In vielen Fällen, z.
Electrical quick switch, especially for direct current. In the event of short-circuits in continuous flow networks, the short-circuit current increases according to an exponential curve, with the initial visual speed of the current rise of the order of magnitude 106 to 2.107 Amp./sec. is, and the stabilized value of the short-circuit current, that is, the current that would arise in the short-circuit circuit in a few hundredths of a second,
.See usually within the limits of full 20.103 to 100.103 Amp. moved , The main task of the tendon holders for gleiehroin is to limit these currents with such a rapidity that the highest values of the Looking tronies are several times lower than the stabilized value.
This means that the switch must work so quickly that the resistance of the arc, which limits the short-circuit current, is already maintained in the circuit at a time that is given by the steepness of the current rise.
For the purpose of better clarity of the description, these relationships are shown on picture 1. of the enclosed drawing; the specified processes are illustrated in the figure in their chronological development.
The horizontal axis 1 is the time axis, the vertical axis is the stroma. The course of the short-circuit current that has not been switched off is illustrated by the line 3 ; it shows an initial increase in accordance with the inclination of tangent 4 and the stabilized value 5 . According to line 3 , the current would flow if there were no switch in the circuit.
If there is a switch in the circuit, the current follows curve 3 only up to point 6, that is, until the moment the contacts are separated and the arc is created.
From this point on, the current in the switch is more and more limited by the arc and runs according to curve 7 to point 8, where the arc is reached and the circuit is definitely is interrupted. Fig. 2 shows the voltage curve on the same time scale. From the moment 6 , that is, from the time of the mutual.
Removal of the contacts, the arc voltage increases up to the moment 8 according to curve 10 to the stabilized voltage that is given by line 11 . The aim is to reduce the peak value of the short-circuit current, given by the ordinate 9, Fig. 1., züi, because this current value is decisive for the dynamic and thermal loading of the short-circuit circuit. The importance of reducing this current is shown especially when it is considered
that the dynamic and thermal load on the switch is proportional to the square of the current.
Fig. 1 shows that the only way to reduce the short-circuit current is to shorten the delay time n of the appearance. At the same time we also see that there would be no point, on the contrary, it would have a harmful effect to shorten the burning time of the Liellt arc by using more intensive solvents, since this would only cause an unfavorable curve of the arc voltage.
The current in the Liehtbogen would be forced to sink more sharply, e.g. B. according to curve 1.2, and 1110111it the magnetic field, which is linked to this current, should also be effective within a shorter time. However, this is only possible by increasing the arc voltage, so that overvoltages occur according to curve 15 (Fig. 2).
However, as can be seen, this besehlei iLiate solution has an influence on the value of the short-circuit current. A reduction in the peak value of the current I # ann, as can be seen from the above,
simply by shortening the first part (the withdrawal process can be brought about, the C means the time from the occurrence of the short circuit to the separation of the contacts # mechanical delay time). The previously known tendon holders allow meella-like delay times.
fully approximately 3.10-3 seconds, this time being essentially independent of the magnitude of the reject flow and the time of the change.
Ge, -enstand of the invention is an el.elz- irish rapid age, which the experience. of mechanical delay times in the order of magnitude of 1.1.0-4 seconds, for large ones. at the beginning with a size ## on z.
B. 107 Anip./sec. increasing short-circuit currents, that is to say especially in len, where very high short-circuit currents would be distorted if they were not disconnected, and the limitation of these currents is of essential importance. If the current rises more slowly, the tenderness of the exposure age is correspondingly smaller, but this is by no means a disadvantage.
The mode of action of the drive of the sehnell sehanismus according to the invention is based on the force effect between two full stroni. through-flow zn spool rope. As is well known, see two coaxial, z.
B. disk-shaped, juxtaposed, with currents), set 1 '%, -, - through-flowing coils on each other. With correspondingly large currents, very large forces can occur. and accelerations and C C thereby a rapid rotation of the contacts can be achieved.
According to the invention, one of the coils is switched on in a circuit, the servicing of which is dependent on the sensitivity of the change in the stronies in the main circuit of the operator.
The construction can also be simplified in that the moving coil is designed as a full conductive disk.
An example of the holder according to the invention is shown in fig. 3 .
The current runs through the choke coil 16 one turn, with an iron core 17 through the (side contact 18 in eng A retaining bolt < B> 1.9, further through the fixed front contact 20 into the lead '21. Alli retaining bolt 19 has a conductive retaining disk 22 firmly, which forms a coil #, on a single short-circuited Wiiidtin, #.,.
At the same time, with the disk 22, the fixed coil 9 is fastened in a housing 24 on the frame of the selector, which means that the clarity is not shown in all details in the image. is.
The supply lines 215 and 2-16 of the 'coil are all connected to the choke coil 16 in front of and behind the -1 core. 17 .
The inductance of the choke coil 16 is much higher than that of the fixed coil 23.
Since the outside resistance of the fixed coil 23 is chosen to be much greater than the outside resistance of the choke coil 16, the "coil '223 only an insignificant part of the total operating current (sliding i #: roiii # flow. Therefore, no significant current is induced in the movable coil 22, so that no force is effective in it.
On the outskirts of the short circuit, the current begins to rise abruptly after curve 3 (Fig. 1) . The rising current runs along the path of the smallest inductance, that is, it 23 in the movement flows through the fixed coil borrowed coil 22, a current of the opposite direction is induced and both coils repel each other. In the process, the movable coil '222 also takes along the retaining bolt 19 , which is connected to it.
An electrical arc is created between contacts 19 and 20, which is formed under the influence of the magnetic field, a current loop. is driven up through the supply line to the choke coil 16 and the Ableitini # g- 21 along the discharge horns 27, 28 into the release buckets.
We can achieve a similar effect with another solution, if we r) aell Fig. 4 instead of the 1) ro ".", Selsputle 16 a transformer, whose primary weight 29 A part of the main circuit forms ulld whose secondary balance 31 is connected to the fixed coil 23 -, # is connected.
As long as direct current lii-i- flows through the switch, no current is induced in the secondary voltage. As soon as there is a sudden change in the primary current, a current is induced on the secondary side, which flows through the fixed coil. This creates a current in the moving pane 22 induced, creating a repulsive force.
In Fig. 4, 29 is the power supply and at the same time the primary side of the transformer from a single winding. (iiii iron core 30 continuously -formed.
The other components are the same as in Fig. 3.
For the switch according to the invention to function correctly, it is essential that the magnetic conductivity of the core 17 of the choke coil, Fig. 3, or 30 rli hst large \ Cies transformer, Fig. 4, is possible.
If we were to make the ina, -netic circle v (#ll made of sheet iron, the iron would be saturated even with a relatively small operating current, i.e. the working point would be in the area above the knee of the magnetization curve and the other mechanical lines of force, that arise when the owl closes would then be compelled to run C through the air.
For this reason, it is advantageous to provide an air gap in the core 17 of the choke coil 16 or in the core 030 of the transformer,% vo - by achieving that the working point on the magnetization curve comes to lie deep below the knee.
The influence of the air gap can be seen more clearly from Fig. 5 , where the dependence of the total magnetic FI-Li, Qses on the (-f'esaiiitstrom i (in Amp.), Which corresponds to your flux (P The straight line 32 applies to the air, the curve 33 for a closed iron core and the curve 34 for an iron core with an air gap.
The magnetic conductivity is given by the inclination of the relevant curve at the working point, i.e. dureb
EMI0003.0088
We get the liiduktivität if we use the magnetic conductivity with. Multiply the square of the _N, # 7 binding number. It can be seen that the inductive! - lät L = nd Oldi is constant for the air gap, whereas it depends on the saturation level of the iron for the rest of the magnetic circuit.
For the curve 33 , assuming an excitation current, given by point 35, the inductance is significantly lower than for the circle of iron with an air gap, the characteristic of which is given by curve 34 given is.
In many cases, e.g. B. in traction current networks that are fed from several points, it is necessary that the 'switch works with positive as well as with neyative Stromrichtuti- --leieh. The switch according to the invention fully meets this requirement. Elsewhere, e.g.
B. by protective switches for Queek silver instructors, however, it is ordered that their sensitivity for currents is greater than for currents in the opposite direction, or that the switch is just one Direction and never switch off currents in the opposite direction.
This requirement en ' - speaks an embodiment of the invention ZD (leillässen switch, in which on your core .I the choke coil or the transformer, -which is formed in this case without an air gap from, an auxiliary swing is arranged, which is fed by direct current of such magnitude that the iron according to the requirements up to a certain.
Point of the magnetization curve, occasionally up to a value in the area above the knee of this curve (Fig. 5) . The required sensitivity for a certain current direction can then be achieved in such a way that a rectification is switched on in the circuit of the fixed coil 23 in any direction.
In this case, if there is a sudden change in the current in the main circuit, a voltage is induced at the terminals of the choke coil or the secondary voltage of the transformer (Fig. 3 or 4). The resulting current can only flow through the coil 23 in the direction indicated by the equation, so that the switch will only act when the current changes in the desired direction, whereas it does so when the current changes Current change in reverse direction does not switch off.
The contact 20 (Fig. 3) can be designed as a sliding contact, in which, however, the mechanical delay time of the switch is extended by the time the safety bolt runs out of the sliding contacts. That is why the retaining bolt 19 in the switch according to Fig. 6 is designed as a face contact, which is pressed into the closing position by the spring 37 , so that the separation of the contacts takes place in an instant,
where the repulsive force of the coils just outweighs the pressure of the spring 37 and the friction in the sliding contact 38 . So that the bolt 19 does not return to the switched-on position after switching off and does not cause a new short circuit, because the bolt in this version is caught in the switched-off position by a latch 39 , which engages in the tooth 40 at the end of the shut-off pin 19 .
For the same purpose, see also the solution according to Fig. 7 . Here a tilting arm including a spring 41 is used, which in one end position causes the control, tdr leech and holds the stop bolt with the disc in the switched-on position. On the other hand, if you hold off, the arm tilts over the dead position and holds the hold-off pin in the deactivated position.
Another structural implementation is shown as an example in Fig. 8. Here, the spacer bolt 19 is pressed into the retained position again by the force of the spring 37 . The arm 43, which forms the other contact, is positioned against the bolt, which is rotatable about the pin 44 and is pulled into the open position (indicated by the pointed lines) by the spring 45. The movement of the arm 43 is opposed to an obstacle by a lock.
In the example according to Fig. 8, the lock is in a well-known form thanks to three love]. 46, 47, 48 formed which mechanically connect the arm 43 to the switching shaft 49 mounted on the frame of the switch. The levers are in the switched-on position of the switch. Above the dead center position up to the abutment lines 51 and 52 , bent upwards so that any movement of the arm 43 is prevented. The pair of levers 46 and 47 is also pulled into the bent position by the spring 50 .
If now the pair of levers 46, 47 is bent through in a way, as mentioned below, the pull of the spring 45 overcomes the spring 50 and the arm 43 rotates into the position switched off (indicated by dashed lines) . As can be seen, holding the retaining bolt 19 in the switched-off position is superfluous here because, until the bolt returns to the switched-on position, the retaining arm 43 is already tilted in its switched-off position so that it does not for a new attendance. This solution creates the possibility
to carry out the stroke of the short-term contact only as large as required to delete the arc, so that the mass of this contact is reduced and the holding speed is increased.
The unlocking of the retainer altar 43, (which means the loosening of the lock, can be carried out in several ways. The lock can be loosened by a well-known üei-.stroiiii # elais, which, for example, according to Fig. 9 is designed as a direct electromagnetic relay 53 , the magnetized circuit of which surrounds a feed line of the switch.
In the event of a short circuit, the armature 54 in this relay is attracted, which is carried by a two-armed lever 55 which can be rotated about the pin 56. The right arm of the lever 55 strikes the pair of levers 46, 47 and kinks it in the downward direction. As a result, the lock is loosened and the arm 43 turns into the switched off position due to the tensile force of the spring 45.
The lock can be unlocked auel). derived directly from the moving coil, merden. An example of such an implementation is illustrated in Fig. 10. The movable disc 22 strikes the arm of the two-armed lever 56 which can be rotated about a fixed pin 57 .
The movement is further transmitted by an isolating lever 58 to a further two-armed lever 59, the second arm of which buckles the lock in the same way as described in the previous paragraph.
In the embodiment according to Fig. 11, the unlocking of the lock is also derived from the movement of the retaining bolt 19 , but in a different way. Here the reticulation altar 43 is held against the bolt 19 by the spring 60 on the middle lever. of the lock is arranged, pressed. In this case the lock has the arm 61 which is articulated with the lever 46.
The sleeve 62 slides on the arm 61 with the pin 63 on which the lever 48 is attached. The sleeve 62 is pressed against the stop 64 by means of a spring 60 aii. When turning the shaft 49 clockwise, the arm 43 is moved into the position as illustrated in FIG. 11 until it hits the bolt 19 strikes. It stops here and the rotation of the shaft 49 is only possible if the spring 60 is pressed together, with the sleeve 62 on the arm 61 </ B > slides.
The force of the spring 60 overcomes the supply of the spring 45 and still develops a contact pressure between the arm 43 and the bolt 19. On your maintenance arm 43, see a lateral extension 65 which is hinged to the tie rod 66 . The pull rod slides through the sleeve 67 . the two-armed lever 48 is carried ge.
This lever can be rotated around the fixed pin 69 and has a stop 70 on the left side. In the event of a short circuit in the traction current network, it slips away due to the repulsive effect between the fixed coil and the movable one Disc the pin 19 out of the area of the arm 43, so that this arm begins to move counterclockwise as a result of the pressure of the spring 60.
In doing so, however, the stop 71 of the lever arm 66 hits the sleeve 67 and the lever 68 is twisted, so that the stop 70 kinks the pair of levers 46, 61 . As a result pulls. the spring 45 turned off the arm 43 in the position.
In Fig. 12 another alternative to the lookout mechanism is illustrated. In this case, the movable coil 22 is not permanently connected to the retaining bolt 19. When switching off, the shut-off bolt 19 is unlocked by the bolt of the coil 22 striking the levers 73, 74, so that it is released by the spring 72 in the position is kept pressed.
The fixed coil 23 can either be from the choke coil with iron core 17, as indicated in Fig. 12, or from the transformer 30, 31 as shown in Fig. 4 are fed.
