Shaft firing, in particular for steam generators. The invention relates to a Schachtfeue tion with a fuel and fire sellaeht, which is crossed by the combustion air flows through and on the air inlet side and on the gas outlet side is limited by a standing grate, of which grates at least the one on the Gasaus exit side from a cooled pipe wall consists. Such firing systems have the advantage that the coal is replenished in them by themselves. On the other hand, however, with the constant layer of thick and variable power, there is a provision of the zone where the fuel still contains volatile constituents.
So you cannot keep the point at which most of the air has to be given constant by moving horizontally through layer height and speed, as with mechanical grids, but you have to reckon with the fact that sometimes there will be excess air in some places and a deficiency in all other places is. Zone regulation, as is customary with horizontal grids, is therefore only feasible.
According to the invention, a steering shaft is arranged parallel to the fuel shaft, through which the combustion gases emerging from the fuel shaft are deflected in order to mix them with one another. In order to equalize the air requirement in the individual altitude zones and for better ignition, it is advantageous to make the gas outlet grille higher than the air inlet grille. For this purpose, a controllable supply of air to the upper part of the grate mentioned last can be advantageous.
In the case of particularly hard-to-ignite fuel, for example coke, combustion gases can be sucked back out of the furnace through the upper fuel layer. The gases in the steering wheel can be diverted upwards and vertically downwards. The upward discharge has the advantage that the hot gases accelerate the ignition of the fuel. The vertical downward discharge, on the other hand, has the advantage that the flames originating from the volatile constituents have to make the longest way and are forced to burn well by their way past the relatively hot flames of the lower burning layer.
The steering shaft connected to the fuel and fire shaft rivets only has the advantage that the grass with a lack of air and excess air is mixed with one another, but also creates the most favorable conditions for the arrangement of a burn-out grate with secondary air supply. The fuel particles ejected from the gas outlet grate are burned for two purposes - on a burn-out grate that is burnt on the bottom of the steering eye. For this purpose, air is advantageously passed under this grate.
Any excess air at this point also serves as secondary air in the case of the good circulation in the steering shaft. It is also possible to blow secondary air into the steering shaft in other ways.
Embodiments of the subject invention are shown in the accompanying drawing voltage.
According to Fig.l, the fuel slides out of the fuel bunker 1 into the vertical fuel and fire shaft 2, which is bounded at the front and rear by a standing grate in the form of a cooled pipe wall. Slag and ash get onto the ash slide 3, which in this case consists of cooled pipes, it falls from here by itself over the front edge and can be pulled out after opening the slag door 4. A mechanically operated slag discharge device can of course also be attached. The combustion air arrives in line 5 and is blown into the air allocation space 6 in front of the shaft 2. She crosses the shaft 2 in its transverse direction.
The gases and flames emerging from the outlet grille 7 are deflected vertically upwards by the steering shaft 8, so that the individual gas layers can mix well with one another. For this purpose, the rear wall 9 of the steering shaft 8, which is arranged parallel to the shaft 2, is formed from tubes lying close together, or ribs are welded to the tubes to seal the yaw wall. From an opening at the top of the steering shaft 8, the gases pass into a downward pass 10 and then flow through the heating surfaces 11 and 12 of the boiler in an upward pass. In order to make it easier to fire up the boiler, it is useful to direct the gases from the steering shaft 8 straight up through the start-up flap 13.
In the case of easily ignitable fuel, combustion air can be fed not only into space 6 but also into upper space 14. The flap 15 is then open to the room ä; it then closes the line 16 at the same time, which is used to suck back combustion gases when fuel that is difficult to ignite is to be driven. In this case, the flap 15 is closed towards space 6. The suction nozzle 17 now creates a negative pressure in the space 14 so that hot gases from the lower part of the fuel layer and from the combustion chamber 8 are sucked through the upper part of the fuel layer and ignite the fuel there.
At the same time air is passed through the lacquer discharge space or asehen box 18 to the burn-out grate 19 at the same time. This amount of air can be regulated by the flap 20. The burn-out grate 19 is expediently made tiltable. In order to improve good mixing and combustion in Lenksehaeht 8, it is advantageous to inject secondary air; this should take place through the tubes 21. In this case, these tubes are heated in the train 10, so that the secondary air is well warmed up.
Fig. 2 shows another Ausführungsbei game, in which the Lenksehaeht 26 deflects and guides the combustion gases exiting your Sehacht 2 vertically downwards. The combustion air is blown into the room 22. With the downward guidance, in the steering shaft, support for the ignition in the upper part of the shaft will be necessary for most fuels, which can be achieved by back suction or other means.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, gas is sucked back into space 23. This man through connection - this, room with the singing tube of the air in the room '' '? conveying fan or, in the case of larger systems, a separate fan. In this case, the standing air grille '? 4 is not cooled; it is therefore easy to remove, so that you can easily and quickly get to the inside of the connecting eye.
The gas outlet standing grate is again formed by a cooled pipe wall. Under the sight. 26 lies. the -iusbrenni, east. 27. This exemplary embodiment shows particularly well the favorable influence of the steering shaft on the effect and design of the burn-out grate. Corresponding to the relatively small depth of the steering shaft, the burn-out grate can also be relatively short, so that the combustion on this grate is good due to the even supply of air. In the embodiment example according to Figure 2, the slag is carried by a vibratable plate 28 officially.
This plate rests rotatably on part 29 and is moved up and down by a camshaft 30 supporting it; A horizontal movement can also be advantageous.
The gases in the steering shaft leave this through an opening arranged at the bottom of the same, are deflected into space 31 and flow through further boiler heating surfaces as well as superheaters and pre-warmer in the upward pass.
Fig. 3 still shows the execution with a large furnace. Here the fuel and burn pot 32 is relatively deep. The slag discharge is accordingly carried out mechanically in two dimensions. This can take place with the aid of a slide 33 which can be moved back and forth over the grate. and in the normal rest position shown, it is located outside the preferred cross-section of the viewing shaft 32. The ejected slag can now burn out together with the parts falling from the steering shaft 34 on the burnout grate 35, which forms an extension of the grate in the fuel and combustion shaft 32. In the steering shaft 34 secondary air is introduced through the feed box 36.
The gases from the steering slot 34 enter the further combustion space 37 and from there enter through the expansion space 37 and are then passed through the heating surface.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, the standing grids 38 and 39 are formed from boiler tubes ge, namely from horizontally lying boiler tubes, which has the advantage that the free area for the exit of the gases or the irradiation area is larger. In order to ensure a fast enough warm-up and with continuous ignition. It is useful to make the gas outlet standing grate 30 higher than the air inlet standing grate 39, since then not only the radiation area is larger, but also hot gases are drawn from below in the shaft 32 upwards. The effective height of the standing roast 38 can be regulated by adjustable cover of its upper part by means of a slide 40 who the; It is also possible to throttle the air supply to the upper part of the standing grate 39 by folding the blind.
