed at short intervals by painting or cleaning the plate. will. The maintenance of these known building panels is therefore expensive.
There are already building boards where the air is. from the gap first. flows into a cavity. The air leaves this cavity laterally and flows transversely to the axis of the ventilation holes into a space between an insulation layer and a plate with the ventilation holes. The inflow conditions to the ventilation holes are therefore the same as in the case described above. Also takes place here. a strong deflection of the air when entering the ventilation holes, and thus. the flow in the latter is also very turbulent here.
According to the invention, this drawback can be at least largely alleviated by the fact that directly. A calming space for the air is directly connected to the ventilation holes opening into the space to be ventilated on the side of the space, which at least over part of its height has a greater clear width than the ventilation holes and the entrance,
in the calming room. The total entry cross section into the adjacent space can be the same size or smaller than the total exit cross section from the ventilation holes.
Experiments have shown that such an upstream calming area foresees the turbulence of the air flow entering from the gap to such an extent that the suction effect at the free jump point of the outlet is at least very considerably reduced and the pollution is therefore delayed or even prevented so much It can mean that painting over or cleaning the building board is only necessary at much longer intervals if it cannot be completely avoided at all.
The accompanying drawing shows, for example, some designed as combined ventilation and soundproofing panels Ausfüh approximate forms of the subject invention.
Fig. 1 is a vertical section through part of the first example and Fig. a section along the line II-II in FIG. 1.
Fig. 3 is a section, corresponding to Fig. ", Of a variant of the first example. Fig. 4 is a plan view of part of the second embodiment, and Figs. 5 to 7 are transverse sections through the calming space of three further examples. The building board 1 of FIG . 1 and \? Is suspended by means not shown in a manner known per se from the wall that is to be covered and insulated and which forms a blanket.
The space 3 between the plate 1 and the raw ceiling? is supplied in a manner not shown, for example by a fan or a blower, hairdressing air.
The building plate 1 has a. the room 4 to be ventilated facing plate 5 made of hard system material, for example plaster, synthetic or solid wood, with through holes 6, 7 of the same diameter. In the areas of ventilating holes 7 opening directly into space 4, ribs 8 are provided, which are preferably the same material as the plate 5 and are glued to this, for example, by means of glue. are, but could also be made of one piece with the plate 5.
Two ribs 8 arranged on either side of the same row of holes 7 form, between their parallel side walls 10, a space 9 which is closed directly to the ventilation holes 7 and has a height 1I, the width of which L is greater is than the light distance, that is. the diameter of the holes 7.
Of course, the cross section of the space 9 parallel to the plane of the plate 5 is also greater than the total cross section of all the holes 7 lying in the area of the space 9 together.
Between. the facing Rip pen 8 each of two adjacent rooms 9 sound-insulating cushions 11 are embedded, for example made of mineral wool, which cover the holes 6 and see over the entire height 1I of the ribs 8 extend. The sound is absorbed by the cushions 11 through the holes 6 in a known manner.
On the side facing the intermediate space 3, the building board 1 has a layer 1?, For example an aluminum foil, which has failed in areas of the cushions 11, while in the areas of the rooms 9 it has step holes 13, each of which becomes one the holes 7 is coaxial (Fig.?). The holes 13 have lead diameters like the holes 7,
so that the total entry cross section formed by the holes 13 into the space 9 is the same as the total exit cross section formed by the ventilation holes 7 from the space 9 and from the plate 5. The light width L of the space 9 is thus also greater than the light width, that is to say the diameter of the entry holes 13.
Experiments have now shown that the highly turbulent air flow that enters from the space 3 through the holes 13 in the space 9 that is enlarged compared to the holes 13, looks largely calm in the latter and is much less turbulent than the holes 13 Space 9 emerges from narrower ventilation holes 7 than when the passage through the building board 1 has a constant cross-section over its thin thickness and thus also constant clear width,
for example the same as that of the holes l3 or 7. The Soa in the direction of the arrows -1 \ (Fig. 1) at the free jump point 11- of the outlet is therefore thanks to the calming ring space 9 at the same inflow speed of the air. to the space 3 significantly smaller than in the case of passage with constant cross-section described above. Therefore, around the holes 7
around by the suction less dust or other Sehmutz is stored on the plate 5, if not at all. this deposition can be avoided by a suitable choice of the shape of the space 9.
The variant of FIG. 3 differs. see the example of Fig. 1 and? only by the fact that the axis of each entry hole 13 is opposite to the associated ventilation hole 7 ver, everything else is the same as in Fig. 1 and In the embodiment of the finger. 4 has layer 1? Instead of individual entry holes 13 into space 9, an elongated slot 15, the clear width of which is smaller than the clear width L of space 9 and smaller than the diameter of the ventilation holes 7.
In addition, the length and clear width of the slot 1: 5 are chosen so that the entry cross-section formed by the sight fits. in the space 9 ttleieli the sum of the cross sections of the ventilation holes 7 lying in the area of the space 9. Instead of just one slot 15, one could choose two or more slots per room 9, the width of which and overall cross-section of which he would fill the above conditions.
In the example of Figure 4, the rest is the same as in Figures 1 and 2; So there are also the side walls 10 of the ribs 8 zuein other parallel.
In the example of FIG. 5, the flat side walls 10 of the ribs 8 are inclined towards one another, namely the clear width of the space 9 expands from the diameter of the holes 13 to the outlet, where they are a multiple of the diameter of the ventilation holes 7 is. Everything else is the same as in Fig. 1 and 2 or 3.
In FIG. 6, too, the flat side walls 10 of the ribs 8 are inclined, but the width of the space 9 is already greater than the diameter of the holes 13 at its entry and widens towards the exit. Everything else is the same as in FIGS. 1 and 2 or 3. In FIG. 7, the side walls 10 of the ribs 8 are arched so that they form a cylindrical space 9, the width of which at the entry and exit is equal to the diameter of the holes 13 and 7 is. Everything else is. same as in Fig. 1 and 2 or 3.
The Wan applications 10 could also be curved in the opposite direction. In Fig. 5 to 7 could th instead of the holes 13 elongated slots, as described in connection with FIG. 4, occur.
The effect of the spaces 9 of FIGS. 5 to 7 is qualitatively the lead, as in the example of FIG. 1 and \? explained.
Instead of. that the space 9 widens from the inlet to the outlet, as in FIGS. 5 and 6, it could conversely narrow from the inlet to the outlet.
In all examples, good results are also obtained if the total inlet cross-section into the calming space 9 is smaller than the total outlet cross-section from the space 9.
In all embodiments, a further layer, for example made of cardboard, can be provided between the plate 5 and the cushion 11, in a manner known per se, which has coaxial holes associated with the holes 6.
If the plate is only intended for ventilation, the cushions 11 and the holes 6 fall away.
